- Kelsey (2/5): Workers nice room was 2/10 - The workers were sweet. The ac didn’t work it was broken had to change rooms. There was stains on the sheets. The tv didn’t work even asked multiple workers for
Help and they couldn’t help us fix it the flooring in the bathroom moved badly and all tiles were coming up
- Jordan (10/5): Unequivocally, exceptional facility staff cleanliness no issues - Loved absolutely everything about the property. Everything from parking to check-in very easy very simple super quiet honestly no downsides no issues would definitely be going back there. Maybe you’re not doing a graduation prices were insanely high. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the prices at the time typically they are damn near 30% cheaper, but it was during a graduation at A&M so pretty reasonable but $480 for two nights that seems a little ridiculous

- caldwell (10/5): I enjoyed my overnight stay - I loved the view from my room on the third floor…the view was perfect right behind the tower to watch the cloudy skies. I have no complaints
- michael (6/5): - Clean and tidy There was construction blocking off the main thoroughfare and the pool wasn't open yet
- Sadie (10/5): -
- Shandra (5/5): -
- rodriguez (10/5): I was very satisfied and will return - Very clean rooms and close to restaurants and where I needed to be
- william (9/5): Very pleasant stay, helpful staff, and a decent breakfast. - Excellent value for money. Nothing.
- Hitt (10/5): - Breakfast not that great No gravy no bacon
- Malana (9/5): -
- Debbie (8/5): It was good price, clean comfortable and near hospital the third morning there was hardly no food for breakfast cause th - It was close to hospital where our grandson was born The staff were not real customer service oriented
- Tiffany (1/5): Scam. We never even checked in and they still billed us. They wouldn’t allow a service dog. - They wouldn’t let me check in because I had a dog and they still charged me. The manager told me he would get back with me last week and I haven’t heard anything.
- cris (4/5): - The toilet made a screaching noise every 10 min all night long it felt like. The room felt stuffy and dirty, you could see pee sprinkles on the floor arounf the toilet. The TV connection was horrible, we could not watch HBO.
- Bethany (8/5): -
- Nallely (9/5): Everything was great - Clean & Nice Parking Lot
- Finney (10/5): The location the value for the stay was great. The staff including the cleaning crews were excellent. - It was cleaned close to most everything. More fruit at the breakfast bar
- Towanda (1/5): I will not stay there again, nor I will tell anyone to stay there again, clean it up - Location Room smelled really bad The carpet had this nasty wet smell. The showers were nasty. The covers were stained. The curtains was stained. Customer service was poor. I went to my car at 1030 came back up to the room to gather the rest of my items I was locked out of my room by 10:40 my key was not
- Troy (7/5): Nice stay for the price. Has toilet issue but they came and took care of it quickly - Nice quiet area No problems
- Guest (10/5): -
- George (9/5): -
- Jose (10/5): - Nice and clean place. Huþ
- Sahrei (3/5): I felt disappointed for the events and the price that I paid for the staying. First time I stayed there. - The location The toilet was clogged when I first got to the room was and they couldn't find the plunger. It took a long time to find the plunger. The coffee maker was missing one part. It was not so clean.

- Stacia (10/5): - Excellent and convenient
- Lisa (6/5): - The room
- Brinae (7/5): -
- derek (9/5): -
- Ryan (6/5): - The ac in the first room was very noisy. The ac in the second room was also very noisy, and there was visible mold above it.
- Melinda (10/5): - Quiet and convenient. Hotel staff super friendly
- Bryson (10/5): - .
- Alysha (8/5): - The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were so kind and amazingly helpful! The room was decent for the price.
- Bridget (10/5): - Very clean and roomy
- Roy (8/5): Slow Check-In - I was prepaid via hotels.com, but the check-in process still took nearly 10 min. The guy said the system was slow, but that was bit long.
- MICHAEL (10/5): - Big room quiet area. Shower head needs to clean or replace weak water pressure because clogged up.
- Elizabeth (2/5): - This hotel is really dated and poorly managed. Our room was spacious & neat, but the shower was gross. The hotel was not even a quarter full & they put us in a room right by the elevator. Super noisy & paper thin walls. Everytime we asked to speak to a manager, the "kids" working there said she was not there. Needless to say I will mot be staying here again & neither should you!
- Gordon (10/5): Had friends come down and went to party - Perfect location Everything was great
- Betzaida (10/5): - Good
- Cary (10/5): - The staff was friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was great too! Great location!
- Chad (10/5): - The bed was really comfortable
- Michel (7/5): Ok over all - Proximité Lavabo et toilettes bouches
- Mary (8/5): -
- KEVIN (5/5): Sleep Inn…you get what you pay for. - Decent location, however not where I thought it was. The beds and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was good. Just a little run down. The TV looked like it was mounted on a poorly covered bulletin board. Part of the wall beside the tub was crumbling to pieces probably from water damage. The AC was ok, but room still felt humid. They put us in a handicap room, which we did not request. It was fine with the extra space, but the shower hit me at my stomach, not tall enough to reach my head, but was a removable sprayer, and for only one night.
