Verified traveler (6/5): ACHTUNG - Leider war mir im Vorwege nicht bekannt das es Touristen NICHT erlaubt es sich dort aufzuhalten. Der Besitzer sollte dies wissen. Es steht ausdrücklich ein WARNSCHILD im Eingangsbereich der davor warnt. Ich war sehr erschrocken darüber und wurde von anderen Besitzer davor gewarnt mich dort aufzuhalten. Es sei illegal und wird von der thailändischen Polizei bestraft wenn man dort erwischt wird. Ich wollte den Besitzer darauf ansprechen aber leider hat der sich nach meiner Ankunft nie wieder gemeldet oder sehen lassen. Ein check out fand nicht statt und versprochene Leistungen wurden nicht erfüllt.Ich habe mich dadurch dort sehr unwohl gefühlt und konnte den Aufenthalt nicht so richtig genießen. Zum Glück hatte ich keine Probleme wegen dem Visum bei der Ausreise.LG

Janne (8/5): Asiallinen ja hyvä - Kaikinpuolin siisti ja uusi hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja hotellia vartioidaan hyvin. Viime cuotisen yöpymiseni jälkeen oli hotellin yhteyteen tullut kauppa. Vettä voi hakea aitomaatista 100 m päästä. Uima-allas alue hyvä, mutta aurinko paistaa altaalle päivän aikana hiukan rajallisesti. Minulle huoneen luovuttanut ja vastaanottanut kaveri oli fiksu ja mukava. Puhuu englantia.

James (10/5): Highly recommended - Very nice place to stay when in the Jomtien area. Bear in mind these are unsold Condo units, so there is no daily housekeeping service. There is an on site drop off laundry, car and motorbike rental directly across the street. Nice pool area with a wave pool, workout room and low traffic street if you want to go for a jog. The room comes with a small stove, microwave, hot water pot and refrigerator. In walking distance to a 7/11, Jomtien Beach and Soi Rompho beer bar complex; a nice, safe "hassle free" place to go for a few drinks and to experience the local street food.
Unhappy travell (2/5): It's not a hotel. There's no reception to check in - Wotifs' email stated 'hotel'. 'confirmed'. Check in after 2pm,before 12. Upon arrival, I discovered; It's not a hotel. There's no reception. No. Means of checking in. It's a private apartment. Wotif didn't bother giving me any means of contacting the owner. After 1 hour of searching, calling, I gave up. Walked to another hotel. Paid again. Wotif haven't yet apologised or refunded me. They are dishonourable
Joseph (10/5): Very high quality in every respect - This accommodation was fabulous though a bit tricky to find at first. The pool was amazing!

Eric (6/5): Hard to complain given price however... - This place was a great price so we hardly want to complain. We were disappointed to find out our pool view room actually meant ground floor pool access room so not any where near as private as we would have liked. No view other than the pool and the gym directly across from the unit. Pool is nice though. Slide fun but this also means you will have lots of activity right on your door step. The unit is basic and sparsley decorated. We were given 2 bath towels and no pool or hand towels for our stay of 5 days without cleaning service. We were advised extra could be provided if needed but we made due. We had a leak in the kitchen sink which we were able to fix ourselves. The manager was helpful and offered to have maintenance come take a look but this was not something we wanted to deal with on vacation. The building is new but seems to be suffering from construction issues. There was repair work happening during our stay. Not too inconvenient but the one pool was being closed as we left. Would have been nice if laundry facilities were available in the complex but there are coin operated machines just a 5 minute walk away. This area is not too far from the beach but not close either. It is about a 15 minute walk across a busy road and through a stinky garbage ladden neighborhood. Not overly pleasant. You do have access to bars, restarants and markets about 10 min away on the main road. All in all, we think this place was a bargain but expect basic.

Giles (8/5): Good for Facilities - The place is in a good location in Jomtien - close to a local market some good restaurants - made in italy is recommended. The facilities are good and the room is nice.
Manfred (8/5): Complete apartment in condominium building - This is a condominium building, not a hotel. So no restaurant, no front desk. You have to call the property manager and he will meet you there. Took us to the room, explained everything. It was an almost new room with comfy bed, sofa, balcony, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Everything you would have in your own 20m2 apartment. The property consists of 3 buildings with 2 pools inbetween, nicely done and good to relax or stay for a week. Both the beach and Pattaya are a short drive away, having your own transportation is highly recommended.
C.H (4/5): - ไม่ได้เข้าพัก เนื่องจากไฟฟ้าดับ พอไปถึงประมาณบ่ายโมง ได้ทราบจาก รปภ. ว่าไฟดับตั้งแต่ 9 โมง และกว่าจะใช้ได้อีกประมาณ 17.00 น. ซึ่งคงไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ และลิฟท์ก็ใช้ไม่ได้ เพราะห้องที่จองอยู่ชั้น 7 จึงไม่สะดวกที่จะเข้าพัก เลยต้องขอยกเลิก แต่ก็ได้รับการประสานงานจากเจ้าหน้าเอ็กซืพีเดีย ที่ประสานกับทางลูกค้าได้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยยอมยกเลิกคืนเงินให้ หลังจากนั้นก็ต้องเสียเวลาที่ต้องหาห้องพักใหม่ จนมาค้นในเวปเอ็กซ์พีเดียอีกครี้ง และทำการจองไปที่ คลับเฮ้าส์ พัทยา แต่มาทราบทีหลังว่าต้องเสียค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม(และสูงกว่าที่ลงรายละเอียดไว้) ซึ่งราคาพอๆกับห้องพัก (เสียความรู้สึกมากๆ) จึงทำการแจ้งทางเอ็กซ์พีเดียให้ยกเลิกอีกครั้ง ซึ่งตอนแรกจากที่มีการประสานกับเจ้าของห้อง จะไม่คืนค่าจองให้ แต่ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ของเอ็กซ์พีเดียก็พยามยามช่วยเจรจาจนเจ้าของยอมคืนค่าจองให้ สุดท้ายแล้วต้องตีรถกลับกรุงเทพฯ เพราะหาห้องพักไม่ได้ ประกอบกับฝนใกล้ตก และเย็นมากแล้ว (คงเข็ดไปอีกนานเลย)
