- B3054YVrichw (2/5): Dishonest Staff nasty Hotel - Place is the worst with customer service. We had roaches 🪳 and a leaky fridge. Management gave me a fake email address about 4x and then acted like they Couldn’t Understand English. Thank god for this experience because I’ll never stay on this side of Town Ever Again

- Alisha (4/5): It was literally over night stay. We arrived late and left very early - The rate of the room was good. The front desk clerk was nice . When I arrived in the lobby. I noticed that there was a huge monitor that was for security cameras. With that being said. There were a few young men hanging on the stairs and laundry . Looked like they doing more than just hanging in that area. Possibly drug dealing. I made it known that to the receptionist and she just kind of shrugged it off . Instead of checking on it. She gave me a room close to them . There was a couple of loud bangs in the night but. We stayed due to the long road trip and traveling with a toddler.

- Micharl (5/5): The room and pool were good, but room service was lacking. - There was an indoor pool and close to some fast food restruants and Family Dollar store The maid service could been more attentive to our needs. We had an incident that needed the sheets to be replaced and after multiple times the sheets and bed clothing on the bed was replaced and made, however the floor was not swept when we were there. We purchased our own toilet paper, and paper towels.

- Ted (4/5): - Cleaniliness of room initall inpression was good until later on at night. I found a cockroach scurrying around on the bathroom floor and the following day I noticed the sheets/comfortors on BOTH beds had stains on them. I didnt notice it the day prior due to my late evening check in and being tired. Wouldnt recommend unless last resort.
- Michael (10/5): - Clean and cheap
- Mallory (8/5): The staff was super nice. It was very clean and you always saw a staff member out cleaning something. - Keyed entry to all entrances. The pool wasn’t heated. The door to the pool area wouldn’t close.
- Emily (2/5): - It was filthy as hell I will never stay there again the bed was like a brick
- Victoria (2/5): - Our room flooded from the shower leaking through the wall, the shower was falling apart, the faucet was hanging off the wall, and the only option we were given was to go from a 1st floor room to a 3rd floor room where the shower was also just hanging down/not connected to the wall. Its difficult to go from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor when youre disabled. No partial refund option to cancel so we could go elsewhere. It was extremely noisy, overall not a great experience. Wouldn't stay here again
- Steven (10/5): - Everything was great service and property it was clean
- Rebecca (4/5): - We had multiple roaches in our room plus the plumbing wasn’t the best and had mold in the ceiling and the hallway smelled like old sewers
- Kersey (1/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): - My stay was really well. Very friendly Staff and very convenient location
- Rian (8/5): - Bed was comfortable, but could have been better. The cover had stains
- Newjean (10/5): Great stay - From check in to check out staff was over and beyond. Helpful, patient Nd friendly. Extremely impressed!
- Patric (10/5): - Overall Great Experience
- Jadin Latrell (4/5): - Internet does not work properly roaches are in the rooms and the floors are dirty and the place stinks
- Malinda (5/5): - Location, staff was friendly and nice Rooms were dirty, floors were dirty and turned my feet black on the bottoms , room next to the ice machine so people were so loud and constantly standing outside the door talking . Next to the pool all you could hear was kids screaming . Did not get the room i booked which was a king . Got a room with 2 beds and less room.
- Erin (4/5): Swindled out of deposit - The hotel is pretty run down but I honestly Wasn’t expecting much being that it was a Red Roof and a cheap hotel. The front desk lady (American) was very friendly and check in was easy. I’m more frustrated that I paid and they kept my $50 deposit. I stay in hotels quite frequently and we always clean. When I called to find out why I was Told that it was because all of the towels and sheets were stained and the room smelled of smoke. First off, we were there two nights and of course took a shower but there was nothing that could have stained the towels or sheets, I didnt Even wear makeup all weekend because we were at the beach. Secondly, both my fiancé and I are non smokers, there is no way the room smelled of smoke. I have never had a motel/hotel keep a deposit. Of course there is no way for me to prove this nor is there a way for them to prove the negative. I’d just be forewarned that it is a possibility they will lie in order to keep that little bit of extra money.
