• David (7/5): Clean room for the price - The building was very clean and the new renovation looked good. The listing said they offered breakfast, it was not available, I found out during check-in. The led lighting is dim inside the room. Outside lights were very bright, keeping me awake.

• Bruce (8/5): Great choice if you’re wanting a good normal stay but not luxury at all - Easy access to the heart of Nacogdoches, not on the edge of town like most of the hotels. Beds were pretty hard and the ac unit struggled a little but not enough to be too uncomfortable.

• Belyeu (10/5): Great place, greater owners and staff!! - The upgrade was a long time coming. We choose this hotel mostly because the owners and staff are amazing. And we are very happy they have been able to upgrade their facility. Awesome job!! Well, the bed. But keep in mind, we are in our 50s. Our backs were in so much pain until we were able to move around and get our day going. But that doesn't stop us from staying there.

• TRACEY (7/5): Typical motel. Clean and basic. - The room was clean and the bed was okay. Definitely bring your own pillow. The bathroom was clean and the hotel had most of everything we needed. We only stayed one night so we really didn't get a chance to walk the property. If I am only in town for one night I will most likely stay here again if it remains at the same price. It is right around the corner from SFA which was very convenient. The lighting was all or nothing. The light from the parking lot is super bright and the curtains don't block it very well. Our room was towards the back of the property and the road noise was still very loud. There was not a plug for the bathtub and the bed was not the most comfortable. I was glad to only be there one night. But the price was super cheap and you get what you pay for. I will say, for being a motel it was very clean.

• rodolfo (8/5): We used it to rest mostly since we were out most of the day - It's close to the university a d has restaurants in walking distance. You can hear the loud cars on the main st. and they dont provide enough shampoo and conditioner in the room
• Carrie (10/5): Perfect place to stay. - The overall cleanliness of the room and the space, was perfect. Shower water was nice and hot. The staff was so kind and was willing to change my room to a non-smoking at the last minute. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Nac. The sink water pressure was not strong but just a minor thing.

• Karen (5/5): Would probably stay there again. - Location, location, location. Newly renovated and spacious. Family suite has 2 TV’s and plenty of room for 3-4 guests. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty and the weather stripping under the door was either missing or installed incorrectly because there was a big gap. We shoved a towel under it to keep critters out. The area is very loud. Lots of road noise and loud people.

• Shane (5/5): Review for Continental Inn and Suites – Nacogdoches, TX - We’ve stayed at this motel multiple times for shows, and up until now, everything has been great. However, this last experience was disappointing. They charged our card twice, and even after showing them proof, they insisted it was only charged once. Instead of resolving the issue and issuing a refund, they told us to contact our bank. Customer service should be better than this, and unfortunately, we’ll be finding a new place to stay for future shows. If you stay here, double-check your charges.

• Zach (7/5): Good - Rooms were recently redone and had a nice look to them, bed did not feel to bad. Water was cold and never got warm even after leaving it on hot for 5 minutes. Smelled heavily like paint, but that was to be expected with a new room. There was construction going on and they were working late into the night. The vending machines took an extra dollar to get anything out of and would not refund your quarters.

• Garcia (1/5): I REALLY WOULD LIKE A REFUND! - Nothing First off, there were boogers on the wall! The shower head was broke and it also flooded while you were showering. We kept having issues with the television also. I really would like a refund being that I book through here often. I paid almost 300 for 2 nights and it definitely wasn’t worth the price but it was my colleges homecoming that weekend so I’m sure they were price gouging

We stayed here a year ago and the price was right and the room was clean and seemed recently renovated. Now, I was told, they are renovating the rooms on back side too. Nice person checking us in. We will stay here next time as well.

• Graves (6/5): Adequate for what I needed - one night at a good price. - I did not eat breakfast on site. It's a small town but it would've been nice to be closer to my conference site. The restaurant next door was good. My room was quite clean and quiet and conveniently situated. Shower control was reversed so H & C water were on wrong sides. Lights were much too bright (like halogen lamps) with no dimming function. No reading lamps. TV remote was tricky to use initially. Sink needed a stopper (makes shaving easier). No hangers or luggage stand.
