• Jan (8/5): Voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers the place to be - De ligging en het uitzicht op de bergen. Mooi schone accommodatie met een ietwat krakend bed. Geschikt voor 2 personen, maar niet meer. Voor wandelaars the place to be! We waren met 2 hondjes en betaalden daar € 120 voor 5 nachten. Jammer dat er voor dat geld geen voorzieningen worden geboden. Bijvoorbeeld een waterbakje of een omheind terras. Met een paar simpele aanpassingen kan het ook een prachtige plek zijn voor een hond.

• Jessica (10/5): - Auf unserer Durchreise haben wir spontan die Unterkunft gebucht. Familie Müller begrüßte uns herzlich und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Appartment ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Unser Sohn hatte viel Freude im Garten und auf der Spielanlage. Herzlichen Dank! Nichts :)
• archan78 (10/5): - Aussicht und die Lage. An einen ort kann man sich wirklich entspannen. Zimmer beschreibung. Fotos waren bei unseren angebot von mehreren zimmer. Trotzdem haben wir den besten bekommen 😀
• Ana Cristina (9/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber - Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Ort. Die Ferienwohnung war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anreise war etwas beschwerlich, da wir mit dem Auto nicht bis vors Haus fahren konnten aufgrund der zugefrorenen Einfahrt.

• Camille (10/5): - We verbleven er slechts één nacht, maar het is absoluut een aanrader. De kamer was heel gezellig en we kregen een bijzonder warm onthaal. We vertrokken ’s morgens vroeg na een hevige sneeuwval, en de gastheer stond ons met een brede glimlach bij om ons veilig op weg te helpen, zelfs toen hij zijn sneeuwkettingen moest bovenhalen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

• Martin (4/5): - Die Angaben zur Uhrzeit des Aus-Checkens am Abreisetag sind widersprüchlich. In den AGBs heißt es bis 12 Uhr, an anderer Stelle dann bis 9:30 Uhr. Der Vermieterin war das offenbar durchaus bewusst. Trotz des geplanten späten Ankommens am Abend galt dann aber leider 9.30 Uhr ganz unerbittlich, als wir nach bereits erfolgter 1-Nacht-Buchung dort anriefen, so dass wir uns doch noch gegen einen Aufenthalt dort entschieden.

• Alicia (8/5): - Las vistas que tenia, se podian ver corzos por la zona No se llegaba a sentir la calefacción.. la ponian de vez en cuando, pero muy bajita y se notaba que en el alojamiento no llegaba a caldear del todo.. es por eso que no le damos un 10, ya que eso afectaba a la comodidad de la estancia.

• Lisa (8/5): Traumhafte Lage, im Sommer ideal, bei Kälte weniger komfortabel. - Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen – mit tollem Ausblick auf das Dorf und die umliegenden Berge. Besonders schön war es, draußen in der Nähe der Wohnung Rehe beobachten zu können. Der direkte Zugang zu den Wanderwegen macht die Unterkunft ideal für Naturliebhaber. Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, sodass wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Leider war es in den letzten Tagen unseres Aufenthalts wetterbedingt etwas kühler und regnerisch. In der Wohnung war es dadurch leider unangenehm frisch. Auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde die Zentralheizung nur kurzzeitig eingeschaltet und am Abend wieder abgestellt. Das war schade, da wir uns im Urlaub gerne wohlfühlen und nicht frieren möchten. Wie wir gesehen haben, scheint dieses Thema auch schon andere Gäste betroffen zu haben. Für uns wäre die Wohnung daher vermutlich nur wieder im Hochsommer eine Option.

The location is perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the ski lifts, hiking trails, and the charming center of Berwang. It’s an ideal place both for winter and summer holidays. Our host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and make sure we felt comfortable. You can really see the love and care they put into making guests feel at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Häus’l am Ruan to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable experience in the Austrian Alps. We hope to return soon!

The place was clean and had its on parking. The property owners were very helpful. I would recommend bringing cash to pay if possible because there was some issues with the credit card reader but I was able to pay with my card. Took a little of time though. But other than that will come back to this place in a heart beat.
• Mahtab (10/5): Exceptional - This property deserves nothing less than a 10 in rating. It was perfect. The apartment has a dreamy view and extremely well equipped. The cleanness was exceptional. They also had a lovely buffet, where we could take coffee and a small breakfast. There was also a small playground and grill. Everything was very thoughtful. My small kid lived it, we did as well!

Situated overlooking a beautiful quiet town that is just a couple of minutes drive from the main mountain pass. We booked it as an overnight while driving home, but will definitely be back to book this place for an extended stay. Host is very kind and rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.

• Scott (10/5): The only mistake made was to not book more time here. - What a great location! Super friendly owner. House and rooms are so well cared for it seems like brand new. So much to do I’m the area. Quiet area but in striking distance of so much. Internet was a little weak but adequate.

Perfect for sitting out in the morning enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea and enjoying the views. The host was friendly and helpful. Facilities were good. A microwave oven in the kitchen would be a good addition for quickly re-heating food or drink.

It was a much nicer place than the picture. The kitchen utensils were perfectly equipped. There were many things to see around. It was close to Füssen Germany. I will surely go back there.
• Alex (10/5): Erholung pur! - Das Häus'l am Ruan liegt herrlich. Der tolle Bergblick und die himmlische Ruhe machen schon beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse Lust auf einen aktiven Tag. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung sind in Top Zustand. Kritikpunkte zu finden ist sehr schwer. Wer Wert auf einen großen TV legt, könnte evtl. enttäuscht sein. Aber wer will bei der Landschaft schon fernsehen...
• Daniela (8/5): Molto bello - L'appartamento è molto carino, dotato di ogni confort e soprattutto pulitissimo. Dalla camera si gode una vista spettacolare. Non abbiamo fruito della colazione quindi non saprei dirvi la qualità e la quantità di cibo servito. L'alloggio si trova in una località sciistica, fuori stagione il paese non è servitissimo, i locali sono tutti chiusi, ma come punto di arrivo per visitare i castelli della Baviera, la Romantik Strasse e altri dintorni è perfetto. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

• Andrew (10/5): Overnighted on a multi day trip - Very clean, well stocked B&B with COMFORTABLE BEDS!! So very nice. Family was wonderful and helpful. We really enjoyed the view (so gorgeous!) and the kids played in the snow. Make sure your tires have chains that fit (DAMHIK) or snow tires if you go in the winter, the roads are well maintained, but you'll feel more confident. We got by OK with M+S tires, but it was fairly warm when we arrived/left. Would recommend and would stay there again, absolutely!

• Eva (10/5): Home away from home - A cute little homestay in a small town just 5km off the main road. The value for money was exceptional and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. There is a grocery store at the junction of the main road with everything you could want if you are self catering. The town has plenty of hotels, restos and coffee shops, which are a 5-10 min walk walk from Haus'l. The views of the mountains are beautiful from the room. Highly recommended!
