• Larry (6/5): - Staff was very helpful, although I did not need any help. Clean and fresh but my motor home has never been this unlevel. You could lay a coke can in the floor and it would roll to the back wall picking up speed all the way. Parking was angled and very tight. Lots of street noise.

• Owida (8/5): - The motel was an older motel but well kept up. Neat and clean. Bed was good, Room was very nice. the only thing was that the sheets did not fit one of the beds. The fitted sheet was too small.

• Michelle (6/5): - The property looks nothing like the photos. It’s very dated and dirty. Room was clean, but felt dirty. Walls need painted or at least cleaned. Dust on the baseboards that appears to never have been cleaned. The bedside tables need cleaned. The toilet ran our entire stay. Windows need to be cleaned. Rooms need to be updated. Property needs to be maintained as there is trash everywhere. Feels like a cheap seedy motel. Staff were friendly.
• Tammy (6/5): - It's an older motel and in need of much work. But it was obvious that they are trying to make improvements though. Nice patio lights strung outside gave a sweet & comfortable glow. However a few garbage cans outside were overflowing so it took the attention away from the light. Inside, the rooms were clean but furniture was shabby. Large gap under door where light could shine in. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The bed's fitted sheet was too small thus would not stay in position under corner. The shower was a beautifully tiled stall. Overall i think I'd pay the extra $20. to stay At the Comfort Inn down the street.
• Paula (10/5): - We really enjoyed our quick stay! Ashley was so friendly at check in. She made us feel so welcome and really went above and beyond. The remodel at the property is really well done as well.

• Kenda (6/5): Nice and spacious but dirty floors - This is actually a nice spacious spot and I was impressed until I realized how dirty the floors were. It makes me wonder then how clean was the room. I got the impression it was spot checked nothing more. When we first entered it had a strong cleaning chemical Oder so we had to vent the place. I would have brought this to managements attention but no one was available when we checked out. Other then that I might book again if something else wasn’t available.
• Valerie (2/5): - The property says it has no smoking rooms but lets people smoke right next to there room with chairs for you by the rooms. Not the friendliest motel managers or owner. Hung up on Expedia when tried to resolve the issue and didn’t offer any compensation for dealing with smokers for four days. Had to leave the motel for the day while we were there so we didn’t inhale any second hand smoke. Would not suggest this motel for a stay if you don’t smoke.
• Holly (8/5): Older property that will do overnight. - Would enjoy smart TVs so I can cast some watchable media and a fridge with a freezer compartment to keep my ice containers usable the next day in my cooler on the road. Appreciated the keurig brewer in a.m.. Missed a microwave to warm anything up. Does have an ice machine on property. Clean rooms in an older property. They are decently furnished; the pillows were too hard and mattress for this traveler, but the linens are clean! It's a well reviewed motel; a bit harder for an older traveler to appreciate the quaintness and slightly dirty doirmars with hair tangles. A funky vibe, but ok cost in an inflated price era for a place to sleep over. Hair and soap amenities were supplied too.

• Joanne (10/5): - Arun, the person at the office, was most helpful. He helped me correct a booking error and made sure everything was taken care of. He was exceptional and I would not hesitate to book a room at Adventure Inn any time I am in the area.
• Jonah (6/5): - I appreciate the remodeled rooms on this old inn, however, it smelt really weird and the old air-conditioning unit was super loud. It was clean. The bed was too soft for me. But it was one of the less expensive motels in Moab. It definitely showed its age with the slanting floor in the bathroom. If I had to stay there again, I would, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

• Greg (8/5): Overall good stay - The hotel was clean and had several amenities. The bed was comfortable. The location was fairly quiet. The only negative was the shower was not hot
• Tina (10/5): - I liked that we could park right outside of our room. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Arun was very nice and even upgraded my room! I highly recommend Adventure Inn!

• Merritt (2/5): - The floor was super slanted. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. There was only boiling hot water--no warm or lukewarm OR COLD. Staff was not present at check in or check out. Parking was difficult. The pillows were super lumpy and thick. There were cockroaches outside the room, but not inside. And there was no bottled water or water fountains. NOT WORTH IT even if you’re trying to save a few bucks!!

• Mark (8/5): Good rooms but need to step up their game - The room was good, and blankets warm. Had assigned parking which was nice except mine was not in front of room like most rooms. Mine was in the back of the hotel, staff should ask if I need a spot in front of room, which is why I stayed at this motel. Also there was a mini fridge which was fine but no freezer. How do I keep my ice packs frozen? So no chilled drinks while on the road.

