My children like the rooftop restaurant that they can make their own breakfast. It's so convenient to catch sky train (BTS On Nut station) to other places. It's close to 7-11, lotus, big C and the century. The staff were so friendly and kind. Nothing to dislike

Walking distance to BTS, Lotus and local markets. Breakfast is good. Special thanks to Nong Yeast & Nong Pear for my birthday cake 😊 Noisy neighbors, the condo opposite the hotel in the night having a party, singing late at night. But that is not the hotel problem.

- Jörg (8/5): Immer wieder gerne - Wir übernachten häufig in diesem Hotel wenn wir in Bangkok sind. Es ist ein kleines Hotel und die Zimmer sind im Verhältnis zu vielen anderen Hotel groß. Die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage, TV, Wasserkocher etc. ist okay. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es liegt wenige Gehminuten von der BTS Station On Nut entfernt. Von der BTS Station On Nut dauert es ca. 10..12 Minuten bis zur BTS Station Asoke/Nana mit dem Einkaufszentrum Terminal 21 bzw. 20 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum Siam. Die Lage ist optimal weil zwischen dem Hotel und der BTS Station ein großer Lotus Supermarkt ist mit Food Court und zwei 7/11 sind in zwei Minuten ebenfalls erreichbar. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und in wenigen Gehminuten gibt es eine kleine Straße mit Bars und Restaurants. Gute seriöse Massagesalons und ein kleines italienisches Restaurant mit wirklich guten Pizzas und Pasta ist auch sehr nahe wenn man mal kein thailändisches Essen auf dem Tisch haben möchte. Ab ca. 20:00 Uhr wird es ruhig im Umkreis des Hotels und man hat nicht den Trubel wie direkt in Sukhumvit (Asoke or Nana). Das Hotel verfügt über Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt aber man hat durch Lotus viel alternativen.

- ERIKA (1/5): - 出張で6泊利用したが、利用するクレジットカードを誤って登録してしまったため、変更してもらえないか、チェックイン当日フロントスタッフに相談をした。 フロントスタッフに、「予約元のBooking.com側で問題が無ければ対応可能なので、Booking.comから問題ない旨メールでホテルの予約課に送ってほしい」と言われたため、Booking.comから早急に予約課へメールを送信してもらった。 しかし、メールを確認して対応してほしいと滞在中何度もフロントスタッフに伝えたものの、届いていない、確認中としか言われず。 結局チェックアウト前日になっても同じ返答のため、他の対応はしていただけないのかとフロントスタッフに聞いたところ、フロントスタッフはチェックイン／アウトの作業しかできないため対応できないと言われ、結局解決しないまま帰国した。 滞在中何度も相談していたが全く対応してもらえず、また相談内容についてもフロントスタッフ間で共有されていないため、同じ話を毎回初めからしなくてはならず、対応の粗さを感じた。 フロントスタッフと予約管理側の連携が取れているようには見えず、イレギュラー発生時の対応は満足できるものではなかった。 立地や部屋は良かったが、上記の点は非常に残念だった。

- JING-MING (10/5): - 第三次入住了，像回家一樣的舒服。空間大，也可以裝水，冰箱也是大台的。可以發現處處都有用心。也比以往有升級設備，像是沙發和枕頭。重點還有洗衣烘衣機可以使用，陽台也可曬衣(需自備衣架)，可以帶少量衣服出國很棒。 浴室的水是瞬熱式的，調起來會太熱。建議飯店方可以自己洗看看，調整瞬熱的溫度看要幾度給房客比較好。因為不是所有房客都知道調整瞬熱的溫度在洗手台下面。

Location is great with two 7-11 nearby, train station, shopping centres, market food etc. Our package included breakfast which was basic but included everything such as coffee, juices, breads, pastries, thai food and European options. We would definitely head back when visiting next time. Great value for money
