• Verified traveler (10/5): - A really beautiful hotel. Tastefully designed and spacious. It was really good value for money. My only complaint would be that there should be someone on reception that speaks English, and who takes an active interest in how you’re getting on. Otherwise the staff were lovely, just a bit distant. There was one great lady but we only saw her twice.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Good, spacious room but no English speakers - The hotel is quite new and well taken care of but it’s not suitable to non-mandarin speakers nor for business travelers. The service was generally poor and checkin took about 30min. When asking to get a shirt and pants cleaned they delayed the delivery to mid day the day after which caused me to almost miss a meeting. It’s also not a hotel for business travellers as there are no amenities like a desk in the room or a small business centre.

• Ran (10/5): Good for a family trip - The hotel is in good condition. It has the amenities as food as those of at least a 4-star hotel, and it has special area for tea, a big bathtub, and spacious balcony. Service was good. There are many choices for food in the neighborhood. The only drawback might be getting a taxi during busy time, which can be difficult due to the location. If you drive then there is no problem at all!

• Eva (8/5): 走去西湖大約十五分鐘，出去市區多數需要搭乘計程車。 - 與想像中的酒店有點不一樣，本來以為很清雅但實際有點老舊，職員不熱情，許多時候需要住客主動去詢問，酒店內的環保拖鞋，感覺有點不衛生，酒店離西湖需要走15分鐘左右，每天走走逛逛是蠻不錯。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Surprisingly excellent - This boutique hotel is located in this specific areas which many private boutique hotels are around. It's near the university and on the edge of west lake green area. A lot of restaurants nearby. A bit crowded (not over crowded). It is not near MRT (after all Hangzhou only has 3 MRT lines and quite new to MRT anyway). The best way to travel to west lake area is to rent the bike on the streets (quite many near the hotels), cheap and convenient. The staff is very professional and elegant. The room is quite spacious and neat. I especially like their tea set and decorations inside and outside. The room is quiet and comfortable. One thing, they use the smart TV and hence the traditional TV channels are not very clear to watch. I enjoyed my stays a lot. Really surprised. I believe the hotel is underpriced as they are still building their brand.

The front desk attendants all are very friendly and helpful when I met a raining weather and when I checked in/out. Overall it was great although the price is little high. In addition, the public areas are small.

• William (10/5): Modern hotel in tourist enclave - The hotel is in a tourist enclave on a street with a closed entrance. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is modern and the staff is pleasant. The biggest problem for someone who does not read Chinese is that most of these restaurants and shops conduct their business completely in Chinese.

• Alexander (8/5): Good hotel and food, but not perfect - Nice new hotel, rooms have nice decor and feel, good beds and pillows. Restaurant at the hotel is also good and reasonably priced. Location is pretty good, although about 30 minute brisk walk to West Lake. Only complaints would be about the lack of complimentary breakfast at this price point, and perhaps the hotel is too new, my fiancee complained about the smell of the new furniture/vinyl, basically you might want to air out the rooms, but considering no screens on the doors/windows and mosquitos/hornets outside, it wasn't too practical to do this. Also the jets on the bathtub did not work.
