Me hospedé los dias q se celebraba la vendimia y pude ver el desfile de carrozas por la noche y al dia siguiente comodamente desde el balcon de mi habitacion en un primer piso Apart super moderno confortable comodo y con todas las medidas de seguridad Las dos recepcionistas q tuve el placer de conocer bien predispuestas y amables Felicitaciones, si tengo otra oportunidad de volver a Mendoza me hospedaré ahi Super recomendable a media cuadra de Plaza Independencia y de la peatonal Todo me parecio excelente; tal vez algun detalle pero no hace la diferencia Yo lo califico como 10

- Claudia (5/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Fitness-Studio über unseren Köpfen, (ausruhen nach anstrengender langer Fahrt unmöglich), recht abgenutztes Mobiliar, Safe funktionierte nicht, der Fernseher im ersten Zimmer nicht (wechselten, aber auch da alles etwas renovierungsbedürftig: Löcher im Vorhang und Sofaüberwurf, abblätternde Farbe an Wand und Decke, abgenutzte Möbel, ablösendes Furnier) Das Personal muss noch etwas Kundenfreundlichkeit lernen! Bezahlung war verwirrend: ich wollte mit Kreditkarte zahlen, aber der Angestellte meinte in bar oder mit „transferencia“ sei es billiger, was sich dann aber als das Gegenteil herausstellte. Das die Zimmer keine isolierten Fenster haben, ist es SEHR laut! Unerträglicher Straßenlärm, auch kein romantisches Sitzen auf dem Balkon möglich, wie Fotos und Video vermitteln. Zum ersten Mal negative Erfahrung gemacht!

Finalmente el día del chekin dijeron que no había pagado y mostrará un comprobante que yo no tenia, ya que nadie me lo había mandado, pero que en los consumos de la tarjeta si figuraban. La atención del ingreso mala por la inexperiencia de la joven. El día del feriado nadie en recepción, cosa que es muy poco segura e incomodo. Me llegó una notificación de wasap con los datos de ingreso, cosa que no había visto, alguien me atendió por un portero remoto. Muy moderno/ carente de personal todo. Los aires acondicionado no funcionaban. En cuanto a la cochera, desorganizado. El señor de la cochera no nos dejaba pasar porque no tenia el comprobante de pago, cosa que desde el hotel no le pasaron. Muy malo todo. No lo recomiendo.

- MARCELO ENRIQUE (4/5): - The property does not match the pictures. It is run-down, unclean, and has an unpleasant odor. The bed skirt, which reaches all the way to the floor, appears to have never been changed and is extremely dirty. In addition, the bathtub is very small and definitely not suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility, as it is the only way to take a shower. On the positive side, the location is walkable, convenient, and safe, and the reception staff were nice and welcoming.

- Gisela (2/5): Muy malo - No sabría decir, la amplitud del dpto quizas Que las ventanas no eran doble vidrio por ende se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la calle imposible dormir. El aire del de abajo estaba en la ventana de la habitación nuestra más ruido sumado. Del piso de arriba se escuchaban todos los pasos, corridas de mueble, una cosa es a las 9 de la noche pero otra distinta a la 1 am. En 5 noches jamás limpiaron el baño al menos nunca se noto porque el piso estaba sucio, lo mismo del dpto. Puedo seguir sumando pero yo no lo recomiendo para nada mejor ir a un dpto común que sale más barato ya que es el mismo servicio.

- Simon (4/5): Not a great mendoza experience - This property looks nice on the photos but it in pretty terrible condition 1. Our balcony doors didn't lock so any intruder could have walked in. I had to go the doors together with a coat.hangee for security 2. The listing says we get a queen bed. It was a double a s we couldn't both for in the bed. 3. The place was pretty dirty and gross 4. The road noise from busses passing all night made it impossible to sleep 5. Beds were low quality and very uncomfortable 6. The couch cover has stains and grime all over it Overall, not a great place. Glad we were in the room for a total of 8 hours

- Alan (8/5): Discovering the beautiful City of Mendoza - The location was perfect! There is a nice local coffee and pastry shop next door and the hotel is right across the street from Plaza Chile and walking distance to the center of the city. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful!

- Horacio (2/5): Pésima Experiencia - La experiencía fue pésima. Me alojé en la habitación 103, que es un primer piso contra frente. El problema principal es la acústica de todo el apart, que es muy mala. Las ventas del cuarto están "remachadas" por lo cual queda un chilfete por donde entran olores, y sonido. En este caso la habitación 103 da a una panadería por lo cual desde las 9 am hasta las 19 hs el ruido es insoportable, ya que ponen música y es imposible descansar. Sumado a esto luego a la noche ingresó todo el olor a pan de la panadera al cuarto (entra por la ventana, ya que no están bien arregladas) Solicite el cambio pero me dijeron amablemente que no había más. Fue una pésima experiencia y no lo recomiendo a nadie a este lugar.
- joel (6/5): Hotel simples, mas excelente localização! - No check in foi um stress, pois havíamos feito a reserva com base num apart com 2 quartos e sala, para 2 casais. Contudo o que foi entregue pelo hotel foi um apart de 1 quarto e 1 sala. Ou seja, um dos casais teve que ficar na sala dormindo no sofá cama. Como o preço foi MUITO barato, ja era quase meia noite e não haviam hotéis disponíveis (os que haviam eram muito caros - mais de R$800 a diária, ou muito simples e longe) resolvemos ficar ali mesmo. A limpeza eh fraca. Varios cabelos pelo chão, ao redor da cama muita poeira, cama de casal com um colchão em forma de “U”, deformado. Mas, considerando o preço, a localização (excelente!!!), ser um apart com serviço de arrumação do quarto (airbnb nao tem), e ser uma viagem de passar o dia inteiro fora e só retornar para tomar banho (bom chuveiro) e dormir, pode ser uma boa opção sim! Internet tbm estava boa.

- Ivan (4/5): - Además que el departamento no era el reservado,tenia un dormitorio menos , se cortó La Luz en la noche y no había conserje para reponer el servicio eléctrico, el elevador con pésima manutención, a veces demoraba mucho en cerrar las puertas y se detenía a desnivel , el baño sin extractor de aire ni llave para trancar la puerta , la sala sin aire acondicionado , la conserje diurna muy amable, intentaba solucionar los problemas.
