- Lingfung (10/5): - We rented three rooms in this place. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He came to the train station to pick us up and helped with the luggage. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The apartment is close to the train station, about five minutes walk.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 親切舒適旅館！ - 雖然只住一個晚上，但也感覺到其親切感。因為航班延誤害我很晚才到羅東，老闆也會whatsapp介紹跟了解還叫我別太趕慢慢來，很窩心。 很別緻的房間，很舒適也很乾淨。 洗澡時的水力最為欣賞！很舒服！ 也會教我怎樣走到夜市，像住在家一樣。 雖然距離火車站好像走得有點遠，可是也是一條直路再拐個彎就到。 有機會會再入住，再試他們的臭臭鍋！
- Chia (10/5): well recommended to have a stay - Friendly and helpful host, nice location, nice overall room environment tho w/o windows , nice service tho excluded breakfast. We had our dinner at the steamboat shop downstairs ran by the boss at our first arrival since we were super hungry and we've got sort of friendly discount by the boss (while our accommodate price was already affordably low for 2 pax ) By the way, the host recommended us some nice destinations to visit too! we've got a cozy stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): Extremely value for money! - This is a good minsu and at a relatively convenient location, with about 5-7 minutes walk from the train station. There is not much to do at Yilan in general but the stay was comfortable and the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

- Nate (10/5): Great deal - There was a nice view of the street and the mountains from my room. The hotel is right across the street from an MRT station. The room was clean, comfortable, and there were the usual complementary goods available (shampoo, toothbrush, tea) The bathroom was also very clean. The shower head was a bit low if you are tall, but that was my only issue.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 很好的住宿經驗 - 民宿很近火車站，7分鐘步行便到。附近環境清靜，偶然也聽到小小火車駛過的声音。房間很整齐，每天都有打掃。是個不錯的住處。
- Shih Chieh (6/5): 老闆親切，整體而言算是良好的住宿經驗 - 老闆人很親切，房間簡單卻精緻可愛，由於當天房間未客滿，老闆還問我們要不要升級成有露台景觀的房間，不過因為臨馬路會有汽機車聲，所以後來還是決定入住原預訂無窗戶，未臨馬路的房間，但還是感謝老闆給我們更多選擇~ 鄰近羅東車站，夜市則是約十分鐘車程，交通方便，若開車可請老闆安排停車位，是平價的好選擇。 幾個小缺點，入住時浴室有整理但未清理完全，有上一位房客留下使用過的沐浴及洗髮露包裝，我們入住的房間無窗戶，加上宜蘭本來就多雨，所以房間雖然無霉味但很潮濕的感覺，建議老闆可以使用除濕機。

- tzu yin (6/5): 重視睡眠者不建議! - 此次住標準雙人房 優點:與照片相符/電梯直達/提供無線網路/附洗髮精.沐浴乳.牙刷牙膏.棉花棒(無卸妝及梳子)/ 缺點:無對外窗/只有廁所有衛生紙/冷氣會定時有水流聲/會聽到樓上房客的聲音/ 老闆很親切,給予附近地圖,會於住房當日電話接洽!
- Elson (8/5): 新建築的民宿，整體來說相當划算及舒適。 - 樓下是民宿主人開的火鍋店，招待熱情親切。 建築物新穎，門禁管理做得不錯，房間乾淨舒適。使用電熱水器，容水量大，不會有沒熱水情形發生。大片落地窗及陽台可看到外頭的景色。
