• Erica (1/5): - They took a $50 deposit which I paid cash and I have never in my life had to wait in the lobby when returning key card and remote while they inspected the room and came back saying it smelled like we were smoking in the room.i told him to check the cameras because you would see me come out of my room to smoke.in other words it was his word against mine and he kept the cash deposit which I never received a receipt for Scammed me out of my deposit

When I called the staff to report the noise from the homeless they went and took care of it. The area was bad. There wasn't enough toilet paper. The homeless were noisy. The phone in the room didn't work and when I called via my cell phone they took a long time to answer. There was no microwave in the room.

• Brittney (1/5): Roach infested rooms with no hot water , they will lie to keep your deposit - Nothing We found a roach in our room and the hot water heater broke half way through our stay resulting in us not being to shower for the remainder of our stay . The hotel did not compensate us and instead decided to lie and say that we smoked in our room so they could keep our deposit. If I wasn't waiting for my uber I would've made him take us back to the room to show us the imaginary cigarettes that he found

• Edward (4/5): Nice place, won’t get much rest. - The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The room was nice clean and very Tuscan didn’t have a seating area like the pictures though. My biggest concern was the people who lived at the location didn’t have much respect for the people staying here for a short while. I was there for 2 nights and both nights I got 4.5 hours of sleep. Between the residents of this location and the neighboring business I had to deal with loud alarms, children running around and adults shouting, people revving car engines trying to show off a new BMW and the homeless playing music in the sidewalk. The parking here was not the best either one night I had to shimmy my way out of my parking because a large box truck was allowed to park behind all of the cars and block most of us in.

• Anali (8/5): Para la zona por lo céntrico me gustó y la limpieza con el precio - El cuarto limpio todo en general baño, sabanas, el lugar es céntrico para diferentes puntos y hay cerca Marketas, ross entre otras tiendas el metro esta un poco retirado pero te ayuda para moverte por la ciudad La zona esta descuidad y si hay homeless pero mientras los omitas y no camines tan noche por las calles no le veo el problema para la estancia..

• Escobar (1/5): - Acudi a al recepción para informar de un ruido persistente el cual al estar frecuente llega a molestar creo todos los huéspedes necesitamos un poquito de descanso bueno opino en lo personal estoy aloja ahora mismo martes 14 Abril y eso empieza la noche está brinda un hospedaje con seguridad y descanso garantizado el cual no se está respetando por parte de otros huésped alojados acá por parte el personal todo excelente a la hora de tomar la referencia del problema pido amablemente si sigue el ruido cambio de habitación y respetar los acuerdos estipulados en la reserva

The tub was clogged.They gave me a plunger but the water the tub didn't unclog.The remote control didn't work for the t.v.

• Pearl (7/5): I attended an event nearby with no issues or concerns over the 3 night stay. - This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's perfect for those who aren't easily intimidated. It's close to downtown LA, price is reasonable, and room was decent. The parking is extremely limited and the TV's in the room are small.
