- M. Angeles (10/5): - Todo maravilloso, la casa preciosa, no faltaba ningun detalle, camas muy comodas, piscina y vistas espectaculares
- Astra (9/5): - Beautiful house with a wonderful view.

- alan (10/5): Superb Holiday Villa - The setting, the pool, spacious house. Nothing at all
- vela dominguez (9/5): Repetiremos sin dudarlo - Las vistas y el silencio que tiene, son muy relajantes
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cristian (10/5): All realy good - Nice and clean and quiet I think the hot water shower system needs a bit updating ( hot water system is playing a bit hot or worm or cold)
- Vivienne (9/5): A Great place for warmer months - too cold for us - The house is a beautiful house with everything you could need. The pool and grounds were gorgeous and if you are looking for place a little away from everything it is perfect. Exactly what we wanted. The house has aircon/heat in 2 of the bedrooms. Even though it poured with rain every day due to the storms the drive up was fine as the road has been concreted where I understand it was a bit steep before. You don’t need a 4x4.
The views of Viñuela Lake is amazing and it’s so quiet.
The owner was very responsive and replied quickly and was really helpful.
I think if we had come in summer (or just warmer weather) our experience would have been absolutely amazing. Before I put anything below I want to say overall the place was great.
Although it’s March we were in Spain in February and had great weather so a bit surprised how cold it was inside and outside. As there are only 2 heaters in 2 bedrooms there aren’t enough heaters for the whole house. There is a fire which you have to pay extra for the wood. We bought a lot of wood (and kindling and matches) from a local garage which might have worked out cheaper (we left the matches when we left for the next person) . I think the fire is maybe a bit small to heat such a large space as it seems difficult to get warm. I just layered on some clothes.
When we arrived none of the beds were made. It might be normal for others but never experienced that before. The bolster pillow was funny to cover when you’ve had a couple of drinks.
The kitchen has absolutely everything you need except for tea towels. I’d recommend a couple be added.
The bathroom towels were stained a bit which looked unsightly but they were clean. The owner explained that it was just rust.
The water pressure in the shower downstairs was a little temperamental but the one in the bathroom upstairs was absolutely fine.
Overall the place was clean but I did find on our first day as I walked around in socks that my feet got covered in what looked like cat hairs and there were the same hairs and dust on the coffee table. It’s probably my fault for going to a place that allows pets but it wasn’t great for me. The owner arranged to come back in and cleaned everything and hoovered/mopped all the floors.
- Wise (9/5): Superb - Lovely and quiet tranquil house with terrace and pool. Access track was rough following heavy rain.
- Carine (8/5): Very good -
- Adam (8/5): Great -
- Alan (10/5): Second Visit! - The house, the setting, the pool are all fantastic. Very spacious house, good size pool, large terrace with great views. The village has a friendly local tapas bar and useful shop. An easy drive to supermarkets, town and beach, with large choice of places to eat. Nothing at all
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location very peaceful and a lovely veiw of the mountains, house had everything you could need and the pool was lovely, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
- Robertson (10/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday - Very private so therefore very relaxing Access road was a bit of an adventure. Very steep unmade road
- Haydn (10/5): Exceptional -

- Alan (10/5): Fantastic Holiday - House was superbly presented, well furnished and equipped. Great country views and excellent private pool. Nothing at all.
- Danielle (10/5): Absolutely fantastic!! - The property is lovely, fantastic view, great swimming pool, fully equipped house, ample sun loungers and ample linen provided. We will be returning 😊. It’s not that I didn’t like it. But I struggled with the work top oven….having 2 small children we opted to stay in on an evening and cook ourselves. I think a good addition maybe would be an air fryer.
- Tina (9/5): Superb - Very peaceful location, beautiful views. Large villa, lovely swimming pool. A place to relax and unwind.
So much more than we expected, the photos do not do it justice. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack, milk, bread etc.
The fans were good, but a/c would help at night as was very hot.
- Amelita (10/5): Good views, challenging drives, Cold indoor. - The property is very Spanish original, tiled throughout. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. kitchen a bit Spartan, but ok. The outside is fantastic with views as far as you can see, a very good looking pool, BBQ etc. The area is very good for dogs but a gate would be good. You have to be a strong walker to walk anywhere from the house. It was cold inside even in May and the only heating was an electric blow heater that didn’t work most of the time. We were glad for the blankets in the cupboards. The outside furniture needs operating and at least cleaning. I think the property should invest in electric oil heated fires. The direction to the property are good coming from Malaga which we didn’t so we got lost. A Friendly couple helped. It is Very steep and we used our 4 by 4 facility.
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location & fantastic views. We stayed in casa #1. The location was unbeatable & the house was on top of a hill making the most of the surroundings. Safe for dogs as the pool area was gated off & there were olive groves below the house for dog walks. Easy self check in with a lock box. Had a very relaxing weekend & all we could hear were the birds chirping. Great views down to Lake Viñuela & up to Comares too. Easy access to Los Romanes village.
- Szymon (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view and nice remote location. Huge house with a lot of nice appliances and utilities. Very clean and well maintained. Amazing place to relax and chill at the pool. Very nice communication with the owners. Acoustics were a bit poor, even with closed door you could hear pretty much everything around the house. The beds were kind of squeaky, each time you turned or moved it was quite loud. And no, it's not what you're thinking.
- Haydn (9/5): Superb - Location, very quiet and peaceful. The pool area and patio had good views.
