Guest Reviews
- Richard (10/5): Fantastic hotel, wonderful rooms, amazing staff! - I cannot begin to say what an unforgettable experience it was to stay at the Riad Kheirredine. From the moment we arrived the staff and Elena were welcoming, always helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful and clearly meticulously looked after, the rooms are gorgeous and really well appointed and much larger than usual European standards, the services are better than any other hotel I have ever stayed at, and in short they amazed at every opportunity. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly, even though I really don’t want anyone else to find out about it! Nothing!
- Daniel (10/5): Perfekt. Hospitality durchgespielt. Punkt.
- Leigh (10/5): Gorgeous romantic Riad in quiet area of Medina yet close to Souks. EXcellent staff! - Traditional Moroccan breakfast with variety each day. All homemade breads, jams. Dinner offered traditional tajines and international fare. Outstanding service, staff and chef. Romantic setting

- Tatyana (8/5): -
- Kristo (10/5): - Meiega tegeleti personaalselt algusest peale. Aidati iga küsimusega.
- Paula (10/5): A beautiful Riad with the most exceptional staff. - We loved everything!
The room/suite was exceptionally clean as were all the communal areas. Towels, toilet rolls, mini bar etc were topped up daily and we also had pastries and fruit every day. The night staff were more than happy to light the fire in the bedroom, total decadence. (We travelled from England during January, day temperatures were warm enough for long sleeved summer attire, the evenings were chilly so needed a jacket, and a fire in the bedroom!)
The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the service, like everywhere in the Riad, was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We have a food allergy which was catered for with no fuss whatsoever and every server was aware before we ordered. Very reassuring.
The Riad is off the main streets and there are more locals than tourists in the immediate area. You will share the narrow, cobbled alleyways with many a moped and there are no pavements, all part of the adventure. The hotel staff will meet you at the taxi drop off point or further afield to escort you back to the Riad. We managed to find our own way after a few trips out.
The Riad give you a mobile phone for use during your stay. We used it to arrange to be met or to book taxis etc. whilst out exploring. This is such a fantastic idea!
All of the staff were excellent and always smiling. A special mention must go to Fadwa, she greeted us and showed us around on our arrival, made suggestions and booked everything for us - walking tours, restaurant reservations etc. She looked after us so very well and was always smiling and vibrant, an absolute gem. Absolutely nothing, it is perfect.
- Quentin (10/5): - Everything was amazing! Nothing
- Sinan (10/5): Royal Marrakech Experience - What an amazing service, we where mind blown.
you have alot of hotels where you feel like family. But here it was even better. We felt like royalties.
They pay attention on the smallest details. They clean your room and resupply daily.
They wash your clothes, iron it for you, they assist in anything they can.
Daily new fresh cookies, fruitbowls anywhere.
Very lux and traditional design.
I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Good breakfast. Unfortunately we did not eat dinner there and did not use the spa, so cant comment on that.
- Yash (10/5): - One of the best stays!
- Yash (10/5): Exceptional stay, possibly one of the best ever! - The staff were amazing and very considerate, the services offered were above and beyond. Special mention to Elena, Mohammed, Yassine, Fatima, Ayoub
- Abraham (10/5): The most hospitable stay that we have ever had! - It’s like a perfect oasis of calmness, culture and wonderful hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much of an ask. From the bedroom to the spa, to the rooftop, everything was perfect. We loved the fresh orange juice wherever and whenever we wanted. They catered very well for our dietary requirements, and would remember that one of couldn’t eat gluten, repairing options for us accordingly. Nothing!
- Khalil (10/5): Feel like Royalty - From the pick up to the departure, every day was an experience of feeling like royalty, being treated like a king, being served the most delicious breakfast to refreshing drinks on the pool to authentic Moroccan cuisine in the restaurants and lovely Italien dishes a la carte. The owners are Italien and the riad shines with wonderful details all through the property. Most importantly the personnel really makes you feel like you live in a castle. Amazing, responsive, friendly, welcoming and they really went over and above to accommodate our wishes. They even got me a reservation at La Trattoria with a few days advance notice which is like impossible because the place is books for weeks out. Thank you is not enough. Looking forward to next time Inshallah
- Tolu (10/5): Fantastic - Food was excellent but service was exceptional. Everyone had a smile ready for you a d tried their best to help with requests. NA
- Kathleen (10/5): Fantastic experience - Very friendly . Staff couldn’t do enough for us both. Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Marakech. Couldn’t fault the riad
- Scott (10/5): Hidden in among the tiny streets of Marrakech is this absolute gem. Best place we have stayed in many MANY years. - This is a great property and amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble and we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice touches throughout - mobiles provided for each room to help getting around the city, free laundry and coffees during the day. Many thanks to Fatima and the entire team. There is nothing not to like at this Riad.
