• Mariana (7/5): - Absolutamente hermoso el territorio donde están. La cabaña que me quede super cómoda. Un poco rústica pero está bien. El ventilador del techo no funcionaba pero me lo solucionaron con uno de piso. Al principio me dijeron que todos los de piso estaban ocupados (yo era la unica huesped del hotel) lo cual me pareció un poco raro que estuvieran ocupados pero ahi mismo solucionaron. La comida tiene demasiado espacio para mejorar. El menu es interesante pero la ejecución se queda muy corta. Todo demasiado grasoso y sin mucha sazón. Solo por la comida no me quedaría allá otra vez

Also, the yoga teacher came 30min late to the morning class without any apology - food heavily overpriced and no place near for alternatives - had a cockroach in our bed… - beach was not clean - matrasses on the beach loungers were always humid because they were not being put away at night

No hay música alta, tienen opciones de comida vegetariana, y espacio para relajarse y contemplar la naturaleza. La caminata desde la carretera al hotel no es muy larga y está bastante arborizada Aunque tienen opciones de comida vegetariana, nos parecieron un poco excesivos los precios en comparación con otros alojamientos de la zona, sobre todo porque la oferta de proteína vegetal era bastante pobre y primaban principalmente verduras. Esperábamos realizar actividades que están ofertadas como parte de la estancia sin embargo el día que fuimos solo había yoga y no la variedad que esperábamos. La habitación estaba bien pero le faltaba algo de mantenimiento, la luz nocturna no funcionaba

• Elaine Marsiglia (10/5): Perfecto para relajarse! - El concepto de Santuario Playa Bonita es simplemente perfecto para quienes, como yo, buscamos algo más tranquilo y un ambiente propicio para las prácticas de mindfulness, el silencio y la contemplación. Fui a hacer yoga, a meditar, a comer MUY rico (el restaurante tiene opciones variadas, me sorprendió lo bueno que estaba). La atención es perfecta, el servicio es muy amable y, en general, todos los espacios son muy cómodos. El desayuno estuvo muy completo, balanceado y delicioso. La cena y demás, abundantes. Me gustó que ofrecieran actividades gratuitas.

But it's kept trash free, which is pretty rare in Columbia. Restaurant is overpriced without reasonable options nearby. One of their dogs tried to bite me. Total no go for me!

• Samantha (8/5): Amazing quiet place, great service and cleanliness and overall a great experience. - The people were super lovely, always helpful, and collaborative with anything. Super nice service overall. The bedroom was super comfortable, clean and spacious, in a very quiet place. We had an amazing experience relaxing. The cabins are separate enough to have privacy and space. We loved it! And the girls in the reception were soooooo lovely and kind, always there for us. Great service and I will definitely come back. I think there's a big improvement regarding food. For the price, you would've expected more tasty food. The juice was watery, and the amount and diversity of the menu were not so big ... I think there should also be more ashtrays in general, but overall the place is great.

• Sean (7/5): Peaceful, relaxing and welcoming! - The staff are great. The place is simple, peaceful and relaxing. A good selection of food and drinks options at the restaurant and bar. Room was kept nice and clean. Staying here feels like switching off from the outside world. The food portions are small. Breakfast was included but we were left quite hungry. Lunch/dinner are also small for the price you pay. Quite far from everything, although neighbouring hotels offer food and pool facilities which we utilised.

• Manon (9/5): Wir hatten eine sehr guten Zeit und würden wiederkommen - Wunderschöne, große Anlage die zum relaxten einlädt. Das Doppelzimmer mit Außendusche war sehr schön ausgestattet. Der Strand war leider nicht so schön und schwimmen nicht wirklich möglich, da die Wellen ziemlich doll waren (aber da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts für).
• My Truc Dao (7/5): - Die Bungalows sind sehr süß und klein. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und der Service war nett und hilfsbereit. Yoga war inklusive. Die Welle sind sehr stark und fürs Schwimmen nicht geeignet, daher hätte ich mir einen Pool gewünscht. Die Anlage wäre groß genug dafür. Das essen war auch jur okay. Relativ teuer für mittelmäßiges essen. Wasser gibt es kostenlos. Sonst ist man sehr auf die Verpflegung vom hotel angewiesen.

Es un buen hotel para descansar, da mucha tranquilidad. La comida es rica pero no especifican los gramos,para saber precio calidad. Los vasos deberían ser de vidrio y así evitar que estén botando vasos biodegradables,también como dar una mayor porción por el precio que tienen o dar opciones de jarras,ejemplo. La entrada al hotel es oscuro, sería bueno que le colocaran algo de iluminación.

