Only recommendation, because of the 48th floor, I would recommend installing some darker blinds for the bedroom, as that 7AM sun hits you hard. Other then that great night.

The furnace fan didn't have a shut-off feature and the thermostat did not work like a traditional unit. So it was difficult to create a comfortable temperature. The property was perfect for what we needed it for, and the parking was convenient.

The instructions given about how to check in were really vague, so we spent about twenty minutes talking to various security guards for the wrong buildings. (Expedia actually lists the wrong address which didn't help). Its not a hotel with a receptionist, its just an apartment building, and once you find the right one, the security guard sends you to your apartment (apparently we were supposed to have been told what number we were staying in, but had not - more hassle) where the door is open and the key is just sitting on the table. Didn't make me feel overly safe about being there. The view was amazing, and the apartment looked really good. But when you closed the blind of an evening, half the slats were missing so it didnt block out much light. The bed must have been broken. Its had a huge dip in the middle so you ended rolling into the other person all night. The quality of the bedding was so poor I had to go out and buy new pillowcases as the ones on there were so scratchy you couldn't lay on them. The worst bit was, as there was no reception I didn't even know who to complain to! Overall, looks wonderful, and a great location, but not great on closer inspection. We couldn't wait to leave. I do rely on the expedia reviews when booking hotels, and it was rated quite highly, so was shocked by the state. I think it just needs some upkeep and general house management and it would have been great.

Overall was cozy & a great time just some amenity things to add would be good! 🙂 thank you

Mark (10/5): Great Room, Great Parking - The view we has (Exclusive Condo, Lake View) was simply amazing, with views of the lake and the CN Tower. The entire facility was impeccably clean, and the parking secure. FYI the parking nearby can be close to $35CAD per day, making the free parking here quite valuable, along with a very secure garage.

Did not like: 1) poorly stocked kitchen - cookware, utensils, towels, cheap small appliances - coffee machine did not work by day 2 2) cheap and uncomfortable furniture. The pictures kept falling off the walls for no apparent reason 3) ZERO ability to talk to anyone with regard to property management issues. Only “security” who know nothing (nice guys tho’.). 4) bunged up parking slot. Had to spend hours dealing with as NO ONE could/would help figure out what to do when someone was in my ASSIGNED parking space. The ONLY solution was to risk being towed/ticketed myself. 5) not one extra towel or blanket. Had to use same towel for the entire stat. 6) ZERO property management communication. The “apartment” looks like the picture, but you get absolutely NOTHING else.

The only issues were with the elevator wait times which could be almost 20 minutes for the higher floors and the fan in the unit never shut off creating a somewhat cold and noisy interior.

Ahad (10/5): Great Stay! - An excellent option in comparison to staying at a hotel! The condo was located close to many major attractions which made it an ideal and fun option to walk around and explore the city! The condo also featured a rather larger balcony which had great views of the CN Tower and downtown skyline. I would highly recommend this as an alternative if you do not need any of the creature comforts that are accompanied by staying at a hotel. I only had two complaints and that would be the parking garage is rather silly and lacks proper signage at some points (went in circles trying to find the appropriate floor). Lastly, the towel rack in the washroom was broken and nearly attacked my foot (kudos to my quick reflexes). Other than that, I would recommend this option to anyone.

Dalton (6/5): - Very nice stay. We where only here one night but everything was great with the exception of the tv that we couldn’t get to work for us. Probably our fault but it wasn’t just hit the on button. But that was not a big deal as we are people who like to read and with the view the tv wasn’t a big deal. Frankie (6/5): - Cons I easily would have given 5/5 for this property but it lost ground do to the following reasons. A whole section of the blinds for the windows is missing. This left my privacy compromised to the other condos across from me. To add to the problem with the one section missing there was a bright light from the building next door right in my eyes as I was trying to sleep. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off when as I grabbed a towel and hit my foot. Wifi is supplied but the password was not were it was supposed to be. I sent and email to the company and nobody got back to me. So no wifi for 2 days. Pros. Now for the good stuff as I would stay there again. I believe the problems were issolated and could easily be resolved. The condo is a perfect size 2 people could stay there easily for a week or more. Bed was very comfotable. Shower head offered ample amount of water that you don't see in most hotels. Stove oven microwave freezer are more then adequate for a short stay week or 2. Underground secured parking!! Security at door to building. Clean building. And the location WOW one side Rogers center the other Scotia arena 10 min from Eatons center. A beautiful market that is like Smiths on steroids. Restaurants shirt and tie, pubs, corners stores,Subway etc.... So overal it was a great place! Just some fine tunning needed...oh and last part......compared to the crazy rates around there for the Hotels...got it throught Expedia for a amazing price that can't be beat.