- stephanie (10/5): - It was clean, and price good . The pool was inside and water was very cold.
- ladonnap419 (8/5): - The linen on the bed was soiled with blood and glittery nail polish, it was the duvet cover so we just took it off. We stay on 4 day trip, the housekeeper seen us in the hall she ask if we need anything, she ask for clean towels, toilet paper, and could she empty the trash, never seen her. Overall it’s a nice hotel.
- Suzanne (2/5): - This property was NOT at all like the photos, it was clearly staged or AI. It was moldy, dirty and extremely unsafe. The Sherriff was there multiple times. It smelled SO bad. The sheets were not clean nor were the towels. Our bed smelled like vomit and we found bedbugs that they tried to hide. Also, there was no cable service it said service was unavailable and the property would not fix it. We needed to tv to drown out the sound of traffic and wild parties in the hotel. The property manager sat outside drinking and smoking cigars at night and clearly there was lots of pot being smoked inside the property and staff did not care. We had a room with a stove that still had crumbs and food from the last person, the tub was dirty brown and you could NOT walk on the floors in your room or your feet would be black.
- Lynn (2/5): - We got there and our room was still dirty. The bathtub was filthy and so were the beds. The bedding and bed covers are stained. We complained to the front desk and we were offered a room change. The room we were transferred to a room upstairs which was technically an upgrade was also filthy. Same issues, stained beds and bedding, the kitchenette had food all over the little stove the microwave had food in it. The only good thing about this place was the fact that it was more or less centralized and had good places around it.
- Maria (10/5): - Clean and the staff was very friendly
- Brianna (2/5): DON'T, just don't. - Honestly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The first room they gave us smelled like a mildewy basement, the air was heavy & muggy, the sheets felt damp and sticky, there was roach in dresser drawer, the floor hadn't been swept or mopped. You'd get black feet just from walking barefoot in the room. The service was terrible, its hit or miss on maid services, the staff are absolutely rude and didn't want to hear our complaints. We talked to others staying at the hotel who had the same complaints as we did. A couple even checked out early because they killed 2 roaches in their room. Our original room was 106, we asked for a different room so they gave us a key to 109. It was in worse condition than 106. So the next day when maid service hadn't come through, even though they asked us if we wanted maid service and we said yes, they didnt stop by so we asked for another room again, they gave us 107 which was a little better than the first 2 rooms but still wasnt worth what we paid to stay there. We were told they're under new management now because of "the bugs", but they still have bugs. So if you're considering a stay at this Red Roof Inn - NAS Corry... DON'T, just don't. Save yourself the time, trouble, money, and spare yourself the nastiness.
- Archie (8/5): - The place was recently bought from previous ownership. There was renovation in progress. Room was serviceable. Air conditioning worked very well.... bathrooms wereclean and in order. Afew problems with entry/exit doors but were being worked on. Never did get the chance to sample the continental breakfast. Staff was courteous and kudos to maintenance for fixing TV in a timely manner. Place has potential.
- Gail (2/5): - The rooms smelled of mold. The pillows were horrible . Could hear the people above us all night. People fighting outside our door at 4 am. Front desk did nothing about it. Will never stay at a red roof in again. This property was nothing like it was presented on line.
- Otilia (8/5): - It was an ‘ok’ hotel, suite was big and beds were comfortable but room wasn’t to clean
- 124andresz (4/5): Family Vacations - Very aged room, The chair has marks like coffee or spilled liquid. We paid over $250 for just one night, it was July 4th. When my wife and daughters and I went to have breakfast, we were surprised to find that the breakfast was a sugary donut and coffee. I think it's a joke considering what we paid.
