Verified traveler (8/5): - The front desk would like us to pay for the breakfast, even it is included in the Itinerary. The pool is unclean. No wifi.
ROU (2/5): - Staff in the skybike didn't put harness & not well trained. Don't answer calls. Few signages going to the ecopark so u will get lost. No internet nor cellphone network. Towels smelly, food not so good. Pricey activities & not included for the room guests. Few staff. Dogs are great, they are trained. Swimming pool dirty. Electricity is solar. I will not recommend this park.