• Aaron (10/5): Simple, but clean and comfortable. - We stayed for 3 nights at the Adventure in. It isn’t fancy, but it was exactly what we were looking for. Inexpensive, no fuss, clean, and comfortable. While is was on Main Street it was quiet, and that allowed us to take a nap during the hottest part of the day and hit the Parks early and late. Will stay again when we return!
• Kevin (8/5): - Other than there was no real hot water (was luke warm), the room was great. The room was noisy but I expected that due to it being along side the main road. The staff was great and were quick to accommodate our request to store our ice packs in their freezer. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Would not stay here again. - When we arrived, the A/C was not even turned on and it was 95° outside. There was an empty pizza box behind the door in the room, and a used bar of soap in the shower. There was a sticky crusty spot in the floor. The toilet would not flush. The parking situation is not ideal. You are assigned a parking space and they are extremely narrow. When we went to check out at 8:30am, there was a note in the office that said that the front desk is unavailable at this time.
• Mois (2/5): - I left my necklace, and when I called back the guy immediately said I don’t where you left it but you didn’t leave it here. Made me aware he knew of my necklace. But I pray The Lord God will judge this matter stiffly, in the name of Jesus.

When we arrived our AC was not working he then put a brand new one in which took awhile to work so he moved us to another room. We also needed some laundry done and they do not have on property so he said no problem I will do your laundry in our machines. He was always willing to help and make your stay pleasant. I would stay here again.

• Charleen (8/5): - The rooms in the inner square have the green space patio right outside the door. There was plenty of patio tables and chairs to use. It was a nice shaded area to relax in. Shade is hard to find in Moab. Very relaxing area to sit in. That was our favorite thing about the property.
• Jamie (10/5): - I loved staying here! The front desk was super nice and helpful. The room and comfy and overall I would book here if I ever came back through Moab.
• Monika (2/5): - We were travelling with young child, we arrived after 9pm and there was no hot water, though they were working towards resolving the issue. The next day I requested a partial refund (I paid over $200 for this outdated place) and the front desk person said I should have waited till 11pm!! Well, see, most children won't last till 11pm, especially after a day of hiking. Avoid this place.
• Kelly (4/5): - The toilet would not flush. The sink extremely slow to drain. The ac unit went off and on frequently. The floor was extremely slanted so refrigerator would nit run properly and bathroom door blocked ac unit. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
• Beth (2/5): - I think I may have gotten bed bugs here. The sheets didn’t seem clean. The floor was not carpeted & it felt like staying in a seedy nursing home. We didn’t feel comfortable.
• Angelique (8/5): - This property is a little older, but well kept. The room was neet and clean. Maid service was good, except they forgot to refresh the coffee set up. It was frustrating as there was no phone to call the front desk to ask for replacements. The ice machine for the property was broken, but a large bucket of ice had been provided. Overall, a very good stay.
• Lesa (10/5): - We love the location of this motel & each room has own parking spot, also an area to hang out/bbq. We missed the convenient continental breakfast, looks like new owners since our last visit so now only coffee.
• Annette (8/5): - The laundry room is outdated and dirty. Trash needs picked up on property and weeds cut. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Room was nice except shower was either too hot or too cold. Could not adjust.
• Bradley (6/5): Basic functional hotel in a tourist town - The hotel was okay for a tourist town. The bed was average. There was a refrigerator with small freezer and a microwave. The shower worked. Never turned on the Tv. Was able to walk to several places. In a room near me some woman was yelling at a man in a non-English language two nights in a row. Might have been staff / owner not a guest based on location. had an assigned parking spot around back but that was fine. Door to room stuck so once I realized the issue I had to put down what I was carrying and use both hands to coordinate door opening. But every thing did mostly work, just a little awkward and basic.

• ELIZABETH (8/5): Moab Adventure 3 Sisters Bucketlist - The room has no closet to hang your clothes, put shoes etc away. Nice little Inn, the rooms are clean. The grounds are cluttered with litter, walkways dried paint, hoses left on the walkway to the office.

• Robert (10/5): - Nice location, recently renovated rooms, several tables and chairs under shade trees with a couple of BBQ’s if you want to cook your own dinner. Several good restaurants within easy walking distance.
• Nicole (10/5): - It was a super close and convenient drive to Arches. The front desk person was very accommodating and gave me a different room with a parking spot that would accommodate my huge rental vehicle, which I really appreciated. There’s a cute lawn area in front with trees and grass and tables where I sat and played ukulele and enjoyed myself during the evening. Would stay here overnight again.

• Melanie (8/5): Good in a pinch - We stayed here because it was inexpensive and we only needed it for one night. It was good enough for that. If we were staying longer, I wouldn't have stayed here. Very dated and, honestly, a bit creepy.
• Sandra (8/5): Reasonable motel - Adventure Inn is dated and the outside decor/grounds need tidying up. However our room was very spacious, with a table and two chairs, good sized bathroom and clean. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.
• Joey (2/5): - When I booked one year in advance fully paid upon booking non refundable for Easter Jeep Safari it says free breakfast. When we checked in they stopped giving free breakfast with room. The laundry cost $3.50 for washer and dryer and machine broken. Problem with shower hot water. I’m not going back here bad experience. We checked out one day early and called Expedia for refund mainly for no breakfast that’s why we left early to move to another hotel. No money back… this hotel only wants to get my money.
