- Dawson (10/5): - We had the japanese western style room which comes with a small Japanese dining area which was very useful. The toilet has a bathtub and the shower head with a mid high stool useful for elderly and pregnant women. Appreciate that the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The beds were really comfy and has beady pillows. The blanket was very cushy. There's a delicia supermarket 15mins by foot. And lots of home run restaurants within 10mins by foot. Love that L2 there's a common area where you could bring your own food to microwave. However, would be better if they could place a basket containing water, towels even if a do not disturb sign is being put up.

- ?? (8/5): - 当日は23時前のチェックインとなりましたが、フロントスタッフの方がとても丁寧に手続きしていただけました。 ただ、ベッドの下にマクドナルドのポテトが2本とビスケットの欠片が1つ、冷蔵庫の中にはアルミホイルに包まれたゴミが1つ入っていました。ベッドのシーツや枕、洗面台のコップなど他のものもしっかり清掃されているのか心配になり少し気持ち悪かったです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 清潔なホテル - 急に思い立って前日に予約。前回、他サイトで予約が取れていない事があり、こういった海外サイトで予約するのを躊躇していたけれど、電話で確認できたので安心した。 駐車場はホテルの手前側にもあるけれど、裏側の方が停めやすい。 朝食はバスケットで届けてもらえる。可もなく不可もない。スープジャーからスプーンで飲む時の金属が擦れるのは参った…やはり連泊では素泊まりがいいと思う。コーヒーはインスタントのドリップ。これは気分が下がった。 部屋はとても清潔で空調も快適だった。 大浴場がないので、バスタブにお湯を張ったが、とてもよく清掃されていて安心できた。 ロールカーテンの開け閉めが面倒。 部屋には水一本とアールグレイのティーパック。 畳敷きのスペースでちゃぶ台と座布団。 外国人向けなのか、私にはテーブルとイスの方がよかった。TVも角度を変えられないのでリラックス出来ず。ベッドの横にテーブルがあったらとても便利だと思った。 フロントの方は地元の事をあまり知らない様子。 宿泊だけと割り切って行くのがいい。 チェックアウトの時のみ親しみを込めて挨拶してくれる方が出てきた。終わりよければ全て良し。

- Matt (8/5): - The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in.

- Guruprasad (10/5): Wonderful stay at a perfect location near the station! - The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Karuizawa station. Take the north exit on the bridge/walkway after coming up from Shinkansen platform, it's the left. There's a tourist info with helpful people at the end of the corridor, and an escalator next to it. Once you come out, with your back to the station, walk straight down the road, and take left at the first traffic light, near the Shell station. The hotel is opposite Family Mart. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was generous-sized with an ante-room which has a fridge, some storage cupboards and the main room is nice and big with a good-sized bed. They provide 2 bottles of water. You can take day trips to Naka Karuizawa, Shiraiito Falls among other destinations using the bus service outside the station. It's a lot easier if you have Suica card or you will need to carry many 1000 yen notes. On the way back you can you can stop off at Kyu Karuizawa and walk the streets of Old Ginza. It can also be reached by foot, takes about 25-30 minutes.
- Bonita_cl (10/5): Closest Hotel to train station - Use your Google map don’t follow Hotel instruction. It’s hard to identify hotel building from afar. Hotel rooms are in the new building. Oh my, we are so impressed with the interior design. Chic yet very roomy and comfortable. All material used are quite high end, even the ceiling has wood texture. Located on a quiet street very close to the Main Street. We managed to walk to old town. Next day we caught a local bus on the right hand of train station to see the famous White Silky Waterfalls in the mountain. Overall a hotel is new, modern, and great location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 気になるところが少しありました。 - チェックインも早く出来ましたし、駅から近く良いホテルだなと思いました。 ただ、バスルームに少しカビがあったりベッドの角に恐らくついているであろう、クッション製のカバーが付いてるところと無いところがあったので、そこが改善されると更に良いかと思います。 そこを除けばとても過ごしやすかったです。
- TAKESHI (10/5): 初めて泊まりましたが - ２８㎡の新館ダブルでしたが、広くて設備も新しく快適でした。共用部のライブラリーにはフリーのドリンクもありました。コロナの影響で朝食は部屋出しになっていましたが、味も量も十分な内容でした。ただちょっとテーブルが小さいので食べにくかったですけど、元々朝食はダイニングで食べるようなので、そこはしょうがないかと。駅からも近く、目の前にはコンビニもあるので便利でした。また泊まりたいと思います。

- kazuyoshi (8/5): こじんまりと良いホテルです。 - 新館スタンダードツインだったので部屋は若干狭めでしたが、清掃もきちんとされており清潔でした。特にバスルームが広く洗い場もあるので快適でした。バスケットの朝食もマルです。一つだけ気になったのは就寝中、室外から何か擦る様な音が聞こえて耳障りでした。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 1泊2日 @軽井沢 - ・駐車場あり ・軽井沢駅がほぼ目の前 ・コンビニが目の前 ・部屋も綺麗で気になる点は無かった ・旧軽井沢銀座まで徒歩約20分 ・本が閲覧できそのまま部屋でも読書できる ・壁が薄い?のか他の部屋の音が稀に聞こえる 私はとても快適に過ごせました。

- KAZUSHIGE (8/5): シンプルなデザイナーズホテル - 新しく清潔感のあるお部屋特に浴室のガラス張りはデザイナーズ風で◎ 3人で宿泊しましたが部屋が狭くて少し残念。 トータルではポイント高いホテルなので又利用させて頂こうと思います。

- はる (10/5): - コロナの影響で朝のバイキングが無くなってたのが唯一残念だったけど、それはホテルのせいではないし、代わりの朝ごはんもとても美味しかったから、問題なしです。 5歳の息子も楽しめた旅になりました。また同じホテルに泊まりたいと言ってます。
- shoko (10/5): ラグジュアリーなプチホテル - 出張で利用しています。これで2回目。清潔感があり、お風呂が広めで気に入っています。ウエルカムドリンク代わりにお水が用意されています。他にアールグレイのティーパックとシナモンクッキーが添えられています。コーヒー派の私としては、ドリップコーヒーをサービスしてくれたら満点です。 ここのホテルで良い点がもう一つ。 コンセントが比較的多いです。ビジネス利用者には大変ありがたい。 また、コンビニや飲食店が近いのも助かります。シーズンオフは飲食店を探すのに苦労しますが、ここは大丈夫。 図書室？の書籍はたくさんありますが、目新しいのはないかも。

- asako (6/5): もう少しだけ、お気遣いが頂きたかった。 - コロナウイルスの影響で近くのショッピングプラザも18時に閉店、レストランも18時ラストオーダーで、近くで夜食を楽しむ事も出来ず、朝食も、プランに入っている方のみの対応との事でホテルで食べられず…。やむなく、コンビニへ…。ホテルのせいではないですが、夜食、朝食が近くでとれない時はホテルで対応して欲しかった。