- Jay (10/5): - The staff was very friendly as always, and breakfast was very pleasant because your staff is very friendly.
- Homero (8/5): - This time all went okay
- BENITO (6/5): - Comfortable bed, quiet place, good breakfast. The room needs better maintenance.
- Bill (6/5): - I arrived at 2:30 PM and asked about early check in for 3:00 PM. I was told that they didn’t do early check in. There were only six to seven cars in the entire parking lot, so they couldn’t have been that far behind. My other concern was when I got up in the morning, I killed a bunch of roaches in the bathroom and on the desk.
- Harold (8/5): - Comfortable bed
Quiet
Did not like
Hard to find located behind another hotel
AC control hard to navigate
Shower door was great once you figured out it locks in place
- Ulrich (10/5): -
- Munir-ul (8/5): - Breakfast was nice, but their waffle iron was set wrong, cooking a minute less, prevented the burning. Room was clean, Stuffs were friendly. Only minus point was the entrance from the highway, it was almost unnoticeable. A sign could take care of that problem. Overall it’s a good place if you don’t want to pay a Hilton price but expect somewhat similar hospitality.
- Jungemann (1/5): -
- Frank (6/5): Teec Show - First room had mechanical issues with AC
Second room had other issues and no working clock
Bed was comfortable water was hot location was good
- Williams (4/5): Overall it was ok - Nothing but the air conditioning I was Charged Twice for my stay when I already paid for it.
- Kristen (4/5): - The only good thing about the hotel was the Hispanic lady serving breakfast. She was the sweetest and so friendly!! Other than that, will never stay again. A/C unit was a portable one and did NOT cool room down which made sleep uncomfortable.
- T. (4/5): - The bathroom ceiling had black mold growing and so did the A/C vent. It appeared that they had attempted to clean it, but didavery poor job. The bathroom sink had no hot water, shower did. No matter what temperature we set the A/C
the room never got cooler. There is a sign on the bathroom mirror tge says that unless you specifically ask, your room will NOT be attened to...we like this, as we are not untidy people and typically always make our own bed...however maid service entered our room, contrary to the notice on the mirror, thought it was very, very odd/strange. Front desk staff was extremely difficult to understand, and other front desk staff very rude, disrespectful. Our son stayed in a different room and had to be moved due to non-operating A/C. Hot breakfast was okay... scrambled eggs and sausage. The kitchen staff was very friendly and eager to please. She should teach the rest of the staff. Willnotbe staying here again, will be contacting management next day or so...
- Ambria (4/5): - Hotel room smelled like nothing but mold . And there is black mold on the ceiling
- Johnnie (4/5): - The not so good is this particular room. Stayed at, 105 is adjacent and entry exit door that slams every time someone goes through it. A simple adjustment on the return device solve the noise vibration issue
- Jay (10/5): - Staff was absolutely fantastic. From check in to having breakfast, the staff was amazing!
- Aston (6/5): - This property needs work our floors was coming up the shower door would not close and the AC was buzzing all night not worth the money for sure!
- Courtney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Candace (6/5): - I’ve previously stayed at this hotel and it was great! This time around I got a room that had paint chipping on the ceiling, the AC made the room feel humid, and the room had a lingering musty smell to it. The breakfast was nice though.
- Mark (6/5): - The room and furnishings were clean. Breakfast was typical fare and adequate. The drawers on the dresser in our fourth room would not stay closed but drifted open. Hopefully a craftsmanship issue and not an off level floor. Also toilet roll holder was broken and sink handle attached on one side only.
- Granger (1/5): Moldy rooms - The location. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels. This is the worst one we have ever stayed in. We had a group for a basketball tournament staying here. We have about 10 rooms reserved. Over half had mold in them. I didn't get to get a picture in all rooms but there are a few attached below.
It made several of us all feel sick and the staff was not concerned at all.
They just kept saying "it's not their fault."
We tried calling the "corporate" office number that they provided and when called it was directed to the front desk!
No refunds were made.
We will not be staying here again.
- Nealie (10/5): - We enjoyed everything
- Michael (10/5): - Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Charlene (8/5): - Our stay was great! The only thing that wasn't so comfortable was the room's ability to get cold AC, but it was manageable.
The Breakfast's eggs were delicious and looked like real eggs, not pre-made.
We arrived really late but got a good night's sleep.
- Yolanda (2/5): - The rooms smell horrible. The AC in several rooms do not work.
- Juan (2/5): - The air in the room smells bad. The bed and the only chair in the room is moldy. The toilet doesn't work!!!