- Vincent (10/5): Another choice in central pensacola - Budget hotel in central Pensacola None
- James (2/5): - The maintenance was terrible and it was a very unsafe place
- Maria (10/5): - C
- Theo (6/5): - It was ok. The tub was dirty and the bathroom tiles were falling off
- Obed (10/5): - I was good place to stay. And close to down rown and beaches.
- Terra (6/5): - Bugs in the room and bathroom
- Van (4/5): - The first room I was given was immediately across the hall from a room that had dogs constantly barking. That forced me to take all my belongings back to the lobby to request another room. The second room was quiet, but I noticed the sheets were on top of the duvet instead of under it. There was no flat sheet beneath the duvet. I removed the sheet so I could place it under the duvet, exposing the quarter-sized hole and the stains on the duvet. The hotel required a $50 card hold for damage or smoking, which I understand. First, it is hard to justify a hold when the property is below even normal standards. Second, there currently two $50 holds on my account three days later. I will be watching closely to ensure I am not charged. Lastly, when I checked out, I told the clerk I needed a receipt. He looked at the computer, looked back at me, and then asked, "You want a receipt?" as though it was the most odd thing anyone had ever requested.
- Kayla (2/5): Do NOT stay here. - Where to start…first thing they are infested with roaches!
Our room had the hardest bed and pillows as well. The AC in the bedroom, did not work. The fridge, did not work. The freezer stayed cool, but did not freeze. Room 220. The microwave, did not work. We tried to use it and it smelled like it was burning. We unplugged it. We booked the suite because we have an autistic child who is VERY picky and we needed a stove to cook his safe foods. However, after the microwave smelled like it was burning, we didn’t even attempt to use the stove.
The bathroom curtain rod was hanging down so the curtain stayed open and soaked the floors.
The headboards had not been cleaned, you could see hand prints all over it. Just hoping they changed the sheets!
We didn’t get clean towels or toilet paper until we asked. The housekeeping did not come in the entire time during our stay until we called the front desk and told them.
There was no tv remote in the living room. So we didn’t even get to turn the tv on. Not that it matters, the channels weren’t good anyways.
Also, we smelled pot up and down the hallways and cigarette smoke leaked into our non-smoking room. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at to be honest.
The only good thing, is the location. Plenty of restaurants very close by but would never stay there again. I told the man up front about the issues and showed him the picture of the roaches. He didn’t even bother to offer a discount but said he would note it.
- Mike (4/5): Worst ever - This was the worst stay I've ever had. We reserved a suite with kitchenette, checked in late afternoon with drinks and snacks needing to be refrigerated and ready for rest. After we were fully unpacked and kids asleep we find the fridge isn't cooling, the a/c in the bedroom isn't cooling properly and the ice in the freezer is slowly melting and the kitchen sink dripped all night. We decided to stick it out but the next morning the coffee maker spewed water from everywhere. The bath tub felt like it was about to fall through the floor and the sleeper sofa had gummy bears stuck in the cushions. Would never stay here again. When I talked to the desk clerk in the morning I was told I should have said something earlier and they would have changed our room, like I'm gonna pack up and wake the kids to move rooms to another one that might have been worse. Checked out and got credit for our unused night. We were very displeased and cut our fathers day trip short.
- Reggie (10/5): - Convenience
- Tiffany (6/5): - Hotel in great location.
- Ariana (8/5): We were happy with our room - We over all had a good stay. The hotel does not offer breakfast as advertised on hotels.com and said they hadn’t since covid. Our room we booked through this site said it came with a full size fridge, when we arrived our room did not have one. However when we called the front desk they had one sent to our room. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, location was central to downtown and the beach, and we were happy with our stay
- jeff (6/5): - Did not have a clean room for ckeck in @ 3:00.
No Ice.
Machine broke.
Coffee no good.
had to go get coffee
- Angela (10/5): - Would stay again
- IEESHA (8/5): - For the price is was a wonderful stay it suited all of my families needs. Amd was a qiuck drive to beaches.
