We had everything we needed, and it was very easy check in/check out. The best addition was Indy the cat who greeted us as soon as we walked into the main entryway. What a sweet cat! I would highly recommend this Inn and would stay here again. There really isn't anything negative to say. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

THEA (10/5): Perfect special weekend - We stayed here over the weekend of June 20th for our 6-month wedding anniversary. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. A gorgeous home, wonderful atmosphere, and mostly, Rachel and her family were so warm and inviting, and provided a wealth of information about the property because my husband and I are old house geeks. Delicious breakfast. And Buttercup was the perfect 4-legged hostess. We fell in love with the little town of Marietta, PA. We will definitely be returning!
Leonora (10/5): - Beautiful grounds overlooking a lake. Nice wraparound porch to relax. I was upgraded as a large group came in so the innkeeper put me in a quiet room with private bath. Breakfast was superb! Recommend if you need a place to relax in Marietta area!

Antoinette (4/5): Disappointed - We got to the property we booked and were told that it was completely booked. We drove following the innkeeper about a mile and one half to a sister property. We couldn't get in the front door so had to access the property through a backyard that was overgrown with tall weeds and plants and walk up 2 flights of stairs. The house was an old Colonial that needed work and was not as clean as it should be. We had not been notified ahead of time of the change.

Katie (10/5): - I stayed here with my hubby and 3 friends. We booked the suite and have 2 rooms. They were very nice and the property was lovely. If I can convince more of my friends and family to stay I would love to rent the whole house one day/weekend. Future goals. Getting an uber home from the near by brewery was hard at 11pm. They had a lovely porch that we sat on before going out for the night. We have a few drinks while we watched a storm roll in. They have a fire pit and hot tub we didn’t use. It’s an old house but they make it work. Breakfast was also wonderful. Thank you ladies. Can’t wait to see the ducks next time we came and buttercup was a very seeet dog!
Brian (1/5): We stayed 10 minutes, absolutely disgusting, false advertisement. - Nothing Completely false advertisement, property was in obvious disarray, dead moths on top of comforter on bed, kitchen wasn’t in compliance with any health standards, zero measure of privacy whatsoever. We spent less than ten minutes on the property before we left and stayed in a hotel for half of the price. I want my money back

Carrie (10/5): - My husband and I had an overnight stay at the Susquehanna Manor Inn in April 2024. Our room was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The Inn has much history with beautiful woodwork throughout the house including the grand staircase. Our host, Rachel was insightful with the home's history and the area. Jamie (10/5): Quaint B&B - Beautiful B&B from late 1800s. Charming rooms. Country suite had queen and a twin bed. Primrose room had a very high King size bed! Sooo comfy!! Both rooms had clawfoot tubs and was nicely decorated. Porch has swing overlooking the Susquehanna River. So peaceful! Rachel and her 2 daughters were very nice. Breakfast was pancakes round 1 and then eggs, bacon and potatoes round 2. Nice coffee bar in dining room. Loved this b&b - about 30 minutes from Lititz. Easy location to get too also!!
Darlene (6/5): - I was very happy with my stay. The owner provided an upgrade room but it was by the main kitchen. Unfortunately I needed alittle more privacy since I was celebrating my anniversary and people were walking back and forth till 10 pm. I was not given an option. The property is gorgeous.

Nancy (8/5): Relaxing, comfortable and close to biking trails. - Host and her family were very friendly. Beautifully decorated rooms with a comfortable bed. House has a wrap around porch with swings and lots of places to sit and enjoy. There’s a large fountain and lighted yard with mature, colorful trees. Outside hot tub was very relaxing and right outside our room. Breakfast was delicious. You can hear some traffic but it’s not loud. The room was small and could have used a chair for sitting. We could hear all that went on in the kitchen since our room was just off the kitchen. They had a nice sound machine which helped though!
Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay near Lancaster! - If you love historical homes and antiques, you will love the Susquehanna Manor Inn!! The wraparound porch with the view of the river was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was accomodating and helpful.

Sandra (6/5): - The place and staff were nice, and the immediate tall tree area around was pretty and well-kept, but it’s along a busy road so much-needed relaxing in the wrap-around porch didn’t work and I got a double bed when my reservation was for two. It worked out as my partner didn’t come but could have been an issue. Lots of bike riding available in the area and a decent brew pub near by for dinner nearish the river.
Verified traveler (10/5): - I was set to pick up a new to me vehicle in Marietta and needed a place to stay for the evening. I choose the Susquehanna Manor because it was closest to the car dealer. Best choice I’ve ever made! The house is beautiful, Rachael and her daughter were incredible hosts and the breakfast in the morning was unbelievable. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are ever in the area and need a place to stay I highly recommend the Susquehanna Manor.

Chris (10/5): I won't stay anywhere else near Hershey. - When we go back to Hershey, we will stay here again. Their hospitality was incredible. They were kind, patient, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and the B&B itself was beautiful. On a personal note, they treated my two little boys with the same respect they treated me, and this makes all of the difference.

Raquel (9/5): Overall a genuine B and B experience with delicious,very appreciated breakfast. - The house is beautiful, an authentic historic B and B. It was quiet and peaceful. The grounds and porches were beautiful. Rachel made us a lovely breakfast and even had it prepared early for us because we were checking out early. In the sunporch there wasn’t top flat sheets on any of the beds, only the fitted sheet and a spread and i dont like covering up with the bed spreads because they are usually germy. Also the floors could have been cleaner .

Phil (8/5): Unique rooms and fabulous breakfast! - Very special place with unique character. The room we were in was good sized with a tall, comfortable king-sized bed. Didn't read the "fine print" that this room only had a tub, and no shower, and would have preferred a shower. The breakfast was spectacular, french toast with bacon and eggs. Enjoyed encouraging brief conversation with our hostess before departing.

Emily (10/5): - This was the most beautiful property. Rachel made sure to call beforehand and let us know there was a change to the parking which was helpful when checking in. The grounds are absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Primrose Suite which is gorgeous. The bed was heaven. Everything was spotless. We were unable to stay for breakfast because of time restraints but it smelled delicious. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out were a breeze. The common areas are very relaxed and comfortable feeling. I will definitely be staying here again.

Lisa (8/5): Like family..... - My friend and I needed a quick get away for one night. We were a bit hesitant to travel too far with Covid but we are glad we did. Rachel was so accommodating and we felt very comfortable at this B and B. We honestly felt like we were visiting friends. The bathroom was shared but luckily the other room was not occupied so we had the bathroom to ourselves. After a day of wandering around the county we had wine on the porch, overlooking a small pond. There’s a hot tub and a fire pit which we did not use but it’s nice that they are available.
