• Torinda (5/5): - Pas grand chose la piscine reste assez raisonnable avec des transats et des parasols. Le reste est assez douteux, les chambres ne sentent pas bon, elles sont humides et sentent le refermer. Ainsi le ménage laisse à désirer, le chariot de ménage reste dehors toute la nuit. Du coup je doute de la propreté et du confort des serviettes et des draps. Un hôtel deux étoiles pas plus. La salle de bain les robinetteries sont rouillées il faudrait les changer.

• Océane (7/5): Bon emplacement mais - L’emplacement et l’accueil chaleureux des personnes de l’hôtel. Merci au guide de l’hôtel de nous avoir montré les meilleures spot. Je pense que nous étions les premiers occupants de l’année dans l’appartement. Malheureusement, la salle de bain était poussiéreuse et la baignoire n’était pas propre. Par ailleurs, nous avons rencontré un problème de chauffage dès le premier jour, puis à nouveau le dernier jour. Puis le dernier jours, nous n’avions plus d’eau pendant 2h. La qualité de service devrait être la même en été qu’en hors-saison. C’est vraiment dommage.

• Jolanda (1/5): Nooit meer! - Het complex is dichtbij het strand en diverse restaurants gelegen. We hadden een appartement naast het hok van de grote airco. Dit gaf 24 uur per dag enorm veel lawaai. Je kon niet buiten zitten ant dan kon je elkaar niet verstaan. We hebben gevraagd om een nieuwe kamer wat begrijpelijk niet mogelijk was in het hoogseizoen. Ook was door de ligging van het airo hok ons "terras" een smalle strook waardoor je met zijn 4-en op een rij kwam te zitten.

Nos reubicaron en otra habitación, en esta de los 2 aires solo funcionaba uno de ellos. Al ducharte salía toda el agua afuera por las juntas , interruptor de luces no funcionaba, mando a distancia de la tele roto. El buffete , muy básico y repetitivo. Lo mejor la piscina del lado del final del complejo y el personal muy amable. Muchas cosas

I did not like the guests that put their towels on sunbeds, then were not there for most of the day. Maybe the hotel could monitor this for other guests

Error code flashed all night, couldn't turn off. Reported it 5 times, tried to fix twice but needed part. Did get free late check out as compensation. Ground floor apartment - living room and bedroom small. Toilet good size. Shower went from very hot to very cold. This was fixed, still didn't maintain temp but not as bad. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests. French windows were hard to open and close so didn't use them much. Went in and out main door. Ground floor apartment didn't have private terrace, had area outside but people walking by. Some had small private garden which looked lovely.

• Gábor (7/5): Amazing location with small issues - Amazing location, friendly staff, the services at the hotel could fit for everyone. Easy check-in, check-out. We had no remote control for the A/C. There was no "manual" in the room for the hotel and its services. The wall of our apartment was with mold. The window in the bathroom was broken and we couldn't close it. The water was once very hot, once very cold and we were unable to get the right temperature.

• Laszlo (8/5): Very good - Good athmosphere and facilities like the swimmimg pool and bar. Cala Egos was near to us, shops and restaurants bars were in a very good distance. In the Kitchen we wanted to cut bread and we couldn't use the knife because it was rusty unfortunately. Its not completely relevant, but the bus service wasn't quite clear which way is going to. We couldn't decide. We wanted to go to Cala D'or center but we ended up towards Campo.

It has coackraches, but thanks, god, I didn't find any insects there. There were towels and liquid soap 🧼 1s towel for floor 2nd towel for face per person 3rd towel.for shower 🚿 per person Kindly note that the check out on the website is 12, but the receptionist said it's 11, which caused confusion Cleaning doesn't knock it just enters the room immediately even if you're changing clothes at that time Cleaning in the first days was just changing the towels, but in the last days, there was cleaning for the bedroom too. To change the bed sheets.

• Cristian (8/5): Very good - Nice place, clean, receptionist was nice. Good food in the buffet. Location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Plenty of swimming pools. Parking available for free on the street or for a fee in the hotel. All in all, happy with our stay here. The rooms are in need of a little improvement, it seems it's been some time since they were last updated. The mattresses in the room we stayed need replacing urgently, as they are not confortable to sleep, especially the mobile bed.

• Samantha (5/5): Lovely location, great pools, and staff were very polite - The property was in a perfect location. However, it was not big enough for a family of 4. The sofa bed was not fit for anyone to sleep on. We had to ask the receptionist to move us which they couldn’t as it was fully booked. We then had no choice but to let the staff remove our sofa to sit on and replace it with 2 single beds in the lounge area. The apartment was also covered in ants and I was getting woken up in the nights with loads over my body. This is the second I have been at this place and the 1st time we stayed, it was great.

Le buffet est correct avec un thème chaques jours. All inclusive bar classic Valentina est une super barman qui nous a accueilli tout le sejour avec le sourire ! Les piscines sont top , les animateurs et animation sympa . On pourrait revenir sans problèmes !

• Ileana (10/5): Relaxing and beautiful place - Amazing place to relax and enjoy Cala Dor’, near to the small town and the different Cala to enjoy swimming, is great place to stay, the food is good and the staff in the pool-bar is very nice, the staff in front desk is very kindness and very professional, they are help you in everything you need, in my case when I arrived Alice was the personal how help me , she is very professional and friendly, everything you asked her, you was available to find a answer, my check out was very early in the morning, so the night before leaving, Alicia and Assily were contacted my taxi super fast, to be ready for me the next morning, and you know what, 5.30am when I leave, the taxi was waiting for me to go to airport, thank you Alicia for everything you did in my stay in Bluesea Bolero, I’ll go again the next year to Bluesea Bolero 🩵

The noise from the fans / air condition next door / from the shops were very load and kept us awake some nights. Mention this at reception. Was told it was fully booked and to come back the next day. Next day we were told the same thing. Did not bother asking again, event thought it was very annoying. Es Bolero could to with an update, especial the beds and rust / mould in bathrooms.

Great to use on last day if you have a late flight & check out is 11am. Can't fault this place at all, and would recommend it to others. I would defo go back. We had no aircon it was broke, but all was good because they went and bought one for our room.

• Aug (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place staff were help full When we got there we were put in a studio accommodation,not what I paid for.I had to go back to reception to sort it out.was at 1am in the morning. We all tired. They did change me to my a upgrade.But if I didn't complain would they have left us .The had no rooms left of what I ordered. The hidden government change add to your bill when you arrive. I did look for a manager 3 times next day ,ever time she not around I asked for her to call me but she never contacted me at all. I was disapionted over that.The staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation was nice.pools were lovely.
• Masa (7/5): Good - Good location in Cala Egos, nice terrace, free parking just outside of the hotel. Friendly staff. I know it's not hotels fault but somebody (presumably drunk) tried breaking into our apartment in the middle of the night, and then they urinated on our door. By the time we got up to open the door they were already gone. So, maybe the hotel could use front door (next to the gym) with a card scanner so not everyone can get it. As for the apartment - kitchen utilities are rusty and the equipment is limited. Shower cannot regulate temperature properly.

Hardly nothing was free on the all inclusive, food was the smallest buffet and worst food we have ever had we ate out every day and night. No Prosecco or sangria included, had to pay for cups ice creams. No balcony in sight at ES bolero despite being told we could have a pool view balcony prior to our stay. Absolutely awful hotel and rude staff.

Rooms weren’t cleaned properly (only beds made, floor wasn’t brushed or mopped, towels only changed once. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Reception staff rude and not helpful. Kids weren’t allowed inflatables in pool.
