Guest Reviews
- Paul (10/5): - The owners did themselves proud. I would definitely recommend.
- G (8/5): Great seafront Hotel. - We stayed in superior room. Big bay window with great Seaview. It was cold when we stayed and our room was quite cold. We probably should have asked for the heating to be turned up. Lovely and clean with a fantastic full English breakfast.
- linda (10/5): - Fantastic hotel . Very friendly and spotless clean . Fab family room we had with sea view . Great full English breakfast. Fully recommend and we.ll defo be back
- Graham (10/5): - Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Good breakfast for us all.

- Gill (6/5): - Left our luggage at The Coast as we where early / room was ready .
Arrived back to our room after a busy day to find out our shower wasnt working 😡.
The following morning went down 5 times because it kept tripping .
No reimbursement from the Coast
So disappointed
- Mrs S (8/5): - This was a very pleasant, family, overnight stay in Blackpool at The Coast. Mike and Talia were very friendly and the cooked breakfast was fab! We liked the quieter location as it was only a very short tram ride away from the livelier parts of Blackpool central and the pleasure beach! We highly recommend a trip to the Tower Circus too! Would book this accommodation again.
- Joanne (8/5): - Lovely and friendly place
- Stephen (10/5): - The property was well maintained and pleasantly decorated, howver there was no on-site parking which proved confusing untill we managed to talk with the friendly staff.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Stayed with my partner and 2 kids. Very welcoming on arrival. Stayed in family room which the kids loved having own bunk beds to stay in and loved the fruitshoots and biscuits in their room. Views were amazing. Will definitely be coming back.
- John (10/5): Fabulous stay - Hotel fantastic...spotless..great breakfast..host amazing
- Joyce (10/5): 2 night break - Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely guest house, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, room was lovely and comfy and the breakfast was great, looking forward to going again next year, would recommend to anyone
- Jacqui (10/5): - Clean, comfortable, quiet and a hot shower. Perfect for our needs!
- Gary (10/5): - Very enjoyable stay, lovely breakfast also Very friendly hosts
- James (10/5): A lovely, welcoming stay - The host was friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. The room itself was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and we had a great view of the promenade and sea from the front bay window. The usual refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits, water) were also supplied.
The location was perfect- far enough away from the city centre as to be quiet, but close enough to walk in.
The only negative I can think of was that the walls were a bit thin if you’re a particularly light sleeper, however, it didn’t bother us at all.
In all, a really pleasant stay in a very clean, comfy room with a view. We will be back if we are in Blackpool again.
- Stephen (10/5): 1 night stay in Blackpool - Hotel was small but clean and well maintained. The owners were friendly and attentive. Good selection for breakfast, comfortable bed.
- Jennifer (10/5): Brilliant - Our stay was brilliant, very friendly family run B&B, we could ask for anymore 😀
- Paula (10/5): - Really nice b&b and staff clean comfy room would definitely recommend
- Kim (10/5): Great little place - Great place to stay, really clean, owners were absolutely delightful and breakfast was amazing!!
- Sarah (10/5): - Lovely B&B. The owners were very accomodating and family friendly.
Great view of the sea from our room.
- Margaret (10/5): Staycation - Just had the most amazing few days here with my husband. Mike and Talia were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful cooked breakfast every morning especially the poached eggs ( sorry Talia). Room was clean and bed comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone especially with the sea view.
- Stacey (10/5): Lovely stay - We had such a lovely time the breakfast was delicious the rooms were spotless owners were lovely n friendly even the guess we’re lovely n chatty we will definitely be bk again next year
- Henar (10/5): Happy stay! - The place was clean, tidy and fresh. The service was excellent. They welcomed us and catered our dietary needs with good care. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of items. The view of the sea from the dining room was very pleasant in the morning. We parked the car for free just one street before the hotel.
- Mark (10/5): Mark and Michelle - The People who run this place were amazing would do anything to help you. The place was spotless and the breakfast was great. Definetly be back
- Amritpal (8/5): - The staff made us feel very comfortable during our stay!
- Paul (10/5): - Very warm welcome, and staff excellent
- Anthony (10/5): - This seafront BB is a hidden gem, 10 minutes north from the North Pier. It is a boutique BB with love and warmth. The decors of the rooms and the premises are contemporary.