- Linda (8/5): - Our room was a very nice size, and the bed was quite comfortable. Check-in went pretty smoothly and the staff member was polite and welcoming. However, that person was new and could not answer questions we asked about surrounding restaurants, etc. Our main complaint was that our room was near the ice machine which was quite loud. It was in use quite often starting at around 6:15 AM, which made it impossible to get back to sleep. We would probably stay here again in the future, but we would request a room farther away from the ice machine. Breakfast was sufficient, but with fewer selections.
- Jaslyn (10/5): - Great
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Clean rooms. Solid options for breakfast. Convenient location for gʻetting around.
- Keli (10/5): - Great location, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bedding, cold a/c and very economical.
- Punipuao (8/5): - Great customer service.
- melissa (2/5): - They didn’t have a room available and had to put us in a room that they had closed off for maintenance that had a dripping AC unit and a soaked floor.
- Anthony D (10/5): - The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and efficient
- Sharon (8/5): a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate - We stayed here because it is 4 minutes from the hospital where my husband was having surgery and had to be there by 6:45am. The breakfast was good, the room quiet, and staff was friendly. The first room we were given has an a/c unit so loud we didn't stay more than a few minutes before requesting a different room. Staff accommodated quickly; the new one was much better. The a/c did leak water on the carpet, so we put a trash can below it. Other than that, the stay was great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great sleep! - The bed was super comfy! And the sheets were clean and crisp.
Also, the HVAC system had a constant hum, which is SO MUCH BETTER than one that cycles on and off.
I slept amazingly well, which is hard for me when I'm away from home.
- Jesus (6/5): - Good
- Lori (8/5): - Room was okay. Bathroom needed some repairs to ceilings and wall but was clean.
- Noe A (6/5): - The hotel accommodations were satisfactory, however, the room required attention. A gap was observed in the door, and the toilet was not level and exhibited looseness.
- Susan (10/5): - Very comfortable stay for family members in town for a family reunion.
- Lizette (4/5): Don’t Understand High Rating - There’s coffee pots in the rooms but no tray for the coffee pods, front desk said they didn’t have any, guy said he could maybe find some but he was busy and it would be 10-15 min. He did point out 24hr coffee in the lobby. The breakfast and location were decent. The worst was the old musty smell of the halls and the rooms were worse. It looks like they took an old hotel and try to patch it to look newer. There was also mold in between the glass shower wall/door.
- Sally (8/5): - The room was clean and the bed very comfortable but the room was dated and some issues like the sink didn’t drain very well and the towels very thin and scratchy.
- Jaslyn (10/5): - Good
- Phylisha (8/5): - The staff was amazing and very professional. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.
- Brad (4/5): No AC - Air conditioner in the room did not work
- Verified traveler (6/5): Staff was good, hotel needs updates - The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very old, and had several issues. Once reported, the staff took care of most of the issues. There was some mold in the shower, the smoke alarm chirpped for 3 hours from 3:30-6:30 am, the sink was cracked, and the shower floor stained. The clock did not work, but because most people dont use them, there was no replacement. The breakfast was good, and staff was very attentive to ensure we had everything we needed.
- Cynthia (6/5): - The hotel definitely needs some maintenance. The lobby reeked of cat urine. The tissue holder in the bathroom fell off when attempting to use. Carpet was dirty. Chipped paint and broken tiles in the bathroom. The safety lock on the door didn't work.
- Gregory (8/5): - AC very noisy
Mold in bathroom shower
Hard to find and not convenient to get to campus
- Heather (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay. It’s right across the street from the hospital, and the beds are big and comfy. The AC and fridge were both ice cold, and the free breakfast is AMAZING. Free coffee in lobby 24/7, and a nice selection of snacks at the front desk. Safe parking, lots of street lights. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in college station.
- Jennifer (6/5): Smells like cat urine - The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hallways and lobby smelled HORRIBLY of cat urine or some ammonia smell. It made getting to our rooms a very unpleasant experience as we had to hold our breath. We traveled as a family and reserved 4 rooms total and all of the rooms were clean and stench free but every member of our party mentioned the cat pee smell without prompting. I would not stay here again due to the smell alone
- MARISOL (2/5): - The room was full of mold. Bathroom was as dirty, pillows had stains, big stains in the carpet, ac unit was leaking and wall was moldy. Smell bad.
- Ann (10/5): First time at Sleep Inn was dreamy! - Had never stayed at a Sleep Inn, so not sure what I was in for; Sleep Inn offered an affordable price during the TX A&M graduation. When I checked in, the front desk staff was friendly & efficient. I was impressed when I entered my room…large, king sz bed, nicely appointed, big shower & clean. Plus, it came with a mini fridge & a microwave. The bed was comfy & a quiet environment. I’ll choose Sleep Inn again. Breakfast was offered off of the lobby but I didn’t try it. All in all a 5 star experience.
- Kimberly (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed and very cool AC. Bathroom needed attention- sink stopped up, toilet running intermittently all night and shower rod fell off when I closed the curtain.