- Patricia (10/5): - Good experience
- James (6/5): - it was ok
- Shelia (2/5): Dirty linen - The linen had stains on them and the picture of the bedding was different from the picture in the display picture
- Douglas (4/5): - Barking dog
Man walking in hall in underwear!
Couple of guests fighting outside
Sketchy neighborhood
Torn couch
Broken drape rod
Filthy refrigerator, mold on gasket.
TV remote did not work on Bedroom TV.
- Stephanie (6/5): - The first room we were put into was filthy. The second room, the stove did not work, the fridge leaked, the shower facet never fully turned off and the last day we were there the facet didnt turn off at all. we ended up leaving a day early. I dont recommend this hotel. Red Roof Fairgrounds in Pensacola I believe is better.
- Lindsay (10/5): - Friendly clean exactly what I needed. Dogs allowed
- Mahesh Kumar (10/5): - Best Hotel. Following are issues. 1) Refrigerator was leaking. 2) No utensils or plates or cup in the kitchen. Else, room was clean and for the price, it is the best.
- Earl H (2/5): - You rape me off on refund for the nights I didn’t stay there
- Kim (6/5): - Housekeeping was the problem they didn’t clean or leave fresh towels when I went to the front desk to get fresh towels they said the housekeeper wrote we refused service. Having the kitchen was great especially the big fridge but there was no utensils to cook anything with so we ate out every night what we was trying to avoid. The pool was clean but freezing we couldn’t swim. Over all it was a good stay
- Titi (4/5): - There were roaches and stains on the sheets
- Cameron (10/5): - Red Roof at Nas Corry was affordable, rooms were clean. The room service was poor after second day no clean sheets stayed 4 nights, we had to go down to ask for new towels room service comes in at 10:00 a.m. so dirty towels it was. The location is definitely a place you want to lock your doors high drug use and homelessness in the area make sure to remove valuables. Location about 25 minutes from Pensacola Beach.
- Maris (8/5): - The outside was a little dirty. Trash in the grass and socks , tall grass and unkept. But then day two they cut the grass. Our room was very clean, but my adult children’s room had some bugs in it. I will say the staff was very kind and accommodating . It’s a good value.
- Pamela (2/5): - This place was horrible the halls smell of weed , ac didn’t work neither did the microwave or the hot water
- Colton (4/5): - I know it’s a bad area but you can’t at least fix the external doors
- Jerry (2/5): - Please don't send anyone there! It's aweful!
- Johanna (2/5): - As soon as we stepped into the building it had a strong smell of cigarette along with roaches, mold on the bathroom curtain, and the bed sheets had such a strong smell of cigarettes, having to go out of my way to buy a candle to leave on all night to help with the smell of cigarette which had me waking up in the middle of the night having to throw up.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Mostly unacceptable - PROS: large, spacious room. Full sized refrigerator/freezer. Good cold air conditioning. Plenty of electrical and USB outlets.
CONS: slippery substance on entire room floor (unrinsed cleaner?). Bathroom sink drain improperly installed and slow to drain. Small roach found underneath one of the pillows (but only saw that one bug entire stay). ONE ice machine on site and it was broken. Strong smell of marijuana in hallway. Marijuana smokers outside back door of property at all hours. Housekeeping came into room even though I had Do Not Disturb sign on door. Housekeeper removed a towel and bathmat but did not replace and nothing else cleaned or disturbed. After complaining to the front desk, the missing towel/bathmat were replaced and housekeeping did not come into room again. The area of town seems somewhat sketchy but that isn't necessarily the hotel's fault but perhaps is symptomatic the hotel's condition.
- Mostafa (7/5): Good -
- Mostafa (7/5): Good -
- Diashonnia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (8/5): - Lots of panhandling going on even in there parking lot. Room door had issues unlocking and closing properly. My daughter had her own room had to be moved due to her original room was bad shape nothing worked...
- Larry R (10/5): - No restaurants but a bk and an expensive Mexican joint across the street, other then that it’s ok for a cheap room