• Petteri (9/5): Very beautiful and peaceful place that feels like the garden of eden - One of the most beautiful locations. Absolutely stunning garden and green areas and a beach. One of the most relaxed and peaceful places too. It's lit so beautifully. At night time I just wanted to stay in the garden just looking around as it is so beautiful. Very private and peaceful feeling in your own bungalow, as they are located quite separately around the garden/green areas. Bungalows super cozy and a lot of space. Common areas, ie restaurant, bar, etc, are very nice too if you wanna socialize. There's also daily yoga sessions included in your stay if that's you thing. Nice staff. Good wifi throughout the place. Good food at quite a reasonable price.
• Lilou (8/5): little paradise - the place is so beautiful!! very peaceful and so close to the beach. the personnel are all super nice and they have a daily yoga acitivities and fire camp. only downside is the restaurant. the food is not great and expensive.
• Herrera (1/5): No recomendable - La playa. La habitación presentaba un nido de murciélagos, cuyo movimiento durante la noche no nos permitió dormir. Solo hasta el día siguiente fue atendido y limpiado, después de haber pasado una noche completa sin descanso adecuado. Adicionalmente, en la mañana el servicio de limpieza insistía desde muy temprano para ingresar a la habitación, sin respetar el descanso de los huéspedes. Encontramos también una culebra de más de metro y medio dentro de las instalaciones en el bar. La reacción del hotel fue agarrarla y trasladarla al hotel contiguo, en lugar de contactar a Parques o a la autoridad ambiental competente, que era la opción lógica y responsable para garantizar tanto la seguridad de las personas como el manejo adecuado de la especie. En general, la atención del personal es problemática y poco flexible, con constantes “peros” ante solicitudes normales del huésped. Incluso, en el restaurante, retiran los platos cuando uno aún no ha terminado de comer, generando una experiencia incómoda. Las fotos del lugar son muy buenas; sin embargo, la experiencia real no corresponde a lo que se ofrece. En términos de relación calidad–precio, el lugar no vale lo que cobra.

• Sabina (9/5): Paradise on the beach - I loved the fact that the place wasn’t inside Tayrona Park but was still very close by—only about a 25-minute bus ride to the entrance. It was super convenient to get everywhere we needed. I also loved the sustainable design of the property; it felt very cozy, especially the bar area. Our hut was absolutely adorable and very clean. For anyone concerned about hot showers, keep in mind that you’re in Tayrona with temperatures around 30–35°C, so you really don’t need heated water. The outdoor cold showers were actually perfect. There was plenty of space in the room. Some of the photos online didn’t look exactly the same as our hut—there may have been one or two lamps missing—but it was still very cute and clean. The mosquito netting over the bed was extremely helpful, especially since you’re completely surrounded by nature. Our room was cleaned daily, and we were given fresh towels every day. You can always request not to have towels changed daily to support sustainability, but because it’s quite humid, towels don’t dry easily, so having fresh ones was actually very helpful. The food choice was also great I felt it had different choices and very delicious. Overall, the place reminded me of a luxury hostel or a boutique hotel. The staff were lovely, and while it’s not a party place, it was super quiet with very relaxed, chilled vibes. I don’t think there’s anything I can say about the property that I didn’t like. The property was great, and the location was excellent. It’s right in a forested area, which means you need to walk about 15 minutes to reach the main road, but that actually adds to the charm. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel is to add more lighting in the outdoor bar area where guests sit on the pillows on the sand. It would be lovely to have some candles to create a cozy atmosphere, or even sustainable lighting options such as solar-powered lights that charge during the day and illuminate the space in the evening. A few fairy lights would also make the area feel warmer and more inviting.

• Pawel Bakiera (7/5): - Mam problem żeby dobrze/uczciwie ocenić Santuario Playa Bonita. Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, przepiękna plaża w otoczeniu palm kokosowych. Sam obiekt bardzo ładny, spokojny i urokliwy. Wspaniałe miejsce na chillout. Co do tego nie mam wątpliwości. Kuchnia jest po prostu bardzo średnia. Śniadanie co prawda jest w cenie ale obejmuje wyłącznie jajecznicę lub jajko sadzone z pieczywem i kilka plasterków owoców. Można zamówić inne dania odpłatnie ale i tak nie jest to duży i atrakcyjny wybór. Obiekt dużo traci przez śniadanie, lepiej podnieść cenę i dać super śniadanie w 3 opcjach bo rozumiem, że nie zawsze bufet się opłaca. Domki extra, ale bez klimatyzacji nie da się spać. Moskitiera nie przepuszcza powietrza z wiatraka. Nie ma kanapy lub foteli w środku, brak zagłówka do łóżka, mi utrudniało spanie. Łóżko twarde, ale to moja ocena. Bardzo duży potencjał, drobiazgi psują ocenę bo to ważne drobiazgi. Pływać nie można przez silne prądy, to niezależne od właściciela. Resztę poprawić i będzie bajka.

