• Jasmin (10/5): Perfect stay for a weekend - Flat that feels like a Hotel with nice amenities. We came with our 2,5 year old and did not expect anything particularly for the kid but they surprised us with a babybed, diaper bin etc. super cool and have not seen this in any other place to that extend unless it's a kids hotel. Overall we liked the apartment a lot as it has a nice design so you feel home very quickly. Everything was perfect. As stated everything was fine. The only thing that could be slightly extended could be the kitchen equipment. We just stayed for a weekend but if I would stay longer I probably would wish for a few more items.

• Agnese (5/5): poor experience despite nice room and good location - room was big, clean. location great Piz Buin Chalet Building overlooks gas station, is separate from main hotel which kills the experience. Means you need to walk back to the main building every time to check in/out, use spa facilities, restaurant etc. When I asked for an extra coffee capsule (1 free capsule per day), they asked me for 50 cents. Ridiculous for a 4 star hotel given the night price and not very customer oriented. Spa is ridiculously poorly organized. You need to carry your key card + locker key at all times to access each separate sections of the spa (pool, sauna, changing room, gym...) First You remove your shoes at the entrance. Then you need you key card to access the changing room (Floor of the changing room was wet). If you forget your key card in the changing room, long moment of solitude with zero personnel around unless you walk back to reception wearing a towel. Would be easy enough to add a sign to help/guide customers. Then you navigate between sections with your key card Spa should be a peaceful experience and environment where you relax. Not a star-shaped area with gated sections.

Hotel offers great spa and playroom for kids. This was super helpful as we needed stay bit longer after check in. Super minor thing like more pots in kitchen.

• Stuart (6/5): good shower, close to train, gondola and supermarket - shower was fab close to ski lift close to supermarket close to train station kitchenette barely useable - no oven - only microwave, poor selection of utensils. only one (uncomfortable) armchair. internet security policy required daily credentials- including streaming via tv. tv kept malfunctioning, required restart every hour or so car wash outside property very busy during day. gas station lights very bright all night.

(10/5): Exceptional - great location in easy distance to ski lifts. very friendly and helpful staff. spacious and quiet rooms. the pool be bubble bath area was great for kids after a day of skiing. I liked it very much and would stay there again. we stayed in one of the apartments and only used the kitchenette for breakfast and for that it is perfectly fine. there’s no dishwasher and only exactly 4 of everything ( glasses, coups, knives etc.) so not really suited for proper cooking and selfcatering.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Trivsamt boende - Bekvämt, modernt och trevligt boende (one bedroom appartment). Fin inredning, mycket bra badrum samt mycket goda förvaringsmöjligheter. Köket var lite spartanskt utrustat: spis med två plattor, mikro men ingen vanlig ugn, kyl med frys, Nespresso-maskin med fyra kaffekapslar, ingen diskmaskin. Tillgång till spa med pool och bastu i det närliggande hotellet.

• Julie (10/5): Perfect for us - The Chalet Piz Buin was in a fab, central location in Klosters and suited us down to the ground. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and really well equipped with microwave and hob, so that we could cook our own dinner or eat out. We had everything we needed, including a really comfy bed and two large flat screen TVs! There were laundry facilities available on-site and parking (for small cars) under the chalet.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hübsches Studio - Wir waren mit dem Angebot sehr zufrieden. Das einzig negative war, dass der Geschirrspühler nicht ausgeräumt wurde. Kleine Bemerkung am Rande, die Studios verfügen über eine gemeinsame Tiefgarage. Dafür sollte aber das Auto nicht allzu gross sein. Sehr enge Einfahrt.
