• LUISA (8/5): Muy bien pero hay que mejorar algunos detalles . - La amabilidad de la anfitriona , nos permitió dejar las maletas en uno de los apartamentos hasta las 13,30. La ubicación , en el centro de Gerona. Los electrodomesticos muy nuevos . Creo que hay muchas cosas mejorables , las dos habitaciones de dos camas y cama doble tienen un único armario pequeñisimo de no mas de 60 cms de ancho y no hay donde colgar la ropa . En los baños no hay colgadores para las toallas y el enchufe del baño del altillo està tan alto que no se puede llegar al mismo si no te pones de puntillas. Tampoco hay nada en el baño donde tirar las toallitas desmaquillantes , algodones etc. Uno de los sofás cama es muy pequeño para adultos . Muy justo el servicio de cocina . Hace falta otra lampara de noche en la mesilla de la habitación del altillo. Subsanando estos pequeños detalles los apartamentos serian de 10.

• Paola Guadalupe (10/5): Repetiría, sin lugar a dudas. Altamente recomendable. - Las instalaciones estaban en muy buena condición, muy limpias y muy cómodas. Los electrodomésticos funcionaban perfectamente y había equipamiento para poder hacer todas las tareas cotidianas de la mejor manera posible. Muy buena ubicación, un apartamento muy iluminado y tranquilo para poder descansar por la noche. Un poco caro considerando que no es un hotel, y que no incluye ninguna comida. Pero lo compensa con la ubicación, ya que tiene todo muy cerca.

• Ingrid (8/5): - L'emplaçament és molt bo, al centre de Girona, molt cèntric pel que fa que estiguis a la bora de tot. S' agraeix el detall de deixar sabó de mans, i pastilles tant pel rentavaixelles com per la rentadora. A la cuina li faltaven estris: Tisores, la graella del forn, no hi havien culleres petites ni gots suficients per dos àpats seguits, ni pinces d,estendre. Cal fer un canvi a la carxofa de la dutxa i de mampara.

• Sajmon (8/5): - Byliśmy tutaj drugi raz. Tym razem z rodzicami. Wszystko było ok. System rezerwacji miał awarię I trochę czekaliśmy aż dostaniemy klucze. Poza tym problemem i niedogodności ą nie mamy zastrzeżeń.
• Kieran (1/5): Worst ever apartment. - Communication and location. Probably the worst apartment I've ever stayed in. Apartment was nothing like the photos. Furniture tatty, broken shower and toilet fittings. The final straw for me was when I went to wash the clothes, the washing machine leaked all over the floor. It it advertised as a two bedroom but was a one bed with an open loft that gave no privacy from the living area. We were meant to stay 4 nights but left after 2. This apartment is not up to the usual Booking.com standards.

• Joseph (8/5): Great apartment near to Girona centre. - The apartment was clean and had a good layout. It is not huge but there was plenty of space for the 4 of us - two adults, a 12 year old and 15 year old. Narrow stairs or small lift to the 3rd floor but this was no problem. The location was fantastic being very close to the historic centre and next to the square. A short walk from the train and bus station. There are many places to eat out nearby. Some parts of the apartment were a bit worn and tired. The kitchen equipment was fairly basic with just one sharp knife. It would be useful to have a folder with information about the apartment and local area.

Varie cose da migliorare per rendere il soggiorno minimamente accettabile: 1- cambiare il divano letto. Eravamo 5 persone e abbiamo dovuto usare il divano letto. Scomodissimo, rotto, sporco. 2- cambiare la tendina della finestra del tetto. Si apre da sola, facendo entrare luce in tutto l’appartamento. 3- aggiungere asciugamani addizionali. Solo avevamo 2 asciugamani per persona, uno piccolo e un altro grande. Mancando il tappetino nei bagni, e lo strofinaccio in cucina, abbiamo utilizzato alcuni asciugamani per quegli scopi. 4- sarebbe gradita qualche cialda per la caffettiera e un po’ di zucchero

• Jose (5/5): - Buena ubicación Al ser Girona centro, el aparcamiento es zona azul por lo que hay que estar pendiente de las horas e ir renovando el tiket de la ORA. El ascensor es muy pequeño. Aconsejable subir solo una persona y solo con un equipaje con cuidado de no rozar la maleta o mochila con las puertas de seguridad del ascensor. No había ni siquiera gel de ducha.

