Guest Reviews
- Cara (10/5): - Close to transport from the train station. Clean and spacious for a family of 4. Self catering possible with good array of cooking utensils.
- Rosalind (6/5): - The hotel only provides bath/shampoo and quality of shampoo is lousy.
The stairway looks eerie, and the lights in lift flashes.
Does not give a comfortable stay although location is fairly near to Old Town Square.
The building looks old.
- Raymond (10/5): - First night in Prague... very nice and spacious accommodations. Conveniently located to lots of different dining options and to the Astronomical Clock.
- Eric (10/5): - First class in all areas .. highly recommended
- Claude (10/5): - Most of the staff were pleasant!
Ver nice apartment, location was perfect!
- Alma May (4/5): - Location was good bur a little bit more on cleaning would do wonders
- Harry (10/5): - Excellent property for our stay, based close to the city centre. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
- Brenda (10/5): - Great stay for my family of 6. Beds were comfortable and location is unbeatable.
- Ash (2/5): - The listing shows onsite parking. This is untrue and essentially false advertising. You are required to use parking of a nearby hotel so not convenient or useful.
Also, I don’t understand why pets said to be acceptable but the charge is only advised when you check-in.
- Norm (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Apartment was good, suited all of our needs. Very comfortable, good amenities, convenient to many tourist attractions. Had a couple small issues come up that were immediately addressed by the gentleman at the front desk, which we appreciated. A couple things to note: the front has double doors, but only one door opens. Getting in was a little difficult. Also, there is an elevator, but it is very small and it travels between floors, meaning you still have to go up/down stairs to reach it.
- 707fayeg (6/5): Alright for a short visit - The apartment is in such good location, as it takes 20-30 minutes to walk to lesser town and old town.
The apartment itself was basic but clean. However, the bed was made of 2 singles that kept moving apart, there was only one flat pillow per person and the mattress was hard as rocks which made for some restless sleeping.
It’s a good stop gap or for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t spend longer here.
- Giuseppe (6/5): - We had a problem with heating and hot water
- Hannah (10/5): - Everything was perfect for a family of 5! Thank you
- Robert (10/5): Brilliant option for family stay - Book a two bedroom apartment for a family stay in prague and it was excellent ! Huge amount of space - two separate bedrooms, a lounge / kitchen area and two bathrooms were just great for my family
Located just 10 minute walk from Old Town meant easy access to all the sites. Hugely recommended.
- Ana Maria (8/5): - The apartment is beautiful, completely renewed and very comfortable. No problem with a later check-in, and to left baggage after check-out. Only an issue about wifi.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Weekend in Prague - Lovely big space with simple amenities for a weekend away. As other reviews have mentioned - the bed is quite uncomfortable and it would be good to be to have the option on another pillow! But the rooms are clean and a good temperature. We were on the 4th floor and had no issues with noise.
- rachaelm653 (10/5): Perfect for us - Emporio apartments was perfect for our 3 night stay in Prague. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was great too. We would definitely stay again, it was great value for money. Thank you.
- Y5747HRcarolc (10/5): Perfect - Fantastic value for money in a central location. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely.
Maids came I every day and emptied the bins and changed the towels.
Beds were very comfortable.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough it was a perfect place to rest after 2 busy days in a beautiful city
- Denise (6/5): - Check the bed for bedbugs.
- Aroshan (8/5): - Its a decent apartment-hotel, in a convenient location.
It can get noisy even on the third floor. There is a narrow alley or courtyard which seems to funnel noise and echos up. The beds are also rather uncomfortable.
- missj132 (2/5): SCAMMERS - So we booked a stay there for 7 days and when we arrived we were kinda shocked. Everything they promised wasn't there. We then were like sure lets see the positive side of it, but that wasnt possible the noise from other appartments was unbearable. We compared the room to pictures of what we booked and that was off already. So we went to look deeper and measured the entire area where they promised 33m2 but we only gotten 23m2.
