- Andrea (9/5): Week end lungo al Cairo - La struttura é in pieno centro del Cairo, in condizioni perfette, adatta anche per uscire la sera a fare una passeggiata. La colazione é molto varia, sia dolce che salata, sia calda che fredda ed il ristorante é aperto 24 ore al giorno. Le camere, abbastanza grandi, sono in ottimo stato di manutenzione e la pulizia dell'intera struttura é perfetta anche per gli standard europei. Il letto é comodo e sono fornite gratuitamente due bottigliette d'acqua al giorno. Il personale é molto gentile ed efficiente. In taxi si arriva al GEM o alle piramidi in circa mezz'ora ed in 45 minuti si arriva al nuovo aeroporto Sphinx. Assolutamente consigliato! Nulla, ma se devo proprio indicare qualcosa, la piscina é piccola, come anche l'area circostante, comunque piacevole la sera per un drink o una shisha.

- Keya (8/5): - Clean, centrally located. Good bkfast I booked one night fir myself before joining my tour group, fir 2nights at the Steigenberger. On arrival noone was able to confirm that the 2 nights with the tour group were registered. They claimed not to know who I was, were not expecting me and had never heard of 'G adventures' -the tour group I was joining the followng night. This, despite the fact that G adventures use this hotel regularly. This was unsettling as my main reason for booking an extra night at this ( expensive) hotel rather than any other was to ensure a smooth and hassel free joining with the group tour. Reception having no record of my booking for the following 2 nights and my not being 'expected' was a cause for some concerned for a single person in a new city. I am disappointed that this was the case.

- Ann (9/5): Well-run hotel with excellent service and genuinely helpful team - The hotel staff were brilliant: friendly, helpful and professional throughout, including reception, housekeeping, doormen and breakfast. The hotel was super clean. Great breakfast choices including gluten-free. The team were helpful throughout our stay, including returning a charger we had left in the room after we checked out and arranging a last minute taxi to the airport. A sincere thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. Perhaps the hotel lobby looks a tad dated.

Im großen und Ganzen ein gutes Stadthotel , Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool sieht auf den Fotos größer aus als er ist.Beim Frühstück sollte klar sein ob Personal Brot schneidet oder der Gast.Einmal so und am nächsten Tag anders.

Il personale della reception si è mostrato sempre disponibile, simpatico e in grado di dispensare buoni consigli sui ristoranti dove recarsi la sera (per gli italiani segnalo Zaza Cuisine sul LungoNilo). Era il compleanno di una di noi e ci hanno fatto trovare una torta in camera con la scritta "Buon Compleanno", attenzione molto gradita. Come posizione è proprio nella piazza El-Tahrir, fulcro dove ci sono tutte le catene alberghiere di lusso e vicino alla zona dei ristornati (lungo fiume). Nulla.
