The team here—and especially the bartender, Luis—does exactly that. Their friendly, genuine service creates a sense of comfort that makes this hotel feel like home after a long day(s) away from home. It’s that personal touch that keeps me coming back. This hotel is actually 35 minutes from the main place I go for work when I’m in Houston… but it’s well worth the drive to stay here.

Eat at the bar for three nights and the food was amazing! Black cod two days ago that was to die for! Oh, and if you're into Old Fashions, Loui has it mastered.

- anamM9790EV (10/5): Clean and friendly - We had a very pleasant experience at this Hilton Hotel. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and everything was very delicious. Servers were very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, also I want to share that I forgot my bag at the room and Kandy was beyond helpful in getting my bag returned, I would definitely stay at this location again!

They offered us another room with very wet carpets and a construction fan running to dry the carpets, I declined. After two or three more room offers (and a 12 hour drive) with wet carpets we accepted the driest carpets (with the least pet urine smell) and fell fast asleep on the comfortable beds (with clean linens.) The next morning I woke up to a throbbing headache and overloaded sinuses. We were in town for a special event, and my face was super swollen in all of the pictures because of all of the hydrated particulates I inhaled all evening long. It was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever had. Next time I will check out no matter how exhausted we are, and find another hotel. We chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name, and unfortunately this one didn't live up to our expectations. Why DIY clean the carpets on a Thursday night when you're "booked up for the weekend", like the desk guy told us? Seems like a Monday night project to me...

Therefore the standard is high and Trin at the front desk has officially set raised the bar! From the moment I walked I felt a presence warm and welcoming all throughout the Lobby the vibes were on point, but when I got to the Front Desk! Oh man It felt like I'd been there before Trin didn't just " check us in" she gave an experience from getting to know us, creating laughter and starting our stay off with a banger! Thank you Trin for being the sunshine when I needed it the most!

The hotel has a nice little bar and restaurant in the lobby, even though I stick with wings or a burger, the food is consistently very good. Sam in the bar area always remembers me, and we spend a few minutes catching up about our week. Trinity at the front desk is friendly, quick, and I do not believe I have had a single negative issue at this hotel in over 40 night spent this year alone. I keep coming back because the rooms are clean, the food is good, and the employees are always courteous and caring.

A bit noisy due to a guest staying with a dog and loud guest in the hallways, but nothing to be mad about just disturbed my sleep a bit. I would have asked to be moved if the noise had become intolerable. I'd like to add that maybe the company should start using fabric softener when they wash the towels, the towels are always so rough feeling, not soft at all.

- Ashley (8/5): - This is my second time staying at this hotel and I have fallen in love. Both times I've had the pleasure of checking in with Trinity who even remembered my face upon arriving. I was impressed given that I'm sure she sees many people daily. The property was clean and the floor was quiet. There was a strand of long hair in the shower but I'm almost certain it was from whoever cleaned the room and not the previous guest(s) because outside of that the room was very clean. I always wipe all surfaces down upon entering the room and the wipes weren't even brown once I was done so I was super happy with the cleanliness.
