• JEONG-SEOK (6/5): 위치 제외하고 추전 불가 - 위치 좋고, 체크아웃하고 짐을 보관하기에 유용 했슴 직원이 없어서 서비스라는거 자체가 없었다. 체크인 하면서 문밖에서 한시간 기다리고 5박을 했는데 수건을 달라고 해도 퇴실까지 조치 안됨

• Sylviane (7/5): Barcelone est une ville magnifique et Murmuri est très bien situé. - L’emplacement, et globalement l’arrangement intérieur Les lits d’une personne étaient très étroits. Il n’y avait pas de petite éponge, ni un seul savon pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge. J’ai connu plus d’un appartement hôtel où ces petites choses étaient disponibles.

• karim (5/5): Super emplacement mais déçu des prestations proposées - Son emplacement Le Check in et le Check out est supposé se faire automatiquement via une machine , mais le processus ne fonctionne pas et tous les Clients que j’ai rencontrés ont du appeler l’assistante depuis leur téléphone personnel pour régler leur problème!! Le Service est très mauvais et je n’ai même pas pu récupérer la facture de mon séjour malgres de multiples relances !!!

• Daniela (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable but no staff for assistance in person or by phone. - The location was perfect! Walking distance to lots of shops, and restaurants. Getting into the property was not easy on check in. We checked in around midnight and there was no one to provide assistance in person or by phone. We stayed almost 4 days and I saw a front desk person one time. We actually had to help another family get into the property for the same issue.

We stayed in an accessible apartment, as one of my family is a wheelchair user, and the access to the building and the apartment is step free and the bathroom is fully accessible. The apartment is as described and in the pictures, it has everything you may need, including a kitchenette. It had a lovely balcony where we could rest after a day of sightseeing.

Na dole są 2 knajpki, co jest plusem, bo jest gdzie wypić rano kawę i drinka wieczorem, ale domyślam się, że przy większym ruchu może być słychać. My nie słyszeliśmy hałasu. • Claire (10/5): Our favourite BCN apartments - We love the apartments here and we visit Barcelona frequently and stay here when we can. It could do with a little lick of paint here and there, replacing a couple of things that are worn or damaged - but the apartments are so nice that it wouldn’t take much.

Inchecken > voor de prijs verwacht ik hulp bij een receptie. Nu moest alles via een automaat die slecht werkte terwijl er online wel iemand mee keek.

I booked through Booking.com. the facility details showed 2 bathrooms but when we reached, we were provided an apartment with 1 bathroom only. I told the property and booking.com that due to my daughters underlying medical condition, I cannot have a common bathroom for her but niether the property nor booking.com helped. They provided a credit voucher of a miniscule amount instead of understanding the need and resolving the issue. The bathroom door was broken and we had to spend time in getting it repaired. The staff was helpful but it was difficult to reach them.
• Monica (9/5): Lovely, quiet apartment in an elegant and handy location - This is a quiet place to stay in a cool neighbourhood away from the tourist areas but still close enough to walk everywhere. It’s near local shops, restaurants and convenience stores in a charming old building that has been nicely renovated. We couldn’t navigate the self check-in but the staff helped us out. The iron and ironing board was not great quality and in our room two beds were under the aircon vent which was a little uncomfortable for our friends sleeping there. But overall we had nothing we didn’t like.

Nous avons eu quelques problèmes pour le check-in automatique, la machine ne lit pas les cartes d'identité étrangères. Heureusement, une personne de l'établissement nous a aidé pour finaliser les formalités. L'équipement de la cuisine est franchement sommaire : uniquement une casserole, pas de poêle, pas de passoire, pas de ciseaux, très peu de couverts. Dommage, le reste est impeccable.

На ресепшен терминал для самостоятельной регистрации и получения карточек-ключей для открытия комнаты, с которым у многих возникают сложности. Ключи бывает не выходят, как у нас. Нас спасло то, что мы заселились поздно ночью и нас встречал администратор, который выдал нам ключи. Но мы видели как днем сидели люди и не могли получить ключи сами, потому что никого не было из администраторов.

Has fridge/ freezer, cooktop and oven, small washer/ dryer, towel heater in both bathrooms and hairdryers. Lots of closet space in both bedrooms. Rainfall shower is amazing! Asked for early check in and was told ok. Went to check in early and was told room would not be available until after 1500. Came back and still not ready. Very frustrating. Bed sheets still felt damp that evening. 2 bedroom/bathroom but only 1 luggage rack.
