• Kseniia (3/5): З плюсів готелю гарний вигляд, з усім іншим не псуйте собі відпочинок - Вигляд з вікна був гарним, нас поселили за годину до check in (спойлер: ми веселилися відразу після заселення) Розташування: я б сказала що це околиця Закопанего (це скоріше питання до моєї уважності, мала краще перевірити) Поблизу не побачила магазинів, всюди добиратися далеко, сам готель знаходиться приблизно 2,5 км від центру, автобусна зупинка близько Номер: маленький, без балкону і нормального вікна, лише трикутна форточка,нас заселили на 3 поверх, це як горище, перше коли заходиш відчуваєш неприємний запах старовини, проходиш в кімнату стає просто неприємно. Сліди на стінах - розмальовані, килим в плямах не хочеться знімати взуття, шафа в коридорі була брудна, також було досить прохолодно. Якщо дивитися лише у вікно інше не помітне Одразу при реєстрації додатково оплатили збір. Ми витримали в готелі одну годину, виселилися в номері використали тільки вбиральню Грошей за 2 ночі нам не повернули, додатковий податок теж Вважаю такі номери - неповага до гостя, косметичний ремонт стін не коштує мільйон

• Kelsey (7/5): Wonderful owner, dissapointing in a few areas. - The owner was excellent, friendly and helped with questions and recommendations. We had an outstanding view of the mountains. While it is actually mentioned on booking.com, we did not realise that we would need to pay an extra fee to use the jaccuzzi and sauna and also the jacuzzi was out of order anyways. This was one of the reasons we booked the hotel so that was quite dissapointing. The carpet and bedding were stained quite badly. The location is okay, but the busses don't come very regularly (we were there in the peak of winter tourist season) so we often had to take uber as the busses sometimes just didn't come. There was a apparently a resturant in the hotel? But the only time there was any staff in that area was at breakfast (luckily there was another lovely resturant at a hotel near by). We struggled to find any staff any time we needed help the owner was always called. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it wasn't quite what we expected.

• Harrison (10/5): Fantastic winter stay with breathtaking views of the snowy mountains - The receptionist was so great at making us welcome. We had such a long day travelling with problems all along the way. When we arrived at the Apartamenty Rubin the manager put us in the top floor studio room as the hotel was quiet (just before new year) No extra charge and the view of the mountains were breathtaking. Breakfast was also plentiful with fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever visit again would be the place I would easily book to stay again.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything was well maintained, and the layout was perfect for both short and longer stays. The location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around effortless. The environment was quiet and relaxing, allowing for a good night’s rest. The staff was super great, kind, professional, friendly, and helpful, always available when needed and very responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. Overall, this hotel apartment offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service.
• Ákos (9/5): - Kedves és segítőkész volt a tulajdonos. Finom, bőséges reggelivel indíthattuk a napot. A szobák tiszták, ágyak kényelmesek, fürdőszoba modern és tiszta, de nagyon alacsonyan volt a mosdókagyló és hiányzott a mosdópult a piperékhez. A szoba felszereltségénél a hajszárító és a köntös is fel van sorolva, de az nem áll rendelkezésre. A jakuzzit szerettük volna használni, de nem üzemelt, csak a szauna. Illetve a kávézó és cukrászda, ami a képeken szerepel az a valóságban nem létezik. Ezek miatt egy kicsit átverve éreztük magunkat, mert hát a fotók és a kínált szolgáltatás miatt választottuk ezt a szállást, de túl tudtunk lendülni rajta.

• Smilte (1/5): Avoid this place, do not recommend! - Nothing, our holiday mood was ruined the exact moment we stepped into the hotel. We came to Zakopane for my best friend’s birthday specifically to see the mountains. Unfortunately, we got a completely different room from what we have booked. Our reservation said it would be a mountain view room, the pictures did not match the reality at all, our windows were directed to the noisy street. The staff was incredibly rude, after we came to discuss the matter about the room, they started to gossip about us in Polish using bad words and curses. Then they started making racist comments about our country and people, while we were completely calm and polite and our goal was simply to find a solution to the situation. In result, the birthday trip and mood were completely ruined, we have stayed in this place just for 1 night instead of three that were booked and they did not even offer to pay us back for the two remaining nights… we DO NOT recommend this place. Please avoid it at any cost, save your money and nerves.
