- Veronique (10/5): - Très bel accueil de notre hôte qui nous a installés dans une chambre donnant directement sur la grande terrasse commune. Il a adapté notre petit déjeuner en me préparant des œufs et en soignant la presentation. Bon rapport qualité prix Contact facile avec Eddi qui s'exprime aussi en anglais.La situation était géniale Nous n'avions qu'à traverser la route et nous étions sur la plage. Notre véhicule était garé juste devant, parking gratuit. Un petit restaurant sympathique à 30 mètres. Je vous recommande Villa sur mare

A recommander.Nous y retournerons certainement.
- Giuseppe (10/5): Un piccolo angolo di serenità - Eddi è gentilissimo e simpatico, si vede che ama il suo lavoro e ci tiene molto ai suoi ospiti. Ottimo il parcheggio per la moto all'interno della struttura, con tanto di cancello chiuso. Il posto in sé è un piccolo angolo di serenità dove staccare completamente la spina. Ci tornerò sicuramente ❤️ Nulla

I enjoyed the swimming, which was just across the road from the B&B. He gave me a great recommendation for dinner. He fixed me a great breakfast! Everything was perfect.

Comfortable stay, right on the waterfront. The most beautiful clear water beach! The villa was very clean, and has everything we needed. Eddie the host was accomodating. Such a minor thing, the pillows were soooo thin! We had to fold in half to try and get comfort.
- Tamar (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place, with a good location and super friendly stuff. Situated quite near to the train station (a 15 min. walk) and very close to the beach. Clean and quiet. Highly recomended.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Super accommodating, Eddy the owner of the B&B went the extra mile not only making sure we were comfortable but booked us our lido on the beach, hair appointment at a nearby barber shop, dinners and any other supplies we needed.
- Oliver (4/5): Disappointing - Terrace is nice I think the host was cold to us, and I'm not sure if it is language barrier issue, especially when we first arrived, he just said came came and in the morning, no good morning to us when we said good morning to him, but he greeted other Italian guest with laugh and good morning. Unfortunately, our room smelled bad when we entered in, and the smell remained. Starting from 7:30 a.m. the breakfast was being prepared, and we could hear everything, so it was hard to continue sleeping longer.

- Sakshi (10/5): Unforgettable vacation on the coast of sea with ultimate host - Host Eddy was extremely nice and helpful person. He suggested us the best places to eat in the zone. Our booking was excluding breakfast and Eddy gave us discount in the price so we added 3 days of breakfast. Place was super clean, excellent location & personalise breakfast with variety of croissants.. rooms are decent size and comfortable. Worth the money we paid. We could park our car right outside the villa. We suggest to book directly through his website because then you pay less and breakfast is also included. We booked in hurry so we booked from booking.com
- Sandra (7/5): Awfull village, not for tourists🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ sad to see!! - I liked the bathroom👍 the cleanliness of the room, the owner was ok but not not very welcoming…. BUT: it was a very small room with a very dusty/dirty screen viewing the garden hidden behind the branches and tree🤦🏻♀️ the village is a has been… nooothing is going on there and the only activity is a bar/café, gelateria and a pizzeria… a very very empty restaurant on the deserted beach and another deserted restaurant on the main street with the owner and kid on the chairs at the entrance… The beach has no sand but only stones and it’s empty, even difficult to find where to rent a beach umbrella… noooothing to do there and the village looked like a ghost town🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Not a place for tourists!!!! I find the price i paid was way too high for the worth i got!!!

I recommend it. - Immediately the cleanliness and the welcome from the proprietor Eddie - he was available at all times, and most courteous, and his attitude of ownership was foremost. Whatever I asked of him, he responded with yes ✔️And the staff he had to take care of the room and the facilities were representative of him. I thank him for making my visit perfect-
- David (7/5): Serviceable. - Melito di Porto Salvo was not one of the desired stops in our driving tour of beautiful Calabrian towns (I Borghi piu belli d'Italia) but rather simply an overnight stop between two clusters of those towns. It is not, in our view, an especially beautiful town. Similarly, we booked Villa Sul Mare simply as a serviceable en route accommodation and our expectation aligned with reality. It is serviceable but not, again in our view, a destination accommodation. It's a 7; does the job but best suited for a one-night stay. The room was small and basic. The bathroom was particularly small and basic.
- Mark (10/5): Fantastic stay and an easy place to be - felt like home! - Eddie was wonderful, Villa Sul Mer was an excellent value and perfect location just across the street from the beach. All the guests were interesting and breakfast was always ready and welcome - I would stay again for sure - thanks Villa Sul Mer! Everything was pleasant, there isn't anything I required beyond what was offered.

- Vincenzo (10/5): Una vera Villa sul Mare - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti... meritava magari più giorni per essere vissuta al meglio visto che dispone di tantissimi servizi(sdraio,dondolo,docce esterne etc.. )e spiaggia pulita proprio a due passi! Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha consigliato bene sulle zone da visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Camere pulite e cucina comune fornita di tutto. Lo consigliamo vivamente!
