• hoogstrate (10/5): Geweldig! - Het is een geweldig hotel op een perfecte locatie, precies in het midden tussen het oude centrum en het strand. De gratis fietsen maken het super makkelijk om overal te komen. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. En het personeel is ronduit geweldig! Bij elk probleem wat we hadden kwamen ze er meteen aan om het op te lossen. Nadat we in de ochtend hadden uitgecheckt mochten we zelfs nog aan het einde van de middag voordat we de nachtbus in gingen even douchen en tandenpoetsen, echt geweldige service! En dan nog het ontbijt.. elke dag iets anders en zo super lekker! Doe jezelf en plezier en verblijf hier! X

The rooms are spacious, clean, and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. The villa also has bicycles available, which was so convenient to get around. I will be back soon for sure.

• Sera (10/5): I can’t recommend Hoi A Rustic Villa highly enough. If we go back to. Ietnam again, we’ll definitely be stopping in for - This was our second stay here. We came back for longer this time because we love the beautiful setting with large, airy rooms and a gorgeous plant-filled dining area. The location - halfway between the old town and the beach - is perfect for us as it’s relaxed but accessible. We loved borrowing the bikes and cycling around. Even more than the lovely place and delicious ever-changing multi-course breakfast menu, we came back because of the hosts. Such a nice family - they really go the extra mile to make you feel special and you get the feeling they care for all of their guests in this way. Nothing at all.

Nous avons été surclassés dans une très grande chambre, la literie était très confortable et le ménage était fait tous les jours. La dame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner est adorable, elle m’a même préparé un thé au gingembre quand j’ai été malade. Nous avons loué un scooter sur place pour pouvoir profiter des alentours car l’hôtel est excentré. La baignoire est très belle mais peu pratique pour se doucher

• Jennifer (10/5): Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, groß, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das Frühstück. Jeden Morgen gab es ein anderes warmes Gericht sowie frisches Obst, Brot, Marmelade, Kaffee, Saft und leckere Banana Pancakes. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen, wenn man in Hoi An ist! -
• Cora (10/5): - Accueil personnel et chaleureux dans cet hôtel familial, ils sont de bons conseils, nous avons pu avoir des places à tarif réduit pour le Memories Show, nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre plus grande au rez de chaussée au cours du séjour ce qui était très appréciable. L'hôtel est bien situé : il n'y a pas de bruit et pas trop loin de la vieille ville en vélo ou grab. Des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement et le petit déjeuner change tout les jours et est de qualité. Tout le monde était vraiment gentil et attentif dans l'hôtel, je recommande vivement.

Every day they made something else to choose and it always came with good coffee, fresh juice, fruits, banana pancake and home made jams. We really enjoyed our stay here and added an extra night. Уборка каждый день ( пополнялись ванные принадлежности каждый день). Кондиционер работал исправно, с водой в душе проблем не было ( напор хороший). Дают велосипеды на прокат ( без них там ни как, но есть и аренда Байков). Бассейн очень хорош, вода чистая хлоркой не пахнет. Отдых был великолепный. Всем кто в этом участвовал- спасибо. 👍

• Jolijn (10/5): Geweldig verblijf op een top locatie in Hoi An! - Geweldige plek om te slapen als je in Hoi an bent, verreweg de beste plek waar we hebben geslapen in heel Vietnam. De kamers zijn ontzettend ruim en echt prachtig, elke ochtend werd de kamer schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Daarnaast heb ik nog nooit zo veel gastvrijheid meegemaakt, je krijgt al een heerlijk drankje bij binnenkomst. Daarnaast is het ontbijt ook nog voortreffelijk en maken ze elke dag iets anders voor je klaar in meerdere gangen, zonder dat je het hoeft uit te kiezen. De gratis fietsen zijn ook helemaal top! Echt een geweldige plek!

• Samara (10/5): Encanto, comodidad y hospitalidad de diez - Nos alojamos en Hoi An Rustic Villa y fue, sin duda, uno de los mejores alojamientos de todo nuestro viaje por Vietnam. Las habitaciones son amplias muy bonitas y cuidadas al detalle. Podemos asegurar que ha sido sin duda la mejor en la que nos hemos alojado durante todo el viaje. Todo estaba impecable. La familia que lo gestiona es encantadora, siempre pendientes de ayudarte en todo momento y consiguen que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. El desayuno está buenísimo y además es muy personalizado, en todo momento te preguntan qué te apetece comer y lo preparan al momento. La piscina es muy agradable, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de visitas. Además, el hotel ofrece bicicletas gratuitas, lo cual es ideal porque está situado entre el pueblo y la playa y en pocos minutos puedes llegar a cualquier sitio. En general, es un lugar muy tranquilo, acogedor y perfecto para descansar. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos sin pensarlo.

