The place is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle whilst still being close to big malls like MBK. Nothing to dislike. You get what you pay for.

Proximité de Mbk et métro National Stadium à 10min à pied ainsi qu’un petit centre Lotus On entend le bruit de la route mais en soirée c’est moins fort
• Maksym (10/5): - Great stay near Siam with excellent value We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two large beds and a huge terrace on the 6th floor. It was quiet and peaceful, which is impressive for such a central location in Bangkok. The air conditioning works very well — the room cooled down within just a few minutes. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Even though it was not clearly listed in our booking, the staff kindly offered it to us, which was a very nice gesture. The location is very convenient — about a 20 minute walk to Siam and Siam Paragon. Overall, a great option with a very good price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.
• Dani Avila (8/5): Good stay in the heart of Siam - Room super clean, staff really friendly and always ready to help you. The location is great, in the heart of Siam district, with a lot of attractions around (Malls, Restaurants...) and well communicated with the public transport, you can go to the National Stadium BTS Station just in a few minutes by walk. For me, the room is a bit noisy, obviously Bangkok is a noisy city with a LOT of traffic, but I expected to be in a quiet place. If you don't have any issues to sleep, there's nothing to be worried about then.

Для семьи идеально. Две больших кровати. 2 взр, 2 подростка и 1 малыш разместились с комфортом. На чекине угостили манго стики райс. Так же сказали, что завтрак будет в подарок, но мы так и не воспользовались. Улетели раньше. Чисто, горячая вода с хорошим напором. Все быстро и четко. Спасибо.
• Lana (8/5): Very nice stay - thanks! - Nice small hotel in a very center of the city. It’s not old town but very convenient location. A roof bar at hotel next door is a great plus, nice place to relax while watching sunset. The staff is what makes this hotel amazing! Noi helped us contact airline to fix our tickets, and while we were on phone with airline company to fix our booking (using his phone btw for about an hour) he brought us very tasty coconut cupcakes and fruits - somebody does care 😀

They bought a cupcake to my room one afternoon, and also gave me a most delicious plate of local snacks before I left for the airport. Buena situación, a pocos minutos del tren aéreo y suficientemente cerca de las calles principales y de grandes almacenes (MBK y muchos otros). Lo mejor de todo: el personal del hotel. Amables y disponibles en todo momento. El desayuno, excelente e incluido en el precio de la habitación. La encargada de hotel y su personal estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento intentando que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Lo recomiendo, sin duda.

Une assiette d’un bon dessert à votre arrivée. L’emplacement proche de tout (station métro National Stadium). La convivialité et la simplicité. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas et petits problèmes d’insonorité. Le frigidaire reste allumé la nuit.

Die Lage ist super, in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse aber dennoch zentral und nahe am Wassertaxi & Skytrain. Das Frühstück war einfach aber sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und es stand jederzeit gratis Wasser zur Verfügung.

• Anastasia (10/5): Best week in BKK - We stayed here for a week and it was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is super central, right next to MBK and the main shopping areas. But the real highlight is definitely the staff. They are incredibly kind and attentive, making us breakfast and treats throughout the day (at no extra charge), always with a smile on their faces :) We will definitely be back!

• Flávia (10/5): - A equipe e a estrutura do hotel são excelentes! O quarto onde fiquei, no 3° andar, é muito silencioso, assim como a vizinhança durante a noite. O café da manhã é excelente e atende muito bem quem gosta de frutas, pães e café. A gestora do hotel e todos os funcionários e todas as funcionárias têm um atendimento de qualidade, são muito empenhados e cooperativos para auxiliar os hóspedes em tudo o que precisam.

• Chia Wen (6/5): 位置佳，但設備老舊 - 地理位置方便，從這裡轉乘到機場或步行到暹羅商全都很方便。房價雖然沒寫包含早餐，但店家有提供固定的兩種選擇。 頂樓的雙臥室房感覺需要維修，房間木地板有凸起，導致某一間房間的門很不好關。插頭很少，也不好插，有幾個插座我甚至嘗試了很久，還無法把充電器插進去。部分電燈開關有些裂開。廁所的洗手台很小，也沒有漱口杯。

También tenía buena ubicación cerca de un BTS a unos 7 min andando y dos 7/11 cerca . Lo único q no me gustó fue que tuve q dejar de depósito 1000baths en efectivo, dejándome casi sin dinero para lo q me quedaba de estancia. Ah y q no hay armario en la habitación

Пока ждали номер - накормила нас манго, утром собрала завтрак с собой, хотя завтрак в счёт не входил. Уютный, хотя и слегка обветшалый номер, удобный матрас. В номере вода, кофе, снэки. В целом все понравилось.

His positive attitude truly set the tone for our stay and created a great first impression of the hotel. The hotel itself offers excellent value for money: clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Thank you to the reception team for the warm atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! The only minor downside was that sometimes noise from neighboring rooms could be heard due to the wooden doors.

About 45 mins away from BKK with traffic and without traffic it is about 20 mins away. Breakfast- Nice decent breakfast- Eggs and bread with fruits (not a buffet but a fulfilling breakfast)+ free coffee/ tea machine + whatever fruits were available\ Room- Decent sized rooms ( we went for the family suite room) Staff- I cannot stop raving and recommending the staff enough. The main host welcomes up with such gusto and prepared some mango sticky rice for us. The 2nd day we mentioned wanting to buy mangosteen's and asked him to point us to a supermarket we could nab it from, only to find out a few hours after returning home he gets us a plate of mangosteen and some traditional Thai sweets. I am sorry I did not get his name but I would definitely recommend this property because of him. Bathroom- could spot some mould around the very top edges. Not sure if it is mould/ caulk/ something else. Could use a deep clean
• Stefan (9/5): - Wir waren jetzt bereits mehrmals im Nine Design Place und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage in Gehweite zum MBK ist unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß, das Bett bequem. Das Personal kümmert herzlich um die Gäste und verwöhnt mit Thai Leckereien, wie z.B. Mango Sticky Rice. Das tägliche Frühstück sorgt für die nötige Energie für einen aufregenden Tag in Bangkok. Im Frühstücksraum waren ein paar Stühle arg durchgesessen und machten nicht mehr den stabilsten Eindruck. Im Badezimmer unter dem Waschbecken war die Silikonfuge schwarz. Optisch sehr unschön und es wäre durch eine neue Fuge leicht zu beseitigen. Sonst war alles ok.
• Deisy (10/5): Wonderful experience! I would love to come back. - I spent one week at Nine Design Place with my husband, and the experience was simply wonderful. From the very first day, we felt like more than just guests, we were welcomed as visitors, almost as if we were staying in someone’s home. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always showing a genuine desire to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. We had the chance to enjoy meals with typical Thai food, prepared with great care, which made our stay even more special and authentic. The feeling of being truly welcomed was so strong that leaving was actually very difficult. On our last day, even though we hadn’t had breakfast because we were packing our bags, the staff insisted on offering us a final meal as a thoughtful gesture before we left. This small act meant a lot to us and truly reflects the level of care they have for their guests. The room was always perfectly clean, and on our last day we also received a lovely gift with small souvenirs, which was a very touching detail. In addition, the staff provided excellent service, including helpful instructions and tips about activities and tourist attractions around the hotel. The location is also perfect: very close to the metro, easy access to tuk-tuks, very convenient for using Grab (the app widely used in Asia), and with shopping malls and many services nearby. Everything is close, easy, and well located. We highly recommend Nine Design Place and would definitely love to come back. We are very grateful for the care and attention that made our stay so special and memorable!
