• Herr Möller (3/5): Nicht zufriedenstellend - Frühstück war reichlich Auswahl und sehr lecker Leider mehrere Dinge: - Schrankensystem auf dem Parkplatz ist einfach unübersichtlich, ob man den Code scannen muss oder nicht. Sollte dann doppelt zahlen und musste wieder an die Rezeption - Dusche undicht, überall spritzt Wasser - TV funktioniert nicht, hier gibt es kein Bild und Ton - Steckdose ragt aus der Wand raus und ist somit eine Gefahrenquelle - Bettdecke weißt rote Flecken auf Alles in allem einfach nur ein schlechtes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Wir werden nicht mehr wieder kommen.

• yvette (6/5): BUS NIET GRATIS, terug naar Schiphol - Niets Terug naar Schiphol met de bus moet je betalen. De receptie vermeldt dat niet. Dus 20 minuten wachten bij de bushalte. Je kan niet instappen want geen kaartje, alleen bij de receptie te kopen. Weer 20 minuten wachten op de volgende bus.

• Heidi (3/5): Häiriöön herääminen - Sijainti hyvä lähellä lentokenttää, johon myös hotellilta non-stop bussikuljetus. Hotellilta kävelymatkan päässä myös sympaattinen ja tunnelmallinen Aalsmeer kylä, jossa hyviä ravintoloita! Hotelli jo aika kulunut, huoneen lattialla aika paljon pölyä, ikkunaverhoissa reikiä. Perussiisteys kuitenkin ok. Heräsin siihen, kun siivooja avasi huoneen oveni klo 8.30, tämä oli hirveä tapa herätä. Sen jälkeen en saanut enää nukuttua. Aamupala suppea.
• Paula (1/5): Unhygienic and not helpful - avoid! - The bed was severely unclean and unhygienic, with several hairs and stains throughout the bed. When we raised this concern the hotel was unable to clean the room or place us in a different room. We got absolutely no sleep due to this. We sent an email with pictures to the hotel afterwards and asked for compensation but have been completely ignored. We have been made aware by staff members at the hotel that the hygiene standards in the hotel are concerning in general, do not reflect a 4 star standard but rather a 2 star standard, and there have been several complaints by other customers in the past. This situation is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the hotel is advertised as a four-star hotel.
• Lauren (4/5): Near airport but overpriced for what you get - Not much First of all after arriving after a long flight we had to wait absolutely ages for the hotel shuttle bus. The hotel itself was tired and noisy. The shower had mould. It wasn't great. We had an early connecting flight the next morning so it was near the airport but really thats the only thing going for it.

• Jule (7/5): Es war insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto, das Zimmer war schön und das Personal war auch freundlich. Es war nicht soo sauber, und wir waren vier Tage dort allerdings wird nur alle drei Tage geputzt. Das heisst es wurde nur an unserem Anreise und Abreisetag geputzt, das fand ich nicht toll.

• Laura (1/5): They should have paid us to stay there! - Close to area I was attending for surgery Had to change rooms on arrival after unpacking- 2nd room was also not fit for purpose but we were too tired to move rooms for a 3rd time after a long travel and early morning surgery the following day. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful! Also had to leave room unlocked to go to reception as telephone did not work and room door was broke and would not lock. Staff were unprofessional- one in particular who sat drinking a bottle of water and chatting instead of trying to resolve the issues we had with our room. Not a single apology even after being asked to move to a third room due to television being broken in 2nd room after already unpacking twice. Not impressed at all.

• Claudia (6/5): Hotel in zona aeroporto, con alcuni servizi da migliorare - Stanza spaziosa, letto comodo, buona colazione, ampio parcheggio Pochissime luci in camera, aria condizionata rivolta verso il letto per tutta la notte, non ci hanno sistemato la camera (quindi bagno sporco e pattumiere piene), personale non adeguatamente formato in reception (abbiamo chiesto 2 piumoni in più e ci hanno risposto che erano pieni e non ne avevano, poi però ce li hanno portati)

• William (5/5): Transit Only Hotel - The shuttle is meant to be every 30 minutes from Schipol but the shuttle for Amedia isn't well signposted and directions or timing is not clear, as it was raining and cold and we ended up getting a taxi for 30euro. The return shuttle was better. This is a basic transit hotel and OK for overnight but not for any length of stay. Lack of towels, reception staff in the morning were grumpy, in contrast check-in was cheerful ..so inconsistent, dormitory atmosphere of reception area

Facil acesso a transporte publico e translado para aeroporto na chegada Limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor ... algum pó no chao... Poderia ter lixo organico para auxiliar. Toalha de cozinha ajudaria tambem.

• SYLVIA (7/5): - Me gustó la relación precio versus lo recibido. También me pareció muy bueno el precio por una noche, especialmente por la cercanía del hotel al aeropuerto. No me gustó que la publicidad es engañosa. Anuncian traslado gratis al aeropuerto, pero en realidad solo es gratuito del aeropuerto al hotel. Esa información no está claramente especificada y el regreso cuesta 6 euros. Deberían aclararlo mejor para no generar expectativas equivocadas.

• Charmaine (8/5): Good hotel close to airport - The hotel was clean, comfortable, close enough to airport for an early flight. Cheaper than some hotels in Amsterdam that were double the price and not as good. Shuttle bus was good too. Breakfast was good. No cafes or shops close by to wander to and purchase a coffee or something to eat. The airport shops were closest but you had to take a shuttle bus $5.00 euro to get there. So you were limited if wanting to eat or drink. There was some food available at the hotel to purchase.

Pysäköinti hotellin pihalla majoittuvalle asiakkaalle mielestäni kallis. 15€/vrk. Olisin ymmärtänyt hinnan sisähallissa. Lämpimän veden tulo suihkusta kesti kauan. Vettä joutui valittamaan jopa 5 minuuttia jotta se lämpeni.

• Lenka (8/5): Pokud bych se měla do Amsterdamu vrátit, tento hotel bych zvolila znovu. - I když byl hotel cca 4 km od letiště, byl zde klid, na chodbách také, pokoje čisté, postele velmi pohodlné. Snídaně vynikající, nic nechybělo. Doprava v místě i navazující z letiště naprosto perfektní.

No complimentary WiFi connectors for international guests. Everything was a charge.

• Stefania (8/5): Hotel molto grande con una bella vista su un piccolo parco, fermata dei bus comoda - La colazione era molto ricca e ben fornita sempre, tanta presenza di salato e qualcosa di dolce. È presente anche un refill di acqua molto comodo e utile. La posizione è comoda per muoversi, ma non ci sono molti ristoranti lì vicino, ne è presente solo uno a 5 min a piedi ma altro non ce. Se si vuole però l’hotel offre un menú pizza ed è presente il distributore automatico di merendine
• jenneth (5/5): - It was clean and the staff on the desk were nice. Charged an extra £20 to check in early, eben though the room was ready . The TV didn't work , the skirting board was hanging off and hurt my partners foot, the windows leaked on the floor and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. I have emailed as that's what reception staff told me to do as there was no maintenece team to fix and i have had no reply.

• Mihaela (8/5): - Estacion de bus muy cerca. Me quede 2 noches y no se hizo limpieza de la habitacion. No cambiaron toallas ni han recogido la basura. Para llegar al.aeropuerto para recoger el tren hacia el centro, necesitas cambiar el bus. No hay bus directo al aeropuerto. El shuttle desde apto al hotel es gratis pero el desde hotel al aeropuerto cuesta 6 euro pp.
