MIGUEL ANGEL (9/5): Muy buena opción. - Están muy bien situados, a unos 5' caminando de la Plaza de la República. Muy bien equipados. Muy limpio. La chica del check in es muy agradable. Hay un pk. público (de pago) a 3' andando, lo que resulta muy cómodo. En el apartamento n°10 la zona donde está la cama es muy oscura. Al encender la luz del lavabo se pone en marcha el ventilador y hace muchísimo ruido.

In one of the rooms, there was hardly any space to move. There was not a single window in the room. The rest was good. The location is excellent. Cleanliness was superb. Kitchen facility was great. The staff was good & cooperative.

lorraine (9/5): Perfect location for Split just outside the centre. - Amazing location just a few minutes away from the centre of Split Old Town on foot. Very clean apartment with lovely, helpful and communicative staff. Great outdoor terrace. No on site parking. Nearest and cheapest car park never had any spaces, the next closest was very expensive if you need to park up for a few days (€1.50 per hour). Ended up adding almost the price of a night’s accommodation to the cost of our stay! Not the host’s fault and they did their best to recommend places, but factor that into your budget. In the apartment itself, one small issue was that the toilet was in a small room and very close to the sink - all of us banged our shoulder/arm on it each time we used the loo!

La recepcionista fue muy amable y me dejo entrar antes de lo acordado. El proceso fue muy rapido, me habian cancelado el apartamento anterior y en minutos con ellos lo solucione. Todo perfecto

It has everything you need for a stay, comfortable big bed and pillows, pretty spacious bathroom, with really hot water.A cattle and few coffees and teas, some kitchenware. The basics are more than covered 👌 The location is perfect: near the seaside and the old town, and like 20 min walk to the modern part of the city. then, there's parking lot literally 1 min walk from the apartment, we didn't pay cause it's winter season and the weekend, so parking was free since Saturday 14:00 till Monday morning. the host send the instructions to check in very coherent and clear. I loved staying here! and the city is amazing, absolutely worth visiting! that I only stayed for 1 night, should've booked for 2 at least

Very good location with everything within walking distance, plenty of towels, free tea and coffee, fully equipped kitchen, room space, comfy beds, a big TV which i could watch Netflix and all. Unbeatable off season price given every advantages above. No exhaust hood in the kitchen area but it's just a minor issue for me.
