- Ruth (4/5): It was horrible, it was cold and we had to shower with a cold water - The garden and the surrounding property have great potential, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The property outside is also nice. The showers are malfunctioning, making it impossible to balance the hot and cold water. Even if you voice your complaints, they will not send anyone to fix the issue; instead, you are left hanging. We had to shower with cold water, and the water pressure is also poor. The bedding does not meet the standards of a four-star establishment as claimed.

Preis eher hoch für die Suite ohne Frühstück. Don't stay in the Golden Suite behind the Reception - the noice starts 6 AM with the people come to work. Sunday no dinner.

It is on par with many of the guesthouses in the larger cities It is secure and safe, well equipped and maintained. The staff are extremely professional. Immaculate gardens , beautifully landscaped and lush Our room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and the feeling special comes to mind N/A

- Ian (5/5): Expected better. - Big room. Fast Wi-Fi. Ample parking. Good location. There was a very loud air vent outside the room going the entire night, making sleep impossible. Not even headphones could drown out the noise.

We called and asked them to fix it (this is around after 8pm, we arrived after 7pm). The lady said she will send someone to fix. We got no feedback. Before going to bed, we sent an sms asking for the same thing since we will have to wake up at 6am to shower. We woke up, the water was still ice cold. Then they told us to come and get another key for another apartment. That morning, we were up and down between apartments getting ready for work. The people there are racist. Before we booking via booking.com we called them because we wanted to book with them directly, as soon as the lady heard I was black, she told me they were fully booked (this was not the first time this happened). Then we booked via booking.com. When we arrived there she was busy with a white guest, she was overly friendly with the guy, but us, since we were black the face and tone completely changed. You could see she's irritated. She gave us a small room, we booked a luxury room by the way, she wanted to give us a standard room. When I indicated that the room is not up to scratch, she gave us an apartment without hot water!! Racist bunch!! Never going back there again!! We were treated badly and we paid a lot of money for 1 night!!
