Coldduck (8/5): A Very Pleasant Stay! - We recently stayed here during a local special event. Most of the times it was quiet. Noise from I-25 is minimal though occasionally we could hear music coming from another room. The staff is super professional and friendly. Tina especially was super friendly and professional. When we told her we’d like hot coffee at 4 am, she made sure we had it! Jenna was also super nice and professional and so was the cleaning crew we met. We didn’t try their “Breakfast in Bed”because it honestly didn’t sound very appetizing, plus they charge extra to deliver the frozen foods for it the day before you want it. Instead we cooked some meals in the room. Beware too. They charge $20 for a set of dishes and basic cooking utensils. Otherwise, the room was clean and mostly in good condition. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. One other thing… there’s no breakfast restaurants nearby. You’ll have to drive southwest or drive up to Windsor to find a breakfast restaurant.
Mark (9/5): Quiet weekend at My Place - Loveland - Spotless, very quiet (3rd floor room). My second stay at "My Place" in Loveland, Colorado. Haven't been disappointed either stay. Best, cost-effective deal in the area. Fort Collins hotels were charging x3 for lesser accommodations. There is nothing to be concerned about, no complaints.

Debra (1/5): Worst beds and nothing available to use the kitchen. Would never stay here again. - The staff helped us get the correct room. They said they couldn't help us the first time but after we went to our room and realized it wouldn't work,they switched us to the correct room. We needed handicap and we requested it but it wasn't available at first but after I couldn't get off the toilet they switched us rooms. The beds in the handicap room was horrible. Probably one of the worst beds we have ever slept on. Like I would never stay again due to the beds being so hard and awful. The second thing was having a kitchen but nothing was available. I have never been to a hotel with a full kitchen and not have access to pots, pans, dishes, etc. I would never recommend this hotel.

They have all the usual amenities provided and have very kind and friendly staff! The convenience of larger microwave and refrigerator was nice, and since we had no plans to actually cook in the room, we did not upgrade to have dishes and cookware provided. The recliner was a very nice perk!! The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and an extra blanket provided. Room climate control was quiet and easy to adjust. The entire hotel is simply practical and efficient. We would happily stay here again when visiting family. Highly recommend My Place Loveland ! Thank you!

Verified traveler (8/5): Ok for a couple of nights. - My Place Hotels are listed with a refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink, etc. The last one I stayed in had dishes and pots and pans. The cupboards were bare at this My Place. Not practical for someone going in for a long term stay, hoping to fix their own means. Additionally, the bathroom tile in our room had a burn imprint of the stove burner on it. Clearly someone had a pot at one time and perhaps was trying to move it to the tub. The burned tile needs to be replaced; it is unsightly. Rooms were otherwise clean and quiet.

No silverware, pots or pans The coffee maker was provided but they only provided a large pot’s worth of pre bagged coffee grinds. I was alone so making a full pot of coffee was unnecessary and the coffee was a horrible quality brand. The room had a very unpleasant smell, like old food The room looked very clean though and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was nice with two queen beds plenty of room for both of us. We had gone out and came back later in the evening and when we got into our room there was some dogs in the room next to us barking non-stop. So I went down to the check-in desk and asked if they would be so kind to move us. They ended up calling the owners of the dogs and I guess they came back but the hotel moved my friend and I to a completely different room on the first floor instead of the third floor. So I was happy that they accommodated us.

Brandee (5/5): This place was awful. Housekeeping terrible. Grounds were unkept and ugly. Terrible stay. - Not anything really The grounds were ugly and covered in mounds with tons of prairie dogs. Even though there were signs asking people to clean up after their pets no one did and there were TONS of piles of dog poop every where. The little grass there was was covered with thistles and sticker burrs. The trash cans around the property would pile up for days. They have kitchenettes but provide no utensils or cookware which makes no sense. The housekeeping is AWFUL!!!! I would never stay here again or recommend it.

But then they say they will sell you all of that. Right, let me buy a whole kitchen set theb add that to my baggage when I travel home? Gtfoh. Beds are bad, refrigerator was noisy, good thing there were restaurants nearby since we didnt know we couldnt use the kitchen til after we got there. Deceptive.

The one thing I would have to say is that there wasn’t any (small bar) soap for hand washing after suing the restroom. However, there was liquid dish soap at the kitchen sink. The toilet and facial tissues were the cheapest I’ve ever encountered. Other than that, the place met all my expectations. I would stay there again.
