- Martine (7/5): séjour agréable et représentatif des photos - Le parking est accessible et pratique mais assez cher. Le SPA est agréable, il faut le réserser en avance. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est un peu simple, pas de miroir grossissant et pas assez d'étagère dans la salle de bains, on ne sait pas ou poser la trousse de toilette.

- Zanaty (10/5): Absolutely stunning property and an incredible staff! I would stay there again and again! - The property is absolutely beautiful and the courtyard is very nice for lounging. There are many birds in the courtyard who serenade you every morning! The room was very comfortable and felt like I was stepping back in time. The staff kept our room immaculate. There is an espresso machine in the room that I fell in love with. The front staff made recommendations for dinner and we thought we had died and gone to heaven. This was an amazing experience and I absolutely loved our time here! My only complaint is the 40 mosquito bites from my open windows. The air conditioner doesn’t come on until May (by law) and sometimes the days are warm and you want to open your windows. Unfortunately I was feasted upon by mosquitoes. But the staff was amazing by giving us a fan and bug spray. All so much appreciated! I realize screens aren’t really a thing in Italy and I can respect that! But be prepared with some repellent if you like open windows like I do!

- annabelle (7/5): Agréable cadre et hotel de charme, en retrait du centre mais bien placé - l'hotel malgré son retrait du centre (mais c'était voulu pour éviter le bruit ) est trés accessible à pied ( 20mn du centre historique ). Le style de palais rénové et la décoration sont trés agréable avec du charme. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Suivant l'emplacement des chambres on entendait un petit peu les voitures. Une de nos chambres avait une mauvaise odeur d'égouts au départ, et j'ai demandé à mieux nettoyer les bondes de douche qui étaient sales. L'odeur est passé.Sinon le reste était correctement propre. Les matelas sont qq peu bruyants si on bouge et pourraient peut-être être changés... Le petit déjeuner est bon, et suffisant mais pour un 4 étoiles et après bien des voyages, nous nous attendions à plus de variétés, par exemple en pain.Le personnel du pt déjeuner sont agréables, mais tout le long du repas rien est débarrassé à mesure.

Mal aimable, limite agressif. Obligé de payer la totalité du séjour au check-in. Ce concierge ne mérite pas sa place dans un palace.

I paid extra for access to the spa, but we were unable to use it because a reservation had to be made in advance. This requirement was not mentioned beforehand, and the latest available time was 9:00 PM. I also paid for breakfast, but we could not enjoy it because it only started at 8:00 AM, while in most places breakfast is available as early as 6:00 AM.

Very pleasant surroundings - garden area and interior lounge with books and magazines. Felt looked after and had all amenities in the room that we could have wanted. It is a half hour walk to the city centre but we were happy to be away from the bustling city and visit the superb local restaurants recommended by the hotel. The spa at the property was wonderful and relaxing with exclusive use and is one of its selling points. However it wasn’t until after booking that I was informed that we could you it only once. I felt disappointed that this wasn’t clear before booking, I would certainly think it fair if it was once per day as other clientele need to use it. Somehow someone in Indian accessed my booking details and tried to scam me. This didn’t happen for the 2 stays in other cities or my flight, just for this hotel.

- Cecilia (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno con spa - L’hotel è ben posizionato, in una zona residenziale tranquilla nelle immediate vicinanze di piazza della Libertà, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione SMN e a 15minuti a piedi dal convento di San Marco e della Gallerie dell’Accademia. La struttura è pulita ed accogliente, offre tutti i comfort necessari. Lo staff è molto disponibile e cortese, puntuale nel rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. È possibile depositare il bagaglio all’arrivo e in partenza, il che rende agevole la visita in città. La zona spa offre idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco. È perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Grazie all’accesso solo su prenotazione se ne può godere appieno, nella massima tranquillità. L’attenzione nell’utilizzo limitato della plastica è molto apprezzabile, le ciabatte monouso sono di fibre naturali e la suola di sughero. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. La nostra stanza affacciava sulla strada, gli scuri erano bloccati e non si potevano chiudere completamente. La tenda oscurante inoltre non gira tutto attorno alla finestra e lascia filtrare la luce del mattino ai lati. L’insonorizzazione della camera potrebbe essere migliorata, sia verso gli spazi interni della struttura sia con l’esterno, al fine di favore un riposo perfetto. Sarebbe bello trovare qualche prodotto locale per colazione, come miele, yogurt e affettati nostrani, oppure, dolci della tradizione toscana. Ad ogni modo, si tratta di piccole accortezze che la struttura, se vorrà tenere in considerazione, le permetteranno di diventare ancora più gradevole e apprezzata. Il soggiorno è comunque piacevole e raccomandato.

Poiché il letto matrimoniale è composto da due letti singoli uniti, la struttura del letto singolo sul lato destro probabilmente necessita di manutenzione, perché fa molto rumore anche solo sedendosi leggermente. Siccome viaggiamo con un bambino, la notte non osiamo nemmeno girarci nel sonno: ogni minimo movimento provoca rumore.

- Jasmine (10/5): - Absolutely perfect location, as it was within walking distance of the main city centre but far enough away from the crowds and loud noises. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of sweet and savoury, and the spa facilities were absolutely beautiful. The staff were helpful and provided me with local and authentic restaurants in the area. I would love to stay here again when I return to Florence :)

- Krzysztof (10/5): - Obiekt zlokalizowany niedaleko ścisłego centrum Florencji. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe. W obiekcie bardzo czysto. Bardzo dobre śniadania.
- Carl (4/5): Beware of the ”deluxe” and ”design” suites - We booked the Junior Deluxe Suite and became very disappointed when we saw the room. For that price you would expect a luxurious suite with nice interior. However the room looked more like a cheap hostel with basic Ikea furniture cramped together in a small space. The room was also dark (no natural light) and smelled like an old basement. It's insane to call that room a "Deluxe Suite". We did find the staff nice and helpful and they offered us to switch room and have some extra spa time, however we still payed a huge overprice and wished we would have booked another hotel. Breakfast was fine but nothing special, some basic things were missing in the rooms like for example way too few closet hangers and the air conditioner was not functioning. Also what looked like classy and beautiful parquet inside the rooms turned out to be cheap laminate flooring. Overall this hotel is more like a three star hotel.

- guillaume (2/5): Mieux vaut aller ailleurs - Emplacement Le spa est sur réservation et vous n’avez le droit qu’à une seule fois sur tout votre séjour L’hôtel n’est absolument pas insonorisé on entend tout dans la chambre même le vibreur du téléphone des voisins, quand ils parlent etc Apparement ils n’ont pas le droit de chauffer en octobre résultat très froid dans la chambre j’ai finis avec une sinusite et le blouson dans la chambre Lensemble des éléments du spa était froid à chaque fois car allumé juste avant votre réservation donc pas le temps de monter en température

- Federica Termine (7/5): Hotel comodo per il centro città - La struttura è da poco ristrutturata, la camera è nuova e confortevole. Il personale è gentile. Il giardino interno molto grazioso. Comodo per raggiungere il centro città. L'hotel si pone come 4 stelle, ma i servizi offerti non sono del tutto al livello del costo della camera. Ad esempio, avere dell'acqua di cortesia in camera sarebbe stato meglio che doverla pagare dal frigo bar. La colazione è buona, ma non diversa da quella che si può trovare in un tre stelle. Il personale della colazione non veniva al tavolo a prendere le ordinazioni per i caffè, ma il cliente deve andare a richiederlo vicino la cucina.