- Monique (10/5): -
- Antonio (10/5): Memorable and stunning - From the moment you arrive they make you feel welcome! The staff is very helpful and nice, what made our experience unique was how they supported us to visit everything we had in our itinerary. They will give you a phone that you get to keep with you while you visit with solid internet service, so worry-not about getting lost in the Medina or getting from place to place, they will walk you to and from the hotel if you get lost or need the escort - they will call taxis for you too, at 60 diram per trip, which is pretty reasonable. We visited other hotels for dinners and spa treatments including the royal Mansour and La sultana. Personally, our hotel felt a lot more beautiful, with its three pools, friendly staff, and stunning views from the terrace - It is the perfect balance between opulence and beauty. I would not recommend any other hotel but Riad Kheirredine for Marrakesh, even if you are ready to spend more for luxury and comfort!
- Junaid (10/5): Absolutely Phenomenal - The place was absolutely divine. Five star Riad at a very reasonable price. We were constantly catered to by the staff. Need laundry done? Done, free of charge. Need clothes ironed, done within hours free of charge. Need help getting in and out of the Riad - personal escorts you can call any time of the day! Coffee and Tea on demand, staff waiting to make your comfortable stay even more comfortable. I cannot say enough good things. We had an early morning flight, so we left the Riad at 3 am - 2 security personnel walked us to our awaiting shuttle that was a 10 minute walk. There was no time where I felt unsafe in the city or in the Riad. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant for dinner, but if there were more traditional offerings it would've been nice.
- Petrina (3/5): Expensive - Long way from drop off point, very expensive
- Farnaz (10/5): very happy with our experience would happily go back! - The entire team was incredibly attentive, warm, and hospitable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. Each morning we were greeted with smiles and the most delicious breakfasts—it truly felt like a five-star experience throughout our stay.
The staff went above and beyond: they steamed and washed my clothes, personally walked us from the riad to the market to show us around, and were always available whenever we had questions or needed guidance (especially when we inevitably got a bit lost). They also helped us book restaurants and thoughtfully plan our itinerary.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.
- Pamela (10/5): -
- Jack (10/5): The best Riad in Africa. - Riad Kheirredine is a class above the rest. exceptional hospitality and service from all of the staff. Amazing quality of food, drinks, rooms & hotel grounds. What an unbelievable stay in Morocco. Hammam is a must! Nothing.
- Diana (10/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): Perfect choice for a romantic getaway - The most beautiful riad with incredibly attentive staff Nothing
- Conan (10/5): -
- Nathalie (8/5): service impeccable . personnel parfait -
- Nathalie (10/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Comfortable luxury - Great level of service, really liked the hotel mobile phone and meet up/escorting service for within the medina. All staff very attentive and extremely friendly & helpful.
Wonderful dining spaces inside and out, great roof terrace and cocktail bar. Wonderful spa & treatments.
- Julia (10/5): - I traveled to Marrakesh as a solo female traveler and after a rough travel experience and missing lounge. The front desk went above and beyond. They called airports on my behalf and ensured my luggage would be at the Marrakesh airport ASAP. They arranged staff to walk me and pick me up from meet up points to ensure I never felt unsafe. They had my laundry washed daily because I arrived with two outfits. The riad is gorgeous but the service was incredible. I’ve heard the hospitality in Morocco is amazing, but I was blown away. I highly recommend this riad.
- Anna (10/5): I love this place. Worth the $ everyone was so accommodating and welcoming.. - Everything… None
- Kimber (10/5): - Beautiful special riad ! Everything was incredible
- Mathieu (10/5): -
- Zabun (10/5): Perfect - The staff were very attentive. Even when you wanted to take a taxi, a staff member would accompany you all the way to the taxi. There were constant offerings of fruit, coffee, and tea. They made us feel at home. The rooms were clean. The hotel’s atmosphere was perfect. If I come again, I will definitely choose this place.
