- Joanne (10/5): Perfect apartment with good amenities. We kept local so able to access everywhere on foot. If you like the beach it is - Location was perfect everything within walking distance. The property was comfortable and with all amenities and once the doors were closed it was quiet and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor with a balcony view which was worth the extra. Beds were comfortable and the lift made access very easy. Nada/nothing

- Sanchez (8/5): Schönes Apartment, guter Service - Die Lage ist toll, super zentral, trotzdem gute Isolierung der Fenster. Keine Jalousien, die Vorhänge konnten das Schlafzimmer nicht gut abdunkeln.
- Antwan (8/5): Mooi appartement op een uitstekende locatie! - De locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum met leuk plein waar je op uit kijk. Ook goede isolatie van geluid van buiten, totaal geen last van het levendige plein. Verder zijn het ruime kamers en zien de kamers er schoon uit. De host is erg behulpzaam met tips voor de bezienswaardigheden, goede restaurants, etc. Geluidsisolatie van binnen was beperkt, vanuit onze slaapkamer konden we de buren horen snurken. Verder zou een tussentijdse wissel van handdoeken (zonder betaling) fijn zijn. Hoewel wij maar 6 dagen hebben verbleven, zijn twee handdoeken wel weinig. De aanwezige kleine kluis stond gewoon los in de kast, dus die had weinig toegevoegde waarde.

And for the coffee machine that works with capsules: I didn't get any more similar tokens from the store.

Was also very impressed with the host who contacted us in advance re beds etc and on the day to assist with keys and some tips for our trip including restaurants. Minor maintenance issues such as blind that wouldn't open. Office not open all the time to hard to get it fixed.

- Victoria (10/5): Perfect stay - we have already booked for November and this would be our go to apartment. - Everything about this apartment is perfect. Gaby on reception was so helpful. The location and size of the apartment are excellent and the fact that the apartment is completely sound proofed made for a great night’s sleep. The view out over the square was lovely and having a coffee, balcony open, with the hustle and bustle going on was delightful. Draining rack for the washing up would have been helpful but it’s not really a dislike.

- Lindsey (10/5): Fabulous stay in the most wonderful accommodation in the very heart of Malaga. - We really appreciated the wonderful team on reception who went above and beyond to help us. Customer service was exceptional! The room was beautiful and very well appointed and equipped. We loved the fabulous position overlooking Constitutionl Square. It was the hub of everything going on without being noisy. The facilities in the apartment and decor were really some of the best we've experienced. Clean and comfortable and very contemporary in such an historic building. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back. The kitchen layout was a bit cramped and although well equipped could have been planned with more worktop space to prepare food etc. Otherwise it had all that's required to be a home from home.

The place itself was beautiful, in the centre of everything (but quiet), clean and comfortable. The kitchen could have been better equiped (eg. grater, more cutting boards), and it would have been nice to have the basics there like olive oil, vinegar and salt.

- Anastasija (6/5): Great Location, But Falls Short on Comfort - The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants, and major attractions. It’s definitely the highlight of the stay and makes exploring the area very convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Despite being advertised as soundproof, the apartment was very noisy. We could clearly hear people talking and walking above us constantly – at times it sounded like heavy footsteps echoing through the ceiling. There seems to be little to no sound insulation. The sleeping setup was also disappointing, with no proper double bed – just two single beds pushed together. Towels were limited, and any extras came at an additional cost. There were also several maintenance issues: the shower leaked continuously, leaving the bathroom floor wet, and there was a strong damp smell as a result. The safe was not working, some tiles were loose, and parts of the couch were worn or partially broken. Overall, the only real reason to consider staying here again would be the location. - Dreer (3/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, allerdings muss man eine gewisse Entfernung zu einer Parkgarage in Kauf nehmen.Kosten dafür nochmal 25-30 €/Nacht Die Küche war relativ gut ausgestattet und wir konnten uns mal selbst etwas kochen bzw.unser Frühstück zubereiten. Im ersten Moment waren wir von der Einrichtung des Apartments beeindruckt, aber dann realisierten wir den unschönen Blick auf Hausmauern und Hinterhöfe. Die Wohnung war relativ dunkel und kühl, der Himmel auch nur minimal sichtbar. Was für uns wirklich unzumutbar war, war der wirklich ekelhafte Geruch im Schlafzimmer.Schon in der ersten Nacht mussten wir auf das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer umziehen, weil der Geruch nicht auszuhalten war.Das Schlafzimmer haben wir zugemacht und nicht mehr betreten. Wir wissen nicht, ob andere Apartments auch so riechen, aber 2D ist auf jeden Fall nicht zu empfehlen.

