- Viviana Lizeth (3/5): Muy mala experiencia :( - no habìa desayuno primero, no me querían dejar pasar porque habìa un evento, pero yo tenìa reserva en el hotel, no habìa nadie en recepciòn, me tuve que meter al bar, todo estada cerrado y ya me atendieron. El piso de la habitación estaba muuy sucio, con muchìsimo polvo, las toallas del baño amarillas, con unas manchas muy feas y rotas, el tapete de baño en las mismas condiciones. Al momento de destender la cama, las almohadas con muchos cabellos, negros, muy grandes, la sàbanas manchadas y no olpian muy bien, me hace pensar mucho si en realidad fueron cambiadas de los huèspedes anteriores, que lo dudo, no tennían cortesìas de agua, el bar no vendìas màs que refrescos y tagos, tenía muchas expectativas porque en fotos se veía totalmente diferente, lo ùnico bueno, me tocó ver el concierto de candlelight y el agua si salìa caliente.

- julie (3/5): It appears a “gran casa” in fotos but a bare and neglected house in reality! - The concert we were attending was held there so it was convenient. I am not one to complain but this establishment was grossly misrepresented in booking.com’s fotos. Sparsely furnished, no courtyard dining area with tables/table cloths as pictured. Rather a few tables in the dingy bar. Bar looked more like an unkempt cantina. Floors in the rooms were dirty. Dried toothpaste on the wall behind the bathroom sink. My friend wasn’t sure if the sheets in her room had been washed. Holes in the upholstery. The pool water was green. Unwelcoming reception area. Problem accessing the hotel at 11:00pm. We were told we’d need a code after midnight but knowing we wouldn’t be out that late said it wasn’t necessary. Fortunately an employee was leaving as we arrived and helped us gain entrance.

- Eduardo (7/5): - La cama es comoda, sin embargo sus instalaciones les falta mantenimiento tomando en consideración la relacion precio-instalaciones, la TV falla en su internet, pues es muy debil la señal, el tapete de mi habitación se nota que requiere una lavada NO aspirada o barrida, te dejan una cafetera, sin café y sin agua. Era una reservación para 2 personas y solo dejaron 1 jabon diminuto y una bolsita de shampoo. Creo que son detalles que pudieran corregirse.

- JESUS (8/5): practico - El hotel es muy bonito, una casa antigua acondicionada, la cantina tiene una barra muy padre, los cuartos son amplios, buena señal de internet, decoración acorde al lugar. El estacionamiento, lo dilatado en obtener factura (no la he recibido), carencia de servicio a cuartos o servicios agregados, realmente es un hotel para dormir, apreciarlo y bueno hacer uso de su bar, fuera de ello tu progracion de alimentos en escencia tiene que ser fuera del hotel que a su vez por seguridad y ubicacion hacer algo despues de las 10 de la noche solo complicara tu acceso al hotel.

Perdimos la reservacion por un error de ellos. Nos dijeron que la recepción estaría cerrada después de las 10pm pero que nos mandarían un código de acceso para entrar por una puerta lateral. Nunca nos mamdaron el código!!!! cuando los contacte para pedírselos dejaron de responder... a la 2 am tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento. Y ahora no se hacen responsables de su error y me están dando largas con el reembolso que estoy solicitando. Mandaron instrucciones para el checking que no respetaron y ahora quieren decir que fue mi culpa... parece que esperan que uno adivine sus procedimientos, si sigues sus instruccuones terminas en la calle sin hospedaje en la madrugada

Las instalaciones no eran lo que aparentaban en las fotografías; el lugar era bastante oscuro puesto que la iluminación no era buena. El lugar en general era viejo y descuidado, la habitación me pareció pequeña para tratarse de una suite; lo peor era la gran cantidad de mosquitos había en la habitación, parecía salían de algun lugar lo que fue bastante incómodo durante la noche.

We did not have to stand in the line to get in as we had a room key. We were able to watch the performance from the balcony just outside our room. It was perfect. The restaurant and bar was closed. This was unexpected and not reported at the time of booking.