- Paul (10/5): I loved every minute of my stay in this exceptional riad offering true Moroccan luxury. - From the moment we arrived, the Riad Kheirredine delivered an unforgettable Moroccan experience. The setting is pure luxury, yet with an authentic charm that makes you feel completely immersed in Marrakech.
Breakfasts on the terrace were exceptional — fresh fruit, local pastries, and traditional dishes prepared with care, easily the best way to start each day. Dinner in the riad was just as memorable: refined Moroccan cuisine, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
The roof garden, with its pool and panoramic views of the medina, is a private oasis — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the souks. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated in traditional style, and spotlessly maintained.
The service deserves special mention: attentive, discreet, and genuinely warm. Every detail was thought of, from arranging excursions to ensuring comfort during meals and spa treatments.
The Hammam and massage were another highlight — a deeply relaxing, authentic ritual that completed the experience of staying here.
The Riad Kheirredine combines five-star luxury with Moroccan hospitality at its finest. A stay here is more than accommodation; it’s a cultural and sensory journey. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the very best of Marrakech. I will be returning..... Nothing.
- Kara (10/5): Upscale, modern Moroccan oasis!!! - I cannot say enough good things about this oasis in the middle of Marrakech! The service was absolutely impeccable and made our stay feel safe and catered to no matter where we were on the property or even in the city. The overall aesthetic of this Riad was upscale, modern Moroccan! Absolutely loved it, and would love to have the designer completely redo my home! The various pools located around the property provided space for rest and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the streets just a step outside. The breakfast they served was an experience in and of itself. The only downside in my experience was that my room was technically the fourth floor because it was a multilevel room, and there are no lifts, and although the staff took care of the luggage, it was a bit of a climb just to get to the bedroom, especially after a long day of walking around the city!
- Angiolina (10/5): Perfect tranquil stay in Marrakech - Amazing magical place in the heart of the Medina. Beautiful property with multiple pools. Incredibly warm and friendly and helpful staff. Loved it
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Paul (10/5): Fabulous from top to bottom - Riad Kheirredine is stunning, beautifully designed, elegantly decorated, with superb food and exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty.
Our flight was late on the first night so we dined at the riad, and it turned out to be one of the best meals of the trip. The dining room, with its vaulted ceiling and palm-filled courtyard, set the tone: delicious food in beautiful surroundings. Breakfasts were equally impressive; fresh fruit, homemade jams and honey, crepes, Moroccan pancakes, eggs any way you like, cold cuts, coffee, juices and heavenly pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, danish, all freshly baked). I don’t usually eat much in the morning, but here I ate like a king every day. Snacks by the pool and light lunches were excellent too, and you could eat anywhere you fancied; rooftop, courtyards, or room. The property is set around four riads, full of hidden corners for eating, lounging or sunning yourself. It feels authentic without being a pastiche, elegant but understated. We stayed in the Patchouli Room; spacious, high-ceilinged, with carved plasterwork, a giant divan in the moucharaby overlooking a courtyard, and the most comfortable bed imaginable.
As wonderful as the riad is, it’s the staff who really make it unforgettable. Warm, attentive, never intrusive; nothing was ever too much trouble. From front of house to housekeeping and kitchen, everyone was a joy. They are a credit. Special mention to Elena at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and great fun too.
I’m a little torn writing this, because while I want to recommend Riad Kheirredine wholeheartedly, part of me wants to keep it a secret so there’s still space when we return… which we absolutely will, very soon. There was nothing I didn’t like, but people should be aware that the location in the medina naturally means finding your way through a maze of tiny alleys and dead ends. We’ve been to Marrakech before so we knew what to expect, but for first-timers it can be a bit of a shock. That said, it’s very safe to walk around the medina at any time of day. The hotel provides maps and even a mobile phone so you can call staff to come meet you if you’re lost (and you will get lost!) or feeling unsure. Give it a couple of days and you’ll find your bearings; getting a little lost is part of the charm. As with most riads in the medina, it’s not really suitable for those with mobility issues.
- Salim (10/5): -
- Louis (10/5): - The entire staff was welcoming and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
- Jules (10/5): - Delicious, great service.
