• Esmeralda (10/5): Rilassante , un’oasi in mezzo al verde, serviti e curati. Fantastici! - Struttura molto pulita, curata e elegante. Piscina molto bella e gratuita con materassi morbidi a disposizione dei clienti da mettere sui lettini. Campo da tennis gratuito in caso di gioco non serio e se non ci sono prenotazioni , tavolo da Ping pong e mini golf uguale. Abbiamo anche usufruito della spa che sono 15 euro a persona per un ora mezza, curatissima e rilassante ; dotata di sauna, bagno turco, vasca idromassagio ( la spa non viene usata in contemporanea , nella vostra ora e mezza l avrete tutta per voi!) Buffet della colazione veramente spaziale, a pranzo si può scegliere tra buffet e menù alla carta, noi abbiamo optato per quello alla carta: hanno ottimi piatti e un ottimo servizio. Materassi comodissimi e i cuscini pure, personale estremamente disponibile e cordiale, sono stati tutti gentilissimi. Speriamo di tornare ! Unica pecca é che non siamo riusciti a mettere Netflix sulla Smart tv perché le impostazioni impedivano l attivazione del wi-fi, ma non abbiamo mai chiesto in reception, magari era solo un problema della nostra stanza.

• Veronica (8/5): Torneremo - La struttura è in una posizione comoda per spostarsi e raggiungere più destinazioni. Molto carina la visuale dalla piscina con il bosco dietro. Colazione ben fornita e con prodotti locali dolci e salati. Anche la cena molto buona.

Pane fresco, affettati di alta qualità. Tutto ben curato, possibilità di giocare a tennis, minigolf e piscina. Noleggio bici, sia muscolare che elettriche. SPA per 90 minuti ad uso privato. Alta attenzione alla clientela da parte di tutto lo staff, molto cortesi. Speciale menzione per Bruno e Lola. Insonorizzazione delle stanze; Asciugacapelli a tubo.

• Montesi (9/5): Una fantastica esperienza - La colazione a buffet fantastica, fornitissima e con prodotti di altissima qualità e la posizione che consente di raggiungere i laghi, anche in bici, i percorsi trekking, sia a media altezza che in altura, i rifugi e le malghe in poco tempo spostandosi in auto. Inoltre offre biliardo, libri, minigolf, piscina e una bellissima area esterna per aperitivi e relax serale. L'unica cosa, ma credo che sia comune a quasi tutte le strutture, il materasso, e il giro letto a spigolo vivo, dove abbiamo sbattuto sia io che mio marito. Ma rispetto a tutte le cose positive e niente.

• Itamark (9/5): Wonderful stay and grrat place. - Very quiet and nice hotel not far from the lake. The hotel is well-equipped and has a pool, billiard table, mini golf and restaurant. The host was super nice and helpful. The room was large and beds were comfy. Good overall breakfast. The room was large but in an attic with slanted ceiling was a little annoying especially in the bathroom. My son and I banged our heads on the ceiling a few times. Breakfast is good but I'm vegan and missed some more vegan options and vegetables.

Plenty of parking spaces. We had to leave early to reach Madonna di Campoglio so were unable to partake in the breakfast served from 8:00 o'clock.

OTTIMA struttura ricettiva, sicuramente la migliore dell'Altopiano di Pinè. Pulizia, gentilezza, e tanti servizi sono di casa in un Hotel moderno, tenuto benissimo e che in realtà vale molto di più delle 3 stelle. Quando torneremo in Pinè la primissima opzione sarà "lo Scoiattolo". Bravissimi a chi lo gestisce e a tutto il personale, perché la differenza la fanno i dettagli, continuate così!
• Cherie (6/5): God morgenmad og faciliteter - Selve området med pool, tennis, fodboldbaner, beliggenhed var super. Dog var værelset stort men ikke den standard vi havde forventet. Vi oplevede diskostøj midt om natten, da hotellet holdt en fest for andre gæster. Ikke det heldigste, da det holdt vores børn oppe til kl 2.30 om natten. Morgenmaden var super - coronarestriktioner i top.

Un poco descuidado Nos dieron una habitacion para tres en vez de para 4, poe error y nos dejaron ocupar dos habitaciones. En eses sentido, muy bien.Peto la limpieza era deficiente. Nos aconsejó muy bien sobre qué visitar la amable señora de la recepción.

Siamo arrivati con il nostro cane ed è stato accolto come fosse di casa. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare la cucina dell'hotel in quanto il cane non era accettato in quella parte dell'hotel e noi non siamo abituati a lasciare i cane da solo in camera dell'hotel. La colazione ricca ed abbondante, la piscina pulita.Le camere non sono molto grandi purtroppo lo spazio non è grande.

• Andrea (10/5): Vacanza in famiglia - Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22 al 27 agosto 2016. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un'ottima accoglienza, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare la fantastica Signora Sonia, pronta ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. Il ristorante ci ha soddisfatto con piatti tipici e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la colazione abbondante e svariata, sia per il dolce che per il salato. Sia noi che il nostro bambino abbiamo usufruito piacevolmente della piscina molto pulita e ben tenuta. Grazie alla convenzione che l'Hotel ha con l'azienda per il turismo, abbiamo potuto fare ogni giorno attività differenti, che hanno divertito e lasciato delle belle esperienze che non si fanno tutti i giorni. L'Hotel offre la possibilità di rilassarsi seduti su dondoli e sdraio a mirare il panorama.