I took up room no.1 (a comfort en-suite double room) and was pleasantly surprised by the magnificent sea view. The room is a smaller double, and it is extremely clean and fresh all round. The design is modern, the bed is wonderfully comfortable, and one can easily overslept! Room is equipped with flatscreen TV, kettle, complementary mineral water, coffee/tea/biscuits. Bathroom is spotlessly clean and has a powerful warm shower, with complementary toiletry and fresh towels.
Breakfasts include help yourself cereals, juice and toasts, coffee, tea and cooked breakfasts are made freshly to order with delicious local produce.
The host takes great care of the patrons, they are very helpful and friendly and have made me felt very comfortable and welcomed during my stay. The location is quiet and safe and merely 10-15 mins away to the main Blackpool strip, so you can enjoy all the crazes, while having a beautiful rest in the evenings. Bus and tram stops are 3 mins nearby. There are shops and takeaways nearby too. The place has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant holiday. Highly recommended.
- Gwen (10/5): - A lovely friendly place to stay with magnificent view.
- Matthew (10/5): Highly recommend, great location, room and family - The family based B and B could not have been more attentive. The room we booked was perfect for my family (Three kids). The room was beautiful with a super queen sized bed and a separate space for the kids which came with sweets soft drinks and there own tv and bunk beds and a pull out bed. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt that I had to because we all had a great stay. I forgot to say the view of the beach and ocean was amazing.
- J P (10/5): - Very good stay
- Garry (10/5): A weekend of peace and quiet - Amazing room at a lovely guest house both mike and talia were the most lovely hosts , breakfast was lovely and plenty of it . We stayed in room 2 with a sea view will defo stay there again . The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very cumfy
- John (10/5): Great all round - Was very clean, spacious room. Only downside was the kettle, my god it was noisy 😄 Really enjoyed our stay
- Rachael (10/5): lovely homely b&b - Brilliant nights stay at the coast, lovely clean rooms (loved the shower curtains) and brilliant service from everyone, breakfast was spot on. Full English and fresh tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again. Only thing is it’s states parking and there isn’t, it wasn’t a problem as I already had looked on street view and parked on one of the neighbouring streets for free. Can’t wait to return.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable bed, nice room, nice breakfast .
Steps up to the hotel and inside are abut steep if you have mobility issues.
- david (4/5): misleading - This property states that there is free parking, upon our arrival we will told that is no free parking so we had to drive around for about half an hour find somewhere to park which really got our stay off to a bad start ,the room was extremely small and the worst part was our view from the window was a builders yard rubble scaffolding rubbish everywhere .that being said the room was clean and a breakfast was very nice.
- Stacey (8/5): - Had a lovely stay i was with my 10 year old son was very quiet owner was great very helpful
- george (8/5): Almost amazing but not quite there - Lovely couple that run this little hotel/ B&B. Our trip away in room 3 was fault less but brother in law in room 2 had a couple of issues namely with the shower but was quickly rectified. Overall really nice stay i would remove the onsite parking from the description but for £14 for 48hrs across the road you can't really moan
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall comfortable stay - Really lovely comfortable stay. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was yummy and clean premises. Only fault was we had no hot water.
- Leanne (8/5): - We went the coast hotel on Friday and wot can I say the man couldn't do enough for us he upgraded our room to a sea view which
- Deborah (10/5): Excellent - Room was very small but everything you could ask for and a beautiful sea view.
Breakfast was very good quality and served by a lovely host!
Parking is not on sight but free parking near by!
- Sam (10/5): - Great hotel .. great room...great host
At first glace due to building work (was no noise) looks bland but inside is amazing and accommodating for all needs would happy stay again ...great pub round corner too with amazing food ..was just great x
- Andrea (4/5): - Hotel clean, room lovely, but TV wasn't working, no hot water, constant humming all night due to a fan in another room, didn't sleep a wink, no cooked breakfast, was told due to the virus!!!
- Luke (10/5): Would definitely recommend and stay again - Great stay, not too far from the centre and great value for money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): I've place to stay - Extremely friendly, clean and pleasant place to stay. Would go again
- Douglas (10/5): Happy stay.. - Was at blackpool for 4 nights, stayed at the metropool hotel for the first 3 nights..big mistake.. horrible hotel.. decided to stay one more night at the coast..was lovely and clean ran with a really nice couple..would definitely stay at the coast again..thanks Douglas...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely sea view from the room but the room was very small - room 1.
However, breakfast was lovely, staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower and we had an enjoyable stay.
- John (10/5): Highly recommend staying here! - Great value, very friendly and great breakfast.
