Grocery stores, restaurants, beautiful houses close by and the tram right on the street. The hosts were as accommodating as possible. Some of the furniture was scratched up and needed replacing and not enough hot water on some days

• Jana (8/5): - Mali sme apartmán v podkroví. Vybavenie apartmánu bolo celkom slušné. V blízkosti chodí električka, čo ale nie je počuť. V sprchovacom kúte chýbala časť veľká dlaždice na mieste kde odteká voda. Steny boli zo sadrokartónu, báli sme sa, že keď na vešiaky zavesíme osušky, vytrhnú sa zo steny. Nepohodlný rozkladací gauč. Ťažko sa vyberali kľúče z bezpečnostnej schránky.

• chiara (8/5): Buona struttura ideale per un soggiorno breve,gentile e disponibile l’host. - Posizione ottima proprio a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram 28 e da una delle piazze centrali. appartamento spazioso ben suddiviso e personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo notato alcune pecche nei dettagli,i piccoli guasti riscontrati sono stati però immediatamente sistemati e risolti. il battiscopa del bagno era in pessime condizioni e l’interno della doccia scollato. La cucina è ben fornita di elettrodomestici e stoviglie,ma manca tutto l’occorrente per cucinare..forse una piccolo kit olio-sale e qualche caffè/tisana (oltre al paio inizialmente fornito) in più,sarebbero stati graditi.

• Clari1977 (8/5): - Appena entrata nell' appartamento la vista del legno in tutta la casa e gli alti soffitti mi hanno trasportato in un'altra epoca. Impagabili le ampie finestre che rendono molto luminosa la casa. Intelligente anche la scelta di dedicare un bagno alla rispettiva camera da letto. In due coppie ha evitato anche il minimo imbarazzo. Non trovare ,una zona ingresso un po' meglio strutturata. Qualche appendono o mensola in più sarebbe stata più comoda. E, a qualcuno, le ampie finestre, anche in camera senza tende, sono state motivo di iniziale disagio.

Las únicas objeciones no dependen del establecimiento porque lo cierto es que fue excelente y son el ruido que viene de la calle por los coches que pasan y el ruido que provocan los ocupantes de pisos superiores dado que los suelos son de madera.

• Jesica (6/5): Amplio y cómodo - El alojamiento era bastante amplio y las camas muy cómodas. Algún mueble estaba un poco viejo y no pudimos disfrutar de la TV al estar rota.
• Danielle (10/5): - O apartamento é excelente e desde antes de chegarmos já fomos contatados pelo concierge para nos ajudar no que precisássemos. O apartamento é uma graça, todos os ambientes tem ar condicionado/ calefação, as camas são confortáveis, os lençóis e toalhas macios. A cozinha é muito completa e tudo novinho: forno elétrico, micro-ondas, cooktop, geladeira, máquina de lavar louças e máquina de lavar roupa. Há ainda varal e tábua de passar. As amenidades (shampoo e gel de banho) são de boa qualidade. E o secador de cabelo realmente seca. O apartamento acomoda confortavelmente 6 pessoas se duas dormirem no sofá cama da sala. Os dois quartos são excelentes suítes. A localização é excelente, subindo a ladeira e passando pela Igreja de Santa Catarina, em menos de 10 minutos você chega no restaurante A Brasileira e nas melhores lojas de comércio, bem como em uma das entradas do metrô Baixa Chiado. Do lado de fora da acomodação tem 2 mercadinhos: um deles um pouco depois da entrada do edifício do outro lado da rua e um na pracinha onde você também pode deixar as malas se precisar. O restaurante de massas da pracinha é muito bom, atendimento excelente e trabalham todos os dias do ano. Pedimos as massas para o Natal e funcionou super bem.

• Christian (7/5): Modern and spacious but dated - The location: São Bento/Santos is one of my favourite areas in Lisbon, and the wonderful Companhia Portugueza do Cha is just around the corner. The apartment is spacious, well above average. Modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine (though on this visit I only used a glass for drinking water). Heating via a/c is very efficient! On the downside there is no heating in the bathroom. The price in mid-December was very good and was my nain reason for choosing this apartment. The apartment is dated and in urgent need of an overhaul. Walls are marked, the towel rail by the shower came off the wall when I tried to use it. There is none of the glamour sugested by the photos. Prior to my arrival I received a lot of mostly useless and unwanted communication, even after I had replied that I did not want any of it. What I did not receive (until I specifically requested it) was the information necesary for check-in and access to the accommodation. Once I had the access code, I was facing the challenge of which of the three keypads by the main door I should use... at least this was sorted very quickly after a call to the 'concierge'.