We filed a complaint and they were just like u got what u paid for.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Very average - The apartment is quite worn looking. The bed is not very comfortable and they only provide 1 small very flat pillow to sleep with which to as not comfortable and caused us to have back pain. Also we stayed 4 nights and the apartment was not cleaned or towels changed etc during our stay. Our biggest complaint is that the light in the close outside apartment door was not working meaning leaving or coming back at night you couldn't see a thing. We had to use our phone torches to lock or unlock the door and to use the stairs, this could have been very dangerous. We reported it first day and the response was "I will see if we can get that fixed". Also one of the lights in the toilet didn't work so it was quite dark/dull
Positive points on apartment is the location but I would not choose to stay again due to how uncomfortable the bed was and the lack of additional pillows
- travelFree1688 (8/5): Good place for small family - The apartment is fairly spartan, clean and good location. The size of the place is good for family of four. Restaurants, supermarket shops and places for sightseeing are all within easy walking distance. Receptionists are helpful. We were given rooms at the back of the building where the lifts are in between floors so you have to lug your heavy luggage up and down one flight of stairs. Older folks, do ask for rooms in the front of the building.
- sophieparsons5 (8/5): Perfect location to Prague Old Town - The location of this apartment was perfect! Very close to the old town and could easily walk everywhere. It was about a 15 minute drive to the zoo which was amazing!
The room was very spacious and clean but a little dated and could do with a slight freshen up. The bed was two singles pushed together when a double was requested and only 1 pillow each.
Overall, was happy with the stay and would go back again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Absolutely not worth it. - The pictures do not represent the rooms and furniture (anymore). Lot of items and the appartment overall was very worn and not well maintained. For a price of 80Eur. per night I'd expect more quality. At least the joints in the shower and Hairdryer (filthy and burned) really needs to be replaced. The bed was okay.
Even with 2 windows shut the night was very noisy throughout. Wifi was very slow as well. I don't understand the 4star rating and the "fabulous" reviews...
- Michelle (6/5): - Staff seemed uninterested in building rapport. No toilet paper and staff arguing in front of guests. Comfy bed.
- 641katis (10/5): Great place! - Nice appartment with good equipments (just missed the coffee machine). Very good location, near shops and old town. Tram and bus station is just two minutes far. Would recommend this place for others.
- Michael (2/5): Avoid, pictures mis leading - You would expect that in an apartment that you would be able to cook. Kettle and fridge (which wasn’t working when I got there as someone unplugged it as it made such an noise) and that’s it. There was also a bad smell. No ac.
- Kenneth (8/5): - This is a nice functional facility. It is close to transit and walking distance to Old Town. The rooms are apartment style so plenty of space. Furniture is basic and a few more things (night stands by bed for 1) would be nice but it is serviceable. We would stay here again if back in Prague.
- diego (10/5): - The apartment is in great condition, and it is located in a very good area of the city. Easy to get to public transportation, lots of restaurants around it and a few stores/supermarkets in a walking distance. This is a great place to stay in Prague... highly reocmmended!
- Jace (10/5): - Super central location. Clean, lots of space, front desk staff was great. They arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport
- Connector61213829248 (10/5): Top location for a great price. - As others have said. Perfect location to explore Prague. Only 30 seconds from the tram stop and a 10 minute walk to the old town. Some review mentioned cleanliness, our apartment was immaculate (111B). We would definitely come back again. The price and location make it a winner.
- desperatem0usewife (10/5): Good Central Location - Good central location in old town, close to mini market for basic supplies, bars and cafes. Nice spacious and clean with comfy beds, large bathroom with toilet and separate toilet (essential for 2 couples sharing in my view). Very reasonable prices which we found across the whole of beautiful Prague
- the_only_planet (4/5): Not worth it - The hotel looked quite nice and interesting at first glance. The receptionist was nice, polite, and friendly.
Well, that's about it with the positives.
The room/apartment appeared good, however, it was very dirty everywhere.
the floor was not cleaned at all before our arrival as dust, little stones and plenty of hair for a whole wig could be found everywhere.
