Shakti and Samantha are amazing hosts, as well! Stay here, you won't regret it!

The ower was Super friendly and brought a great breakfast to us each morning and told us each ingredient and the orgin of. She is very knowledgeable of the area as she has been there for many years. The. strip was very close with nice shopping and restaurants to choose from.
Stephanie (10/5): Absolutely magical. - Lovely and cozy. Close enough to everything in SoCo but away from the crowds and serene. We borrowed the bikes and had an awesome time biking around the area. The breakfast was top notch every morning. It’d be nice if the pool was a little warmer, but not a big issue.

Michelle (10/5): - This is by far a little slice of heaven located right in the middle of everything but feels like a secluded getaway. Shakti was an excellent host and an amazing chef who brought us breakfast on our garden patio every morning which was a highlight to each day. The attention to detail was superb and the thoughtfulness that went into our stay by our hosts was something you wont see very often anymore and was greatly appreciated.

Charleen (10/5): we love the south Congress neighborhood of Austin, very active and full of life and restaurants and music. Parklane gues - The property was very cozy and comfortable. Live oak trees, lots of birds, a gorgeous little pool in the back and even an outdoor shower if you wanted it. there was what I would call a grandmother tree in the backyard that its limbs spread out across the entire seating area. Shakti and Dev were lovely people. And the neighborhood was gorgeous.

T.judd (10/5): Perfect-far exceeded our somewhat "picky" expectations - The owners have put a lot of effort in to making this a terrific place to stay. The gardens are lush and inviting, the pool is perfect, and a great respite after a long day walking in sweltering Austin. Our air conditioned cottage was filled with everything you might need-including a kitchenette, plenty of towels, extra linens, a very comfortable bed TV with a large assortment of channels- and to start the day a gourmet breakfast featuring fresh baked bread, and egg dishes made with freshly laid eggs from the properties brood of hens. It's about a two-three minute stroll to South Congress Avenue, which features a large assortment of great restaurants, bars, music venues, and stores. And close to the river walk and a great hike to Barton Springs. Or use one of the properties bicycles if you prefer. Oh yeah- and two great little dogs that come to greet you in the morning when Shakti brings your breakfast. We will definitely be back. Mother Nature could have pumped the brakes a bit on the temperatures-but Hey it's Texas.....

Jennifer (10/5): Perfect place for a peaceful weekend stay, just steps from S Congress! - Everything about the Vicky House (one of Park Lane's guest cottages) and it's lovely owners was perfect. The house is just steps away from lively S Congress, but in its beautiful gardens and pool, it's serene and quiet. The vegetarian breakfast each morning is exquisite! I loved talking with the owners who shared incredible history about the property, making the experience that much more special. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