- Berenice (4/5): - La cama estaba de buen tamaño y era cómoda, el baño miy amplio y la regadera cin suficiente presión de agua. Habitación 9 el lavabo estaba tapado, toallas percudidas, las sábanas percudida, la cafetera sin filtro, sin café y sin agua era mas como un adorno. Habitación 10 en el lavano caía muy poca agua, la luz en el área de lavabo es muy tenue y con muy poca visibilidad, las sábanas con manchas, las toallas percudidas o sucias y deshilachado (parece que hicieron de 2 toallas 1), 1 de las 2 manijas de la ventana estaba rota, no había ni siquiera 1 botella de agua, ni cafetera aunque sea de adorno, para la higiene personal 2 sobres de shampo y 3 jaboncitos, 1 solo rollo de papel en cada habitación. El sábado hubo un evento de fin de año de alguna empresa pero el ruido era bastante fuerte que impedía nuestro descanso ya qie termino tarde y después el personal que levanto el mobiliario hacía bastante ruido ya que dejaban caer y arrastraban cosas. El sábado que llegamos por mismo evento no nos dieron acceso al estacionamiento porque la gente del evento había ocupado todo, y el dia de ayer domingo ya pude ingresar al estacionamiento por un costo de $200 pero más que estacionamiento parece bodega abandonada. Nulo servicio administrativo
- MARTINEZ TERRONES (7/5): :( - La ubicación El estacionamiento era de difícil acceso ( un día taparon la cochera y no dejaban salirnos y tuvimos que tomar Uber) , el agua de la ducha olía chistosa, fuimos en fin de semana y diario había posadas, tanto en la noche como en el día había exceso de Ruido, las toallas estaban rotas y muy desgastadas. No volvería una disculpa.

We stayed in the 2nd floor corner room and when buses or large vehicles passed, there was a slight tremble. Also, there appears to be a roof leak so some of the ceiling paint was peeling and there appears to be mold in some areas of the bathroom ceiling.

El personal que trabaja no tiene idea de nada sobre el hotel y sus acomodaciones si tener que preguntar a la tal "agencia" que maneja el hotel, un servicio pesimo de respuesta al cliente por watsap en autocontestacion que de nada sirve, page un servicio por adelantado que ofrecen de estacionamiento (porque las instalaciones no tienen estacionamiento propio) 200 pesos, para llegar al estacionamiento a media cuadra y nos dijeran que estaba lleno y que nadie les aviso que apartaran un lugar, al regresar a recepcion a plantear esta situacion no supieron solucionarla de ninguna manera deslindandose porque tenian evento (evento al que asisti y por eso decidi hospedarme ahi) y que me esperara dos hrs para ver si se desocupaba un espacio, despues de media hora de dar vueltas buscando estacionamiento decidi meterme en uno publico a 3 cuadras de distancia y tomar un uber porque traia maletas, en fin experiencia muy Desagradable el no poder hablar con alguien para resolver situaciones tan sencillas como ver si me podia cambiar de cuarto porque el que asigno la "agencia" estaba lejos y un 3er piso sin elevador, jamas ni de chiste me pienso hospedar ahi. Pd. Tenian una alberca llena y cubierta y no me supieron decir porque estaba cerrada y cuando se habilitaba.

El personal sin problema me dejó guardar mi equipaje en lo que se hacía hora del check in, la zona se siente algo insegura pero no tuve inconvenientes, tomé mis precauciones

- Joyce (2/5): - No me gustó que está en un lugar inseguro, rodeado de indigentes y según me dijeron los conductores de uber, está ubicada en la zona roja. No me pareció que hubiéramos muchos húespedes y junto a mi habitación llegaron 3 hombres que hacían ruido, escuchaban música con volumen alto, hablaban con groserías y movían muebles. Me desperté desde las 2 am y terminaron su ruido a las 4:30. Cuando me metí a bañar no había agua caliente. Espero un reembolso.

The method to track bookings is very manual and that’s why it takes a lot of time for the check in. The bathroom was not clean it had a lot of mold in the ceiling and there were Cockroach

- David (7/5): The event we went for was at the hotel, so that was convenient. - Breakfast was not mentioned to us. Male receptionist was not friendly.
- Gerardo (10/5): - La habitaciones son amplias, y equipadas con lo necesario. El hotel no cuenta con una recepción como tal (o por lo menos no estaba habilitada la noche que pasé ahí), pero te dan un número para marcar y están al pendiente de ti. El estacionamiento está a media cuadra del hotel, y lo cierran, así que de necesitarlo, apóyate con el hotel para que te den las facilidades. En general, es un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito, los alrededores en la noche, pudieran ser inseguros como para caminarlo (según me comentaron), pero queda cerca de diferentes puntos turísticos importantes de la ciudad y a 10 minutos en carro, de la catedral
- JORGE MILTON (6/5): Bonito el lugar, pero!!! - Lo malo fue la recepción, la persona poco empática, le faltó servicio de bar y restaurante se ve muy bonito, pero de nada sirve si no hay atención.
- Mariela (4/5): Old Mexican hacienda with updated rooms - Rooms are big, clean, AC worked perfectly. Park across the street had great food venders, next door was a Mercado and across the street a 2 ice cream shops. Hot water took about 10 minutes to work, one of the days we stayed they had a private party in the lobby with very loud music.

- Pablo (8/5): - El lugar es tipo hacienda y muy tranquilo, la habitación con cama cómoda y pequeño balcón, es muy tranquilo el estacionamiento es en un lote cerrado algo tétrico.