We liked hoping on the tram or the bus to go to downtown area and other locations of interest in Lisbon which was at our door step! Lots of stores and restaurants and Laundry where we could store luggage and dry our clothes! There were no plugs in the bathrooms so as to plug in hairdryer. We had to share hair dryer with the other couple. The kettle to boil water did not work. No dryer so we had to go to laundry down the street. We weren’t able to store our luggage when we got off our cruise so to had to go down to the Laundromat down the street to store our luggage in lockers at our expense

Necesitaba confirmación de que pondrían la cuna, y quería hacer el pago por adelantado para no tener que ir a su oficina. Después de muchos correos, mensajes a través de booking; les llamo 48h antes del viaje y me dicen que el apartamento no está disponible. Me reubican en otro mucho más pequeño; en una localización diferente q la que había elegido. Pero todo el rato me insistían que cancelara la reserva. A dos días del viaje, no podía cancelarla. Yo había reservado un apartamento con 3 habitaciones y dos baños, y finalmente me dieron uno con 3 habitaciones y un solo baño; y mucho más pequeño del que yo había reservado. -en el nuevo apartamento cuando llegamos estaba estropeado el lavavajillas (que nos enteramos por una etiqueta pegada); y no funcionaba la cafetera. Se lo comuniqué a los dos teléfonos que tenía; sin recibir respuesta. Por lo que no he podido desayunar en el apartamento -la sorpresa fue el día de salida, que dejó de funcionar el ascensor. Tuvimos que bajar todo el equipaje, incluido carrito de bebé desde el cuarto piso Desde luego muy decepcionados con el trato de este alojamiento, que tan bien pintaba. Espero que mi experiencia le sirva a alguien para decidirse por este, u otro alojamiento

• Kaido (9/5): - Easy check-in. Apartment was nice with a great view. Everything was there what we needed for our stay. In bathroom there are some things what needs fixing or better solutions. Like the things on the wall where you can hang your towels. i can see that they were quite loose and i had to be extra careful and hope that they don't break down when im there. And (placa de escada) was missing.

• Ilaria Lucidi (10/5): Appartamento perfetto se si hanno bambini in zona centralissima. - Appartamento in zona centralissima, con vicino negozi di alimentari, fermata autobus e locali dove mangiare. Cucina dotata di ogni confort (macchinetta del caffé, lavastoviglie,forno e forno a microonde, piano cottura a induzione). La cucina si trovava nella sala da pranzo. Per entrare sia nel portone che nell'appartamento c'era un tastierino numerico fuori alla porta, ho ricevuto i codici di accesso qualche ora prima di arrivare. L'appartamento aveva due camere da letto con bagno dotati di bidet, doccia walk in, water e lavandino (un po piccolo). Una con due letti singoli e una con matrimoniale francese che ho usato con mia marito e mia figlia di 3 anni. Che dire lo consiglio caldamente! Se posso trovare solo una pecca, era la tv che non era smart, con la bambina sarebbe stato comodo potergli fare vedere qualcosa in streaming al rientro dopo una giornata in giro per Lisbona. Ritorneremo sicuramente a Lisbona e soggiorneremo nuovamente in questa struttura!!

I booked the property based on the majority of the photos which was light & airy with big windows, but we were placed in an attic apartment, which was spacious but very dark. The apartment could do with some maintenance- some sockets didn’t work, towel rails broken and the overall finish of the apartment needed some tlc. The leads from the kettle/ toaster couldn’t reach the sockets.

• Maggie Mostert (8/5): Spacious - Spacious apartment in a great area of Lisbon to explore the city from. Certain aspects of the building and apartment need a little TLC but overall it is great. Bed is comfortable & water pressure in the shower is strong.