The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to easily reach the beach and the old town. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a charming rustic style that really fits the name. The bed was super comfortable, and everything felt well thought out, from the décor to the little amenities provided. One of the highlights was the pool area – perfect for cooling off after a day exploring Hoi An. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, Rustic Villa Hoi An offers incredible value for money, combining comfort, great service, and a lovely setting. I’d definitely stay here again!

Рядом есть аптека, магазины и рынок с фруктами. Но главное, это доброжелательное отношение и участие со стороны хозяев. Большое вам спасибо за наш отдых! Нет такого.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome — always smiling, warm, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. They went out of their way to arrange a scooter for us, offered complimentary bicycles, and even surprised us with a room upgrade, which made our stay feel extra special. The rooms themselves were absolutely stunning — thoughtfully designed, aesthetically rich, and the kind of space you just don’t want to leave. Every corner felt curated with care and taste. And the breakfast — truly a highlight. Fresh, delicious, and generous, it was the perfect way to start each day. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right — hospitality, comfort, and beauty — but Hoi A Rustic Villa absolutely does. Would go back in a heartbeat. We had a little trouble with the AC remote - but that’s totally fine. We managed. The location is a little far from the town - but we didn’t mind at all.

Large, clean room; very friendly and helpful staff; delicious breakfasts; handy location between the city and beach; lovely pool; good value and to repeat myself, wonderful staff. There really was nothing. Initially we wondered whether we'd have preferred somewhere closer to the city, but on balance we found the location to be great. It was relatively quiet, only a AUD 2-3 Grab ride to the old town, and a beautiful ride through the rice fields to the beach on the complimentary bikes.

• Malcolm (10/5): We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Thuy and Xuan for all their help and for the daily chats ,continual smiles - The property was ideally located between the Old Town and An Bang beach. The property is immaculate throughout and a welcoming oasis. Our room was simply beautiful with high ceilings, traditional decor and had a balcony overlooking the pool which we sat at most evenings in the setting sun. We thoroughly enjoyed using Rustic Villa’s free bikes which allowed us to cycle to the old town or the beach in approximately 17 leisurely minutes. Also the rice fields were within 200 metres and we cycled the many quiet lanes enjoying the peace and quiet and the insight into local Vietnamese life. My wife really enjoyed the pool which she used every evening after walking or cycling in the area . What we really appreciated was the warmth and support offered by Thuy and Xuan ( sisters) who worked tirelessly to help all the guests. From the freshly cooked breakfasts to saving money on transport or giving good advice, they were simply invaluable We had no issues whatsoever with the property

• CHRISTOS (10/5): - Our time in rustic Villa was more than perfect. The room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities needed and also with very nice minimal but esthetic decorative details. Every day we had new fresh sheets and the room was being cleaned whenever we wanted to without any requirement to leave at a specific time. The whole accommodation is run by a lovely family which was extremely polite helpful with good english and very welcoming, they gave us everything before asking. Breakfast is great and handmade when you ask for it. If you really want a really nice place to relax during visiting Hoi An then avoid the noisy center and book with them instead! Everything was perfect!!

• Trudie (9/5): Heerlijk plek!! - De locatie is tussen de drukke stad en het platteland/strand, beide kanten op ben je in 15 minuten fietsen. Iedere dag een lekker ontbijtje, steeds wat anders. De kamers zijn ruim en fijne bedden. Wij hadden wat gedoe met de airco maar daar is naar gekeken. Twee zussen runnen deze homestay. Allebei heel vriendelijk en lief, ze letten goed op of je het naar je zin hebt of dat ze nog iets extra kunnen doen voor je. Er zijn ook fietsen beschikbaar zodat je lekker op pad kunt. Niets

• Andreas (10/5): Perfekt! - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Am ersten Tag hat uns die Gastgeberin Geld geliehen und uns beim Einkauf von Moskitospray geholfen. Das Frühstück wurde täglich frisch und individuell mit viel Liebe für uns zubereitet. Mit den Fahrrädern der Unterkunft waren die Strände der Umgebung, die Altstadt von Hoi An und Coconut Village sehr gut erreichbar. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ruhig.

• Samira (10/5): Ich würde immer wieder zurück kommen, perfekter Aufenthalt!😚👍🏼 - Die Gastgeber waren soo süß, hilfsbereit und super gastfreundlich. Ich habe mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war super in der Nähe von der Stadt, aber trotzdem etwas ruhiger in der Nähe der Reisfelder. Man konnte kostenlos Fahrräder leihen. Zimmer auch super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet! Alles war perfekt!