Rien
- Bakary (10/5): -
- Przemysław (10/5): Najlepszy Riad w mieście - Niesamowite miejsce, niezwykle czyste, przepiękne wnętrza, doskonałe kosmetyki w łazience, pokój sprzątany dwa razy dzienie, pomocny personel, kilka minut spacerem do zabytków miasta, obsługa pomoże Ci zorganizować dojazd i transfer po wymeldowaniu.
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): We stayed here for our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty. Incredible value for money. - Outstanding detail in the decor- an oasis among the chaos of Marrakesh. You could literally small it from the street! Gorgeous!
The service was very attentive, staff at every corner and they offer complimentary water, coffees and juices throughout the day. Room service menus incredible value for money, and they washed all our clothes for free ready for the next phase of our trip.
We had a full spa treatment with scrub and then massage. Again, fantastic. The spa was reserved for us alone which meant we could enjoy the facilities in a private way.
- reem (10/5): - Amazing property, amazing staff, amazing location. This was truly a five star experience!!!! I cannot say enough good things. My favorite hotel of all time.
They anticipate your needs. The second you think you might need something they have it ready for you,
- Jose (10/5): A fantastic stay - 718 / 5,000
Our stay at Riad Kheirredine was excellent. We particularly appreciated the friendliness and willingness to help of all the staff. We really enjoyed our room—Suite Impériale—and the riad's facilities, particularly the restaurant, which is quite good, and the various patios and terraces. A very helpful aspect is that on their first day, guests receive a cell phone that they can use to contact the riad if they get lost in the city, need something, or simply navigate the streets of Marrakesh. Another helpful aspect is that the riad has specific meeting points in the city where we can find staff members who guide us through the narrow streets to the hotel. The riad is a bit far from the city center. You can walk there, which is nice, but it takes about 20-30 minutes through the narrow streets of the medina, where it's very easy to get lost. However, it's easy to order a tuk-tuk or taxi, which will cost you around €7 to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.
- Khalid (10/5): One of our best ever hotel experiences! - Amazing staff really make this the best hotel experience. The setting is beautiful and the hotel itself is a wonderful oasis of calm in amongst the bustle of the old walled city of marrakech.
- Jakob (10/5): -
- Natalie (10/5): WOW. - SPECTACULAR SERVICE. The hotel provides a walking guide from the taxi stand to the hotel and back at all hours of the day as it would be impossible to find. Feels a bit sketchy if you’re not used to the area (trash, beggars, motorcycles constantly on narrow paths), but when you step inside it is spectacular. Free laundry service every day. Rooftop breakfast lunch and dinner. Multiple pools. Turndown service (even close the drapes). They give you a local cell phone to walk the city with just incase your nav or cell doesn’t work. Spectacular attention to everyone’s needs. Absolutely authentic Morrocab charming Riad. Beautiful without feeling too Bougie. Authentic, attentive. A bit of a maze but there’s always someone to help you. Might be my favorite hotel ever and I stay 100 days a year in hotels. My colleague stayed at the Nobu. I stayed here. So happy I did.
- Rob (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (10/5): First class hotel and service - Staff and service exceptional - Rooms were large and very clean.
Breakfast was excellent as well.
Spa amazing Location in the Souk was a little difficult to find but they met you in a set location and also gave you a hotel phone to contact them
- Milena (10/5): A truly magical experience - It was magically decorated as I imagined a dreamy Moroccan Riad
The pools and all those beautiful plants. A real oasis! Maybe a little far from the Souk but the staff always made sure to accompany you and keep you safe.
- Ahmed (10/5): I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. - Absolutely everything. The attention to detail at Riad Kheirredine is impeccable and it means every single aspect of your stay is considered and only the best is on offer. Everything from your room, to the hospitality of staff, to the breakfast and even the restaurant. Nothing was lacklustre or mediocre. Everything was done to the highest standards and let me also say, you get MORE than you pay for with Riad Kheirredine.