En los alrededores hay muchos bares, restaurantes y supermercados, en un barrio con mucha vida. Aparcamiento disponible a unos 100 metros. El check-in es desatendido, lo que resulta muy cómodo. El apartamento es amplio, luminoso y cuenta con todas las comodidades: frigorífico, horno, wifi y lavadora. Por ponerle un pero, la placa ducha estaba rota en uno de sus extremos. No interfería en su uso y entiendo que en breve estará subsanado

• Sylvana (9/5): Beautiful accommodation, amazing location, definitely would stay again. - The suite itself was fabulous, very clean and we would definitely stay again: the space was large, airy and the location was amazing. The communication was a bit slow/scattered - it felt like the person hired to communicate about check in was genuine but seemed like they were perhaps too busy or were a new employee? We were concerned that the cleaning lady was put in a dangerous position because we were given the entry codes early (we arrived early so we contacted them early) and assumed when they sent us the codes that it was okay to access the suite (we weren't told it wasn't ready yet, just given access codes; also after asking if it was ready for us, no answer came until hours after check in time) and so we accessed the suite twice too early - the first time the previous renters were still in the suite packing to leave (they checked out a little bit late) and the second time when the cleaning lady was still working. So there should probably be new codes given to each tenant to at least provide protection for the cleaning lady (she was alone) and each renter from unauthorized people entering the apartment outside of their rental time. Also, the day before we checked out a welcome note was put under the door - so it seemed like the process for check in /check out was a bit scattered. But outside of that the apartment exceeded our expectations in every way.

• Barbara (10/5): - Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in einem wunderschönen Apartment im Herzen der Stadt zu wohnen. Das Apartment war geräumig und lichtdurchflutet, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schuf. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend – die Küche war modern und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir alles, was wir benötigten, leicht finden konnten. Ebenfalls war das tolle Badezimmer, das viel Platz bot. Auch die Möbel waren sowohl bequem als auch ansprechend, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Die Lage des Apartments war einfach ideal. Es befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu verschiedenen Geschäften. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war ebenfalls nur wenige Schritte entfernt, sodass wir die Stadt problemlos erkunden konnten.

• Lynn (6/5): Wochenendtrip - Sehr gute Lage, Gut ausgestattet Küche (kein Öl/Salz/Pfeffer, aber jegliche Form von Töpfe,…) Direkt vor der Tür ist ein kleiner Supermarkt zum Wasser,… kaufen Straßenbahnstation quasi direkt vor der Tür - leider war die Waschmaschine kaputt und auch auf mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert - in der Dusche hat eine Fliese gefehlt - etwas lieblos eingerichtet - im Bett waren leider Haare als wir ankamen das war nicht gut - Unterkunft ist nicht ganz so wie auf dem Bilder, nicht ganz so hell und sehr verwinkelt - ich habe 4 verschiedene Nachrichten (von verschiedenen Namen bekommen auf WhatsApp) doch als das Problem war mit der Waschmaschine konnte mir keiner helfen.

• omerbuharali (10/5): Perfect location - We loved staying here, it was spacious and clean. The best thing is the location; close to everything as there are lots of cafes and restaurant just steps away from the apartment. Even though we were in the city it never became too noisy. We never met the staff but they were always ready to help via messages. I would definitely recommend this place!

• Susana (10/5): Amazing apartment! - The apartment was soo spacious, bright and clean, it made my stay in Lisbon really great! Everything was perfect but I found odd they could not confirm if there was going to be a cot available or not. They said they could only confirm in the same day which was stressful because I needed to know if I had to bring a cot or not.

• Jeffrey (6/5): - Beautiful apartment in a great part of town. I had a difficult time communicating with the property. Tried to arrange an airport pick up that fell through and had trouble knowing how to get into the apartment. But once we were in an employee helped answer questions in person which was great. All in person interactions once there were fantastic. Would have liked more info in the apartment with details such as how to use the washer and dryer, dishwasher, how to reset the ac and water heater, etc.

• Soncini (7/5): Super roomy and well equipped - The apartment was super spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was good, too. The communication with the host wasn't super easy. The day before the check-in they sent me a pay link which didn't work, so they didn't send me the information for check-in (door codes) until I made the payment in cash at the reception of a hotel that same day (that's because we arrived in Lisbon the day of the energy blackout).

• Ana (5/5): Great location but not well kept apartment - Location was great and communication was excellent, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. Furniture was minimal and tired, some lights didn't work, bathroom was full of mould and needed a fresh coat of pain and a deep clean. TV was tiny for the room size. It was a good accommodation but far from luxury as advertised, more like old used IKEA furniture. Also be aware of the breakfast options as it was not very clear in my booking and I was convinced it was included only to find out it wasn't as it was a third party provider.
• Ioanna (8/5): Very happy !! - The location was really good - so close to nice bars, restaurants, etc., the apartment was big and very convenient! The staff were very friendly and professional!! Pedro at the concierge department was very helpful and always replying on time and giving the best recommendations! The lighting was not that good, especially at the living area; Was too low. Plus I would put a mirror at the bedroom as well.