• Mariek (10/5): Een gastvrij familieverblijf met schone kamers, een top locatie en uitzonderlijk behulpzame service. - De accommodatie wordt gerund door een familie die echt het verschil maakt. Ze zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. De gastvrijheid is oprecht en hartelijk. De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel, en het bed slaapt heerlijk. Daarnaast is de locatie ideaal. Een groot pluspunt is dat je gratis fietsen kunt gebruiken om naar de old town te gaan. Wat voor ons extra bijzonder was: we gingen een dag naar Cham Island en mochten, ondanks dat we al uitgecheckt waren, onze bagage nog achterlaten én de fietsen blijven gebruiken. Dat soort service kom je niet vaak tegen. Heel erg bedankt voor dit fijne en zorgeloze verblijf. Absoluut een aanrader! Nvt

Vous avez des vélos en libre service ce qui est pratique pour se balader. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés (le système d’eau est un peu capricieux) Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon !

• Kelly (10/5): Goed en verzorgd verblijf om in Hoi An te genieten en de plek te verkennen! - Rustic Villa is perfect gelegen net buiten het centrum va Hoi An en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt! We werden ontvangen door hele lieve en zorgzame mensen die ons goed konden informeren en wegwijs gemaakt hebben in de omgeving. Ook werd er onwijs goed voor ons gezorgd met uitgebreide ontbijtjes, handdoeken voor het strand, fietsen en taxi services! -

• Kristina (10/5): - Es war unser bestes Frühstück in ganz Vietnam. Die Lage war super, mit den gratis Rädern kam man überall hin. Es war sauber und das Zimmer sehr gross. Wir würden wieder hier buchen!

• Friederike (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung! - Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier und haben unsere Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind schön, groß und komfortabel. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Die Inhaberfamilie kümmert sich aufmerksam und liebevoll um ihre Gäste und steht einem stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es gibt ein täglich wechselndes, hausgemachtes, ausgewogenes Frühstück, das jedes mal sehr lecker geschmeckt hat! Wir wurden gleich bei Anreise gefragt, ob wir irgendetwas nicht essen und das Frühstück wurde entsprechend angepasst. Wir wollten in Hoi An gerne mit einem Scooter fahren, den wir direkt über die Unterkunft mieten konnten. Als wir bei Abreise ein Grab nach Da Nang bestellen wollten, wurde uns ebenfalls kurzerhand geholfen und ein Fahrer organisiert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der Villa, wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Frédéric FLONER (10/5): Une très belle rencontre avec des gens formidables. - Accueil parfait et très belle expérience avec des personnes formidables et au grand cœur. Une attention particulière pour l’anniversaire de ma compagne ainsi qu’un petit déjeuner à emporter pour l’aéroport. Un séjour vraiment mémorable, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
• Michael (10/5): Nice Hotel, empfehlenswert - Ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel, wo Freundlichkeit groß geschrieben wird. Jeden Tag wurde uns zum Frühstück eine Köstlichkeit zubereitet, frische Säfte, Obst, Bananenpancakes und Baguette mit selbst gemachter Marmelade. Handtuchwechsel und Zimmerreinigung täglich. Kleiner Pool und Koi Teich. Sie waren stets für einen da, mit Tips und Anregungen. Bei diesem Preis,-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es rein gar nichts zu beanstanden.
• Dilan (9/5): Geweldig - Ontzettend gastvrije en behulpzame mensen die voor je klaarstaan. De kamers zijn ruim en worden binnen no-time schoongemaakt. Ze hebben mij zelfs vier uur eerder laten inchecken. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend ook fantastisch. De chef is een schat van een vrouw. Niks.
• Melvin (10/5): Super verblijf! - Super lieve eigenaren/personeel, heerlijk ontbijt elke dag, een fijne grote kamer en prima zwembad voor een beetje verkoeling. Een extra shout out naar de opa des huizes, die ons naar onze kamer wees nadat wij pas om half twaalf arriveerden, wat een fantastische lieve man is dat! Niks!

• Marijn (10/5): Fantastische accommodatie - De accommodatie was fantastisch. Wij kwamen laat aan en werden, ondanks het late tijdstip, super fijn ontvangen. De kamer was heerlijk. Ook het ontbijt was super lekker en met veel zorg bereid. De eigenaren van de villa zijn heel erg behulpzaam en wij hebben leuke trips geboekt met hun hulp. Wij raden deze accommodatie heel erg aan! -
• Sara (10/5): Simplesmente perfeita - Tudo! Tudo simplesmente perfeito. Quarto enorme e super bem decorado, confortável, duche muito bom, lençóis suaves. O nosso quarto tinha varanda e ao pé da entrada um sofá para relaxar. O pequeno almoço foi ótimo, todos os dias tínhamos comida diferente para experimentar. O staff foi simplesmente maravilhoso, todos super simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar 🙏🏼 amámos a nossa estadia. Ficámos 3 noites e se pudéssemos tínhamos ficado uma semana inteira 🤩 Nada!