- Anders (9/5): - Fantastic location and great service. We arrived totally unprepared for the importance and massive turnout for the processions during Semana Santa (Easter). But Gabriela and Guillermo gave us updates and tips on how to navigate the crowded streets and find the building without too much complication. Once we arrived, the service was impeccable. Both Gabriela and Guillermo were ready to help every time we had a question or needed advice. The location could not be better, in the middle of the Old Town, with restaurants and shops on your doorstep. We'd be happy to stay here again but woud try to book an apartment in the front next time - although we understand that these are booked out years in advance during Easter Week.

- Hugh (4/5): A gloomy place - Clean, with pleasant fittings and furnishing. Quiet too. Even the noise of the Semana Santa parades in the nearby square did not reach us. Good location, but then Malaga has literally hundreds of city centre options. Be very careful which apartment you book. Apartment 3D is a gloomy, sun-free space. The six windows look out on back walls, drainpipes, a/c units, with the sky only visible if you crane your neck. Worse still, there was a disgusting smell in the bedroom (which the manager contested) that seemed to be either stale drain water or maybe a dead rodent somewhere in an aircon duct. After one night’s terrible sleep, we sealed off the bedroom and slept our second, and final, night on the sofa as the half-hearted offer of an alternative apartment was not worth the disruption once we’d isolated the smell. In short, unless you want to cook, book a hotel room as this is really not a space you’d want to do anything in but sleep. Please note that we did not ask for or seek a refund. Nor (for the record) were we offered one.

Suihkussa verenpaine ei tahdo riittää esim. hiusten huuhteluun. Siivousta tehdään todella harvoin. Naapurihuoneesta kuului normaali puhe seinän läpi. Harvoin tulee yhdistäneeksi Ikean keittiötä luksushuoneeseen.

Provided good restaurant recommendations. As we didn't specify an apartment looking out onto plaza, we did not have any view from our windows except the windows of other apartments. We will know to specify in future. This did not spoil our experience.

Bel appartement, grand , cosy et confortable et belle déco. Très calme avec du triple vitrage donnant ,sur la place de la Constitution. Tous les bons restos sont à côté... Bon accueil de Guillermo. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

- angela (10/5): Great location, great city, and Gabriela was a truly fantastic host. - Gabriela, who ran the reception desk, turned an already wonderful holiday into perfection. She helped us with all of our questions with generosity and good humour and explained how Malaga worked regarding transport and arranged our driver back and forth to the airport. She was the same with all residents. Amazing woman! The location on the main square in the old part of the city couldn't have been more perfect. We will be back! Next time we'd choose a room facing out to the square with a balcony if available. The one bedroom apartment that we chose was cheaper than the others, but had no access to windows outside. Athough there were windows to fresh air via the courtyard, but nothing attractive to look at.

Location is incredible but the apartment was extremely tired. Also, the outside space is very small and unusable due to being surrounded by high walls and the unbearable noise of the A/C units from all the surrounding buildings. We booked this especially for the outside space abut can’t imagine anyone wanting to spend any time out there.

- Vitalii (9/5): - Отличное месторасположение. Самый центр старой части Малага. Рядом все достопримечательности. Очень слабы напор горячей воды. Все окна выходят только во внутренние колодцы. Вида на улицу нет вообще никакого. Зато тихо и спокойно в апартаментах.

- Kerry (10/5): Amazing accommodation, clean, quiet and great location for sight seeing. - We were given clear instructions and called when we arrived, this was answered on our first attempt and we then had further instructions on how to gain access to the accommodation. I can't fault anything about the accommodation it was all perfect. We would highly recommend this place and will return if we visit Malaga again in the future.