- Andreas (10/5): Wonderful Riad excellent staff and service just superb - Superb
- Jamie (10/5): Amazing cool boutique hotel - Amazing hotel and the staff could not help you any more. They truly care, food was a lot better at the hotel than most restaurants we tried including NOBU and Epicurrien Not much I would stay again - The staff make it what it is
Hamman bath service could be abit better but that’s it
- Haren (9/5): A beautiful Riad with great staffing and service. - Rooms are all very different and interesting finishings. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items. Their fresh orange juice is actually the best I have ever tasted. Their food overall is delicious. Their staff are all simply excellent and are very helpful with all requests. They even give you a hotel phone to use to call/message them for any assistance and to arrange car pick up from where ever you are in town Initially, the 5 minute walk from the taxi drop off to get to the Riad but then you get used to it and actually nice to do after dinner out. Possibly no TV in the room but then again did not really miss it.
- Zaneta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marc (10/5): - Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and dining
We had a nice stay and will stay again if we visit Marrakech again
- Glen (10/5): Have returned and will return again. This is our favourite place in Marrakesh. The staff are amazing and make your stay - Customer service and beautiful riad Nothing
- Sudina (10/5): - The property is so beautiful. The staff are the best! We had a wonderful time & highly recommend Riad Kheirredine.
- Andrew (10/5): A great stay at a superb property. - The property is well located in the middle of the old city. The breakfast (which is included in the price), was excellent and plentiful.
Above all, all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. It was all very good!
- Altay (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay - It can’t be better for the travelers. I haven’t seen that level of customer service so far. They have absolutely amazing team. You may feel little uncomfortable on the way of the hotel while you’re walking on the narrow and deserted streets at night. But they have a solution for that problem. One of their team members can escort to you.
- Joanne (10/5): Best Riad in Marrakech - Best riad in Marrakech. 20 rooms; 4 Riad’s joined together (so to be 5) with plush spaces for lounging, multiple bars, expansive rooftop for lap pool, dining, lounging. Truly 5 start service.
- Ishaan (9/5): Great Riad - Great facilities. Many cosy areas spread around the riad to relax in. Staff friendly and took care of you. Lots of little perks like free laundry and tea/coffee/lemonade all day. Bit of a walk to the main sights in the Medina
- Rogier (10/5): Magical - Staff so helpful and sweet A small light in the shower was all I was missing haha
- Maria (8/5): Amazing facilities and staff - Amazing facilities
Outstanding staff
Nice restaurant and food
Great rooftop Location, is impossible to reach by car. I wouldn’t recommend go by walk alone. Is paramount to reach the staff to meet you and guide you to the Riad.
- Erica (9/5): Beautiful and comfortable stay in the heart of Marrakesh - Beautiful stay here, we loved it and will be back! Very kind staff who made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommended!
- Arpine (10/5): - We had a lovely stay, so nice to be close to the heart of the Medina and have such a caring staff. We were escorted to and from whenever we needed, the room was large and very comfortable and the food was tasty.
- Roberto (10/5): Best Riad in Morroco 100% Reccomended - Service was excellent, the riad is unbelievablly beatiful.
- Holly (10/5): An excellent place to stay when in Marrakesh. Brilliant value for money. - The staff were AMAZING. Nothing was too much trouble, they were super helpful and made our stay wonderful! The property itself was nice as well. Large rooms, lovely atriums and plenty of space for all the guests to hang out. A super peaceful and relaxing stay!
- Diver (10/5): - This is a gorgeous property that has an incredible staff.
The facilities were excellent, clean, modern and well maintained. All of the staff from the front office to the main bar to the restaurant left us with wonderful memories.
If there was any negative, we felt that, although this boutique Hotel was inside the Medina, we still had to do a fair amount of walking to get to transportation. That being said, we were given escorts every time we had to go somewhere-no matter the time of day or night.
If we come back to Marrakech, we would absolutely stay here again
- Ian (10/5): - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were all so polite and went above and beyond to organize tours , book restaurants and made our stay so comfortable .
- Mark (10/5): - Well, this place is truly excellent. It is a beautiful Riad that has been renovated to an extremely high standard situated in the Medina. You can book airport transfers, tours etc through the Riad directly and they are of a good standard and reasonably priced. All of the staff, without exception, are customer service orientated to an extremely high standard. From the cleaning staff to the management, all staff want you to have a great stay They simply cannot do enough for you. Our room was wonderful with a nice large comfortable bed. Free water is provided together with biscuits and fruit. Free Wi-Fi is good. All furnished in keeping with the Riad. The room is serviced in the morning and the evening. There is air conditioning/heating. There is no TV.
The food is of a high quality. The breakfast is included and is served with a good selection. The eggs are cooked to order.
