- Jeff (8/5): - Quite far from the town, like 30 minutes drive. Nice mountain view, the room is spacious and clean. No staff onsite after hours but they were very helpful making sure we can get into our room. We arrived around 8:40 pm.

- Julia (10/5): Silverstar revisited - We had a great ski week at Silverstar staying right in the centre in the village at the Vance Creek Hotel. We had a full kitchen and balcony. This was fantastic. One thing I did not realize was they do not have an elevator. This is not so bad but going up and down stairs not the easiest in ski boots. Otherwise was a great hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

- Marco (6/5): - Great setting but lousy parking for disabled travellers. I was told there would be handicapped parking right near the entrance, which there was, but it wasn't marked out clearly and often occupied by other guests. This resulted in a long walk on crutches from the main parking lot. I mentioned this twice to hotel staff bit nothing was done to solve the problem.

- Sylvia (10/5): Mountain paradise - This is the most beautiful relaxing place to stay, loved every minute of it. My bathroom smelled like a cinnamon bun all the time because I was living over top of a bake shop. The room was great with balcany that you could see down the mountain. The gondola was free at $25 a day for the whole day. Kids love it here to dirt bike. I will for sure come again. Full kitchen also with dishes

We were running late coming up from Vancouver. The front desk clerk ended up staying late to ensure we were checked in. We will definitely be back with some more time to spend.

- Dan (6/5): Chilcoot Lodge - We stayed in Chilcoot Lodge, which must be the oldest of their buildings. Walls are thin and every noise was amplified. The shower drain was clogged and emptied very slowly. Definitely a bare-bones hotel option for people that want to stay on the mountain.
