- Philip (9/5): Nice location, park n fly NO 24 hr shuttle - Great location, love that they do park and fly and have a parking garage for our long trips. Its really inconvenient that they no longer have 24 hour airport shuttle. It stops at midnight and starts again at 4am...how hard would it be to add the additional 4 hours? This may actually prevent us from staying at the property in the future. Our flight arrived a few minutes after midnight resulting in a $30 Uber to the hotel.

Hallways had an odor, there were many stains in the hallway carpeting and they looked dirty to me. If was if they had not been vaccumed in weeks. Tile flooring was sticky in the lobby/breakfast areas.

It is right across from an excellent supermarket and surrounded by many dining options, which made the stay very convenient. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt somewhat limited, especially during busy times when multiple guests were eating at once. It seemed the staff was not fully prepared to handle the rush.

There was a boil advisory mentioned at a store close by the hotel that I was in on Friday, August 15th. Your hotel never said one word to any guest or posted anything on Friday. Saturday mid day, when returning from breakfast outside of the hotel, there was a sign on the ice machine saying out of order due to water advisory. I informed the front desk agent that I had heard about the water Friday afternoon. Why didn't the hotel tell the guest then? Her response was, the hotel staff was suppose to put up signs on Friday, but she guess they forgot, and that they (employees) had some hotel ice and water, and nothing happened so it's okay! I told her that it was not proper business etiquette. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows weren't the normal hilton/hampton standard.
- Joshua (8/5): - The breakfast could have been better. The breads seemed like they had recently been thawed. Still cold and hard. And they were out of a lot of condiments.Also, nothing really to drink but coffee. Juices were empty or very watered down.

- Michael (8/5): - The breakfast food was not good. My coffee creamer half and half was spoiled and separated in my coffee. I could not drink it. The eggs consisted of some sort of spongy material that was not appealing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly.

Three days after numerous attempts, it still has yet to be satisfactorily resolved. This is not on my end because another Hilton Hotel in Chicago the very next day processed everything correctly.

Stayed three nights and the room was never serviced. An incident requiring a change of sheets was requested. We ended up changing the sheets ourselves. Nice hotel but poor service

- Debbie (8/5): - The front desk girl was very nice on check in. Sundays breakfast was out of everything in the morning and you had to wait in line for a half hour until they refilled stuff. It looked like they only had one young man doing everything and he tried his best to make everyone happy! He definitely deserves a raise!

- Jennifer (4/5): Dirty eating areas, dirty carpet - We checked into the hotel at about 6pm. While walking through the breakfast seating area, there was still food waste on some tables and trash out. The carpets throughout the hotel were stained. The beds were fine but not exceptionally comfortable. However, the front desk personnel was kind and the hotel was close to our destination.

- Stephanie (6/5): - We chose this property for the breakfast and pool as we were traveling with 6 kids. Breakfast kept running out and wasn’t restocked. The trash was always full. The kids barely got to use the pool. The next morning we got up early to let the kids swim. First it was closed for cleaning. We went back down 30 minutes later and it was closed two hours for chemicals. It wouldn’t be ready until after check out. What is the point of a pool for kids when we can’t even use it? Disappointed.

- Passport809121 (10/5): Great stay for the US Open - Overall, a decent stay which matched most of the other reviews online. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property was in great condition. Nothing special or fancy but suited our needs. Fairly close to many restaurant choices in the area and also very accessible from the highway. Free breakfast wasn't very good but standard for Hampton Inn. For those who hate elevators, no issues accessing the stairs.

We stayed here for a Phillies vs pirates game and it was about 25 mins away from stadium but it was manageable because we just Ubered. Has lots of stores and things nearby. We went to twin peaks and they have the coldest beer which was perfect for us!

- Kimberly (7/5): Unreliable shuttle - The location was good. I like the fact that it offered shuttle. That was the whole reason why I basically picked here to stay. That the shuttle guy was laid, and he seemed to have a bit of a attitude. The front desk guy checking out, didn’t even seem like he worked there and very unprofessional

- Mcgowan (9/5): Home away from home - I love the pool (I didn't get the swim this time but I love it). I love the set up of the hotel and how it offers transportation (not 24 hours anymore though) There is one staff person at the desk and no one answered the phone for 20 minutes. It's a lot for one person. And then the shuttle driver wasn't there so taking a taxi was inconvenient for the taxi driver (he had to print the receipt and come up to get the vouchers). He seemed very annoyed about it.

- Carol (2/5): - The hotel claimed I only paid for 1 room when I booked and paid for 2 rooms. I showed my booking which was for 2 rooms and they said Hotel.com only sent them one room. The property was barely clean enough to stay in. The sheets and covers were soiled and the bathroom looked like it could use a good cleaning. I will never use this property again
- Lisa (8/5): Very good - Beds were comfortable. I noticed the cleanliness was not excellent. There was a used dry washcloth on top of the shower curtain that a maid missed. The floor wasn't that clean in the bathroom. The staff was mediocre. They were pleasant, but didn't go out of their way to be overly friendly.
- Shannon (3/5): Poor - When we arrived, the shuttle was broken down for the airport. They didn't tell us until we tried to get the shuttle to take to the airport the next morning at 3:45 am. The woman at the desk told us it had been down a week. We had to Uber to the airport with little ones. When we arrived back in Pittsburgh, the shuttle was back up and working. The shuttle took 55 minutes to get to the airport. Then, when it arrived, it could not fit everyone, so we waited another 45 minutes for it to come back. The location is decently far away from the airport too!

- dambanker (8/5): Good downtown option - Stayed here for a couple of nights. Much less expensive option than staying downtown. Easy enough to find and it was really easy to get downtown even in the morning. Traffic for a large city wasn't bad at all. As for the hotel itself everything was a expected from this chain, the rooms were all clean and comfortable. No food options nearby late at night in the area though. Had a good stay here would consider it again next time.

- Brandee (10/5): Great stay, busy hotel - We had a wonderful stay. Our room was awesome, and the lobby/ eating area was very comforting. Pool was perfect for the kids. The only negative was this was a BUSY hotel so breakfast was a race to get the waffle maker or the bacon. But I get it it’s an airport hotel. It also fit perfectly into a plethora of fun things and shopping malls. We had a blast

- Najah (10/5): - The staff were friendly and polite. I forgot to pack toothpaste and they provided small packets of toothpaste and it was convenient. The room was clean and the shower felt great. I stayed two nights for a basketball tournament and if we are in town again, I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable and breakfast had a great variety.
- Rebecca (2/5): - The room was not properly cleaned with used needles and alcohol bottles. We were moved to another room but had kids exposed to this. The new room we got was smaller than the extended room we needed and paid extra for. It was a major inconvenience and unsafe for our group. Other areas of the hotel had dirty bandaids and trash scattered about. I was told housekeeping was gone for the night but didn’t trust the room with possible drug residue or paraphernalia.