• Sandra (9/5): - Everything. It is the second time we visit the place and we can notice its improvement. Staff is absolutely kind and willing to help. Place is outstanding: quiet, environmental friendly with all the facilities to combine rest and work as it was our case. Yoga sessions in the morning and afternoon are definitely our top 10: Laura the instructor is a lovely spirit as well as very professional in her role. Stable internet connection despite of the local challenges: one day the public power supply was off and the management turned the hotel generator on immediately in such a way we didn't even notice there was a problem. Care products in the bedroom are naturally and locally produced. For a short stay of a couple of days, there is no problem to have the same breakfast menu included. But when you are 5 days, like we were, the included breakfast become a little boring.... specially when you notice the hotel offers variety of breakfast (paid) in the menu. The hotel has a beautiful volunteer program. This may cause that some of the volunteers don't get very adapted to the environment of the place (silence, rest and respect): that was the case of one of the staff members, a very young and noisy boy who liked to listen to music in a loudly way and needed to be noticed all the time singing and shouting.

• Luis (7/5): Excelente lugar para desconectarse del mundo. - La ubicación, La Paz, la tranquilidad, el personal y el paisaje. La comida no es mala, pero podría ser muchísimo mejor. Los abanicos de la habitación refresca muy poco, y la noche puede ser calurosa.
• OMER (3/5): - Beautiful private beach, quiet, the overall hotel area is well maintained. The included breakfast is very small and exactly the same every day. The whole menu is very expensive and in small portions. The nearest local restaurant is in Puerto Nuevo which you have to take a bus there. The double room has no balcony and indoor bathroom as shown in photos on booking. The fan is so low and it’s super hot in the room specially during the night.

• Lily (10/5): Paradisiaque - Le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer en pleine nature.Le dortoir est magnifique et confortable avec une grande douche.La cuisine est excellente et le personnel agréable. Les transats sur la plage sont appréciables. La cuisine est excellente mais la salade et les chips sont souvent retrouvés dans l'assiette.

• sagi (5/5): - The hotel is beautiful and located right in the heart of nature, which gives it a peaceful and natural vibe. Unfortunately, the rooms were extremely hot at night, and we had a terrible experience with lots of mosquitoes. The water pressure was very weak, and the sheets weren’t very clean. The food was average, and so was the beach, but the surrounding area was nice.
• Tomer (10/5): מקום יפיפה, אנשים מקסימים, חוויה מושלמת שלא באלך לעזוב את המקום - הצוות מדהים! חלקן דוברות אנגלית ותמיד נכונות לעזור בכל עניין או סתם לפטפט. הבקתות באמצע טבע מרהיב ביופיו וממש על החוף . החדרים יפים ומקלחת החוץ גם כן. האוכל מעט יקר אבל הכי טעים שאכלנו באיזור וגם הקוקטיילים. זה מקום למצוא בו נחת ושלווה החדר לא אטום אז יכולים להיכנס יתושים או חרקים. זה משהו שראינו בכל האיזור… יש כילה סביב המיטה אז זה עוזר מאוד

Tenía exceso de moscas, el anjeo de las canas estaba super sucio, empolvado, además que no tiene senal buena de Internet, y difícilmente se podía uno comunicar con la recepción. El precio es extremadamente costoso vs las instalaciones

• Victor (9/5): - Excelente ubicacion frente al mar, lugar para contemplar la naturaleza, aunque no es muy apta para entrar al mar por el fuerte oleaje. tuve un incidente con unos perros del lugar, se me tiraron encima y me dejaron unas marcas durante varios dias, deberían de solucionar ese tema. los perros sueltos que se me tiraron encima para atacarme, deberían de buscarle una solución a ese tema.

• Ángela (8/5): - Es un hotel suuuper especial, nada más entrar sientes la buena vibra que desprende. El enclave es mágico.si quieres desconectar es el sitio perfecto. Cero ruidos. Ducharte al aire libre escuchando la fauna que tienen una pasada. La comida espectacular por poner algún pero el vino no está a la altura de su carta. Recomendable 100% La cama es muuuy dura y las almohadas muy blandas. Hemos pasado calor porque el ventilador de techo da en la mosquitera que cubre la cama y no deja pasar el aire, quizás uno de pie hubiera sido más práctico
• Maria Antonia (6/5): Scamming pictures, old semi abandoned venue. - The beach and nature were nice. The big fan in the bedroom was not really working and the humidity and heat were quite high. The bathroom was not spotless clean. The green washing message we recieved before arriving, they said they were very ecological however our bedsheets were plastic and extremely warm. The restaurant was full of flies, quite disgusting. Lots of mosquitoes. We were charged almost 5 euros for extra mushrooms in our breakfast eggs.
• Flavia (10/5): Un lieu magique ! - Un lieu paradisiaque où le personnel est très attentionné ! Nous avons pu profiter des Rios à côté pour nous baigner. La plage n est pas très propre, c est dommage ! L hôtel pourrait la nettoyer et trop de vagues pour se baigner .

• FRANCESCA (9/5): Bien para dos Noches y no pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel. - Tienen buen menú de comida El colchón estaba terrible, hundido, nos levantamos con dolor de espalda. Teniendo en cuenta que el mar no es tan amigable para meterse, una piscina le hace muchísima falta. Nosotros íbamos por dos noches a un matrimonio y íbamos a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, por eso no nos importó. Pero no volvería. En la zona se encuentran más hoteles que si cuentan con piscina.
