Next to a fish, fresh food, fruit, street market and popular oyster, seafood restaurants. Short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. toilet is very small, almost not enough room for a big man to turn.

- 聡人 (7/5): 満足!!次も仙台に行くときは利用したい!! - 駅前立地で目的地にも近く、すぐ近くに飲み屋・ラーメン屋等があり便利だった。また裏路地にあり夜静かだった。 通路を歩く外の話し声や他の部屋の生活音が気になった。

- NaojI (5/5): 良く眠れました。ありがとう。 - 2階だったのでロケーションなどは無し。求めてないから。安くで泊まれる。それ以外望んで無いから。足を伸ばせてベットに眠れる。ありがたいです。 何も 眠れるだけで。求めてないから。何も悪い点はありません。
- Ｓｈｉｇｅｋｏ (7/5): コスパが良かった！ - ロケーションが良かった。 宿泊前、後に荷物を預かっていただき身軽に行動できた。 簡単ながら朝食もありお得感があった。 洗面用具(歯ブラシ、コップなど)がトイレのタンクの上にあるのは残念。

- Masaru (8/5): - 駅から近い。 仙台全体の事ですが、宿泊料金が高い。 ホテルグリーンウェルも例外ではなかった。 設備が古い。エアコンの温度調整が出来ない。
- seiichi (6/5): 素晴らしかった。 - レセプション会場から近く良かった。 近くの駐車場はたくさんあり便利であったが、料金が高額であった。