The evening meal offers traditional dishes, an Italian menu and an international menu.
The food is once again of high quality.
The Riad is in the Medina and the alleyways can initially be overwhelming. The hotel provides an escorted service out of the Medina. They also give you a mobile phone which you can use for google maps but also to ring the hotel if you get lost, want a cab etc.
In summary I cannot praise this Riad enough. If you are staying in Marrakesh try and get booked in
- Ar (10/5): - Nice

- Laura (10/5): A little bit of heaven … amazing stay . - Airport transfer was perfect , Jana and reception team amazing , helped us settle in , gained lots of tips and advice and day out options even prior to arrival . We were given a mobile phone for the Rhiad should we go out and get lost / need anything .
The hotel is even more stunning in real life ! Room was beautiful and spotless , arrival Moroccan meal was fantastic , what really made our stay was the staff , so welcoming felt like one happy family , nothing a problem , service second to none . Every meal tastier than the last no need to eat elsewhere , Al carte Moroccan menu with a lovely Italian offer too .very reasonably priced . Did I mention the cocktails !! We had friends staying nearby join us for a meal and they made feel like quests too . It was a birthday surprise holiday , the bigger surprise was how amazing the Rhiad was . Definitely 5 star 🌟 Nothing all was just perfect !
- Shaine (10/5): relaxing riad for a weekend getaway - The staff are welcoming & attentive. They had roses and chocolates waiting for us in bed when we arrived since it was Valentine weekend. Hotel staff pick us up in the taxi drop off 2 min walk away from the riad and carry our bags for us. The bedroom is beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept on. The room diffuser and toiletries smell so good. Hammam & massage were relaxing! the riad interior is stylish and cozy. We can spend the whole day in this riad. it's peaceful, private, and calm. none
- Bellaluna12 (10/5): Perhaps the best Riad experience in Marrakesh. - Above all services, beautiful Riad, heated pool, comfort room. Nothing
- Claire (10/5): Dreamy rooms, fabulous service and delicious food. - Beautiful decor. The room was delightful. Lots of lovely places to hang out with staff ready to bring drinks. The staff took such good care, providing a phone for us to call them if we got lost in the Medina and walking us to key locations. And the food in the restaurant was delicious. Nothing.
- David (10/5): A little paradise in the heart of the medina. - Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic internal courtyards and a rooftop terrace with incredibly attentive staff to meet your every need. Minor point but didn’t like low chairs and tables in restaurant
- Judith (10/5): - Loved the terrace, and quiet places to relax. The bedroom was lovely. The staff were truly amazing, so helpful always smiling, nothing too much trouble. Going back asap!
- Jill (10/5): Our stay was a fantastic cultural experience. - The Riad is absolutely delightful with beautiful decor, delicious food and the most amazing friendly staff.
- Yassaman (10/5): - The hotel is very beautiful and the staff and service is amazing. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and make you happy. The hotel is located in the old Medina so area around the hotel is residential neighborhood that’s run down but it is part of the charm of staying in this section of town.
- Hussein (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jolene (10/5): A magical stay in a beautiful riad with 5 star service - Riad Kheirredine is a beautiful place to stay, an oasis of calm and tranquility with 5 star service. We got upgraded when we arrived, the staff could not do enough for us, they were so attentive and helpful they even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my partner and put flowers on our bed. We loved our beautiful room, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the Riad was simply stunning. The staff even walked us to the medina to make sure we got there ok, & helped us with so many things, including the most incredible sun rise hot air balloon ride, truly wonderful people. Nothing, our stay was perfect in every way. 5 star service.
- Hannah (10/5): On day one, we were told ‘while you are here, this is your home’ and we truly felt this and we will return 🇲🇦 - Beautifully appointed Riad, conveniently and centrally located yet surprisingly very peaceful. The staff were hands down the loveliest I have ever encountered while travelling, from the warm welcome we received on arrival, to the spa staff (you MUST try the hammam and massage on your first day) and waiters. The restaurant is exceptional and every day we made sure we had cocktails or a beer on the roof terrace to watch the sun go down. The hotel kindly upgraded us on arrival, however we were given a suite over three floors which in hindsight we should have politely declined as I have some mobility issues and we had 39 steep steps to get up every time we returned to our room.