• Daniele (9/5): Good - The apartment is well equipped with everything: dishwasher, washing machine for clothes, additional heating in the bathroom, everything for cooking. With the two small heaters for the rooms + the AC, the apartment gets warm very fast. The elevator does function, it is very small but anyway much appreciated to take the suitcases up. It is nicely located halfway between the train station and the historical centre. We are a family with children, we arrived towards 18.00 and thought the sofa was already equipped as a bed for the children, but we had to take the bed linens out of the cupboard and do it on our own. Anyway, we were able to clear that on the phone with the owners, the communication was good. Some hooks/things to hang clothes also in the main room would be appreciated. Noise in the street can be heard, anyway we all had a good sleep. Just for information, the second bed is a sofa, ok for children, not suitable for two adults. The narrow road and the old-style windows do not let much light come in during the day, anyway, just go out in the beautiful town.

• Paqui (9/5): Girona en Navidad - La ubicación y el apartamento estaba reformado con todo lo imprescindible para una buena estancia. Estaba muy frío al entrar.
• Berta (6/5): - La ubicación es excelente Cuando llegamos a las seis de la tarde, el apartamento estaba helado, creemos que podrían haber calentado el apartamento antes de nuestra llegada. Por otro lado, tienen un termo de agua caliente muy pequeño, éramos cuatro huéspedes, y dos de nosotros nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría.

• Nura (6/5): Las apariencias engañan - La ubicación, cerca de todo Es un tercero con ascensor, pero este es diminuto. Viajamos con niñas y hemos tenido que subir todo el tiempo por la estrechísima escalera cargados. Al check in nos dejaron las llaves en un buzón de la calle, abierto a cualquiera, por lo que podían haber abierto otras personas el apartamento. El wifi no funciona. Nada de intimidad porque la habitación de arriba es abierta. La puerta del baño de abajo, no cierra y se abre sola. El sofá cama, horrible e incomodísimo incluso para las niñas. Estaba reservado para 6 y solo dejaron 5 almohadas y 5 servicios de cubiertos y platos. En general, mucho peor de lo que aparece en Booking.

• Anne (8/5): Nettes Appartement in guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum, gutes W-LAN Sehr hellhörig, mussten Sofa für dritte Person selbst beziehen und erhielten per Chat falsche Angaben über Aufbewahrungsorte von Laken, Decken, Bezügen und Handtüchern, so dass wir uns alles zusammensuchen mussten, erhielten auch alle anderen Infos per Chat, das Finden des Schlüssels bei der Ankunft war ebenfalls etwas mühsam

L’hôte facilement joignable nous a même permis de partir un peu plus tard pour profiter des Feux de Sant Narcis ce qui était très sympathique de sa part. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas beaucoup de place de parking à proximité du logement j’ai dû me garer à 20min à pied. Il aurait été pratique d’avoir un torchon aussi dans la cuisine. Mise à part ça nous avons passé un super séjour.

• Richard Andrew (7/5): Great location, great apartment - noisy building works. - Great location for access to the old town of Girona and the markets. Nice space and the quirky lift is a bonus. Unfortunately we were disturbed throughout the day by building work in an adjoining apartment. It felt like they were literally hammering down the dividing wall and flooring. This went on from early morning until 5pm each day.

• Helene (6/5): Das Appartement war funktional, hält aber nicht das was die Fotos hier suggerieren. - Die Lage war super. Das Appartement befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Alle Geschäfte waren sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Fotos der Unterkunft auf dieser Plattform sind wohl schon etwas älter. Das Mobiliar hat schon so einige Gebrauchsspuren aufgewiesen: Schrank im Bad fällt auseinander, Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, so dass Wasser austritt und der Boden immer nass ist nach dem Duschen. Die Leiste unter der Spülmaschine ist irgendwie nicht richtig montiert, so dass sie beim Öffnen/Schliessen der Spülmaschine immer halb auseinander fällt. Das W-LAN hat echt schlecht funktioniert.