The host didn't have us in the system so we had to wait for two different front desks to call and have us checked in. When we got to the room we had to call because the key was hidden and there was no note or any clue on where is might be. Once we called and found the key there was no fob to get into the building or use any of the amenities. we did not receive a fob until the next day after 11. every time we wanted to come or go from the building we had to call concierge and we were questions every single time coming back and would have to reexplain our situation.There was what looked like blood on the bed sheets, the TV didn't work and overall would never stay here again.

Their active communication was very helpful for a busy person like me, as a result I did not have to try to call or contact them, they contacted me. The suite was very clean. The room's furniture and decoration was just right, not too much, not too little. They also provided coffee pods which helpful and kind. Thank you.

The security staff was indifferent and check in instructions were vague. We could not access the building after our evening out (code was not given and had to wait for someone to exit building to get back in). Check out details were not provided. One again, lobby security staff were vague and indifferent.
Jason (8/5): - Room was clean. The toilet was a two stage flush but the button was broken so only one level of flush worked. Mattress was comfortable if you slept on one side of the bed. Other side had broken springs.
Verified traveler (10/5): - I stayed here for one night on a business trip. I was a little hesistant at first because it was a private rental, but the hotels prices were outrageous given it was a last minute booking and the pictures looked nice so I gave it a shot. The suite was the exact one from the pictures, with an unobstructed view of the CN Tower and Lake. It was amazing, especially at night when the city lights came on. It was very clean, very comfortable and when i arrived the cleaning crew was just finishing up which instilled confidence I was at least getting fresh linens and everything was wiped down. It was beyond that, cushions were steamed, coffee pods set out with mugs, single use shampoo and other toiletries. Even a washer and dryer with detergent pods. 24 hr security, private parking garage included, and 4 mins from the airport. Give it a try, you will love staying here.

Shawn (2/5): Not a great place to stay at all. - There was only one elevator out of three working in a high-rise. It took me over 20 minutes to get up to my room and over 25 minutes to get down (I was on the to 50th floor, so the stairs were not an option with luggage). There were blinds missing in my bedroom. When I finally got down to the lobby on the day I checked out I was kicked out of the lobby because I had luggage! All I was trying to do was sit down to call an Uber.

Amanda (8/5): Great place to stay in the heart of the city! - Great place right in downtown Toronto. Just enough for a couple. The set up is unique in that the bedroom area is enclosed in a cube, so to speak, meaning their are glass doors to open and close around the bed area. The details were fantastic, i forfot my toothbrush and had planned on running to a drug mart and i found a disposable dental kit in the bathroom! I was pleasantly surprised! I would stay her again.
Chuck (6/5): - Beautiful, clean place but couldn't get the TV or the coffee machine to work. Suspect TV was blocked and coffee machine was broken. Boring at night, upset in the morning.

Blinds where broken, so lots of light was comig in when t was the AM. Work us up. Never nosie outside the apartment and halls
Unhappycamper (6/5): - The rooms had a great view, nice place and look clean. However, I was very unhappy with the communication. I had rented two room because I was traveling with my family which included kids. And they gave me two rooms in two floors which made it very stressful. I could relax because I was worried about my kids being on a different floor. They started off giving me the rooms in two separate building. I was texting with the company that runs the condominium and originally gave me wrong information and ended up in the wrong room which had just been used. The whole experience was a nightmare but the view and place itself was great. Would like to demand a credit. Since we ended up staying in one room. I hope to get a reply to my request.

Arjun (8/5): Solid overall, small details missed - Overall great check-in experience, free parking in downtown toronto, great front-desk staff. Kleenex box was empty, TV was not working correctly - otherwise great stay. Balcony had some glass on it, otherwise positive experience.
Verified traveler (4/5): - The view was amazing. It was very disappointing to check in and not have any water or hydro for 6 hrs, as well as again not having hydro the next morning. This was due to construction going on in the building. Was not worth the money we paid. I am not sure I would recommend. I really hope that we can get compensation for this inconveience.

terrence (4/5): Room was ok. View was great. Good location - The room was quite dirty. The check in was sketchy. The tv and the air conditioning did not work. I was charged more then I was quoted. I was asked for my credit card number for additional fees. I refused to give my number.