The bathroom was very dirty, again hair and spots all over the floor, sink, shower and toilet... Oh, I forgot to mention. The shower was broken leaking from everywhere.
The living room was quite small with one sofa, desk and a TV in
An interesting design was that someone decided to put a really noisy mini fridge in the bedroom, although there was plenty of room in the living room. The teas and coffee were in the living room but the kettle and cups in the bedroom. It appeared really chaotic.
The bedroom was nice and spacious, if we exclude all the dirt on the floor and hair on the bed. In the housekeeper's defence, the sheets were actually clean, but their (or someone else's) hair was all over the place.
We did not put the "please clean" on the door, but the housekeeper came in and threw the rubbish away. They did not touch anything else. Peculiar. When we actually put the sign on the door, the housekeeper too the rubbish away only again. We used the cups for coffee and tea but without soap and sponge present, we couldn't wash them ourselves. I went to the reception and asked if that was what they meant by housekeeping, she (a different receptionist) just picked up the phone, phoned the housekeeper and told them to go to our room to clean. Uhm, communication? My partner just went to have a shower ad the receptionist did not even ask if it was appropriate. And no, there was no language barrier as she was fluent in English. Keep in mind that the housekeeping service was included in the price for every day.
This was a really disappointing experience during our stay.
I am giving 2 stars for the solely of the location.
Will not recommend.
- 376charlyw (2/5): Very Disappointing ane Rude Manager - Booked Emporio based upon positive reveiws and location however our experience at Emporio was disappointing to say the least.
When we arrived at the apartment (which didnt have a kitchen as expected upon looking at photos) we were welcomed with a long black hair in the bed. The room looked clean however after closer inspection we wernt impressed. Desk was marked and sticky, dust and dirt around the entired place too. Looking under the bed confirmed this as shown in photos.
Rooms are alot smaller that we originally anticipated and no natural light, windows were facing walls even though on the description it says “courtyard veiw”.
Our bins wernt emptied for all 6 nights and without a kitchen takeaway reminants built up and smelt.
The 2 tvs, one in the bedroom and living room, had no tv remotes for the first two days despite going down to ask each night, satelite or wifi on tv didnt work the entire time!
The biggest issue we had was realted to the radiators. These were on full blast from the first day, the knob was missing so no way of turning them off. We stayed from the 30/12/2021 to the 05/01/2022. We informed reception everyday to ask them to sort out the heating/turn it off. A maintanance man came the first time and stuck a knob on which fell of straight away and didnt work. After returning to reception again they said someone would come back to sort it. 3 days later another knob was properly attached however didnt work.
The heating didnt get sorted for our whole stay and meant we were having to sleep with all windows wide open which isnt ideal with the pigions flying outside.
To top it of, on our penultimate day we once again ventured to reception to complain about this issue in which i said we hadnt slept much due to the extreme temperature of our room each night. In reply we received a blunt “sorry” and the general manager i think her name was Barbora said “its better be hot than cold”. Very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. Her only offer was call in the maintanace man (for the third time) in the morning despite out checkout being at 11am. We told her we were leaving the next day and she shrugged.
The only positive was its location. Absolutely fantastic location everything on your doorstep. Took home the broken radiator knob as a souvenir!
Unfortunately i would definitely not recommend staying at Emporio and think there is better value for money elsewhere. General Manager was appalling!
- Frederic (8/5): Good for a short stay - Great location, smooth check-in, appartement slightly worn out, missing cutlery and kitchen equipment. The appartement needs some refresh, the windows are towards a not so very nice courtyard.
- Libby (8/5): You get what you pay for - It’s basic and sparse, functional but fine. Beds are too hard and pillows too thin, shelves etc are chipped, shower broken, and the two single duvets was were weird and tacky. Understand why it’s so cheap for so much space - you get what you pay for I suppose.
- Igor (10/5): - did not like parking
- irinaeY8731VY (10/5): Vacation in Prague - We've had an amazing experience in this apartment! Great location, very cozy and clean flat, very kind and helpful stuff! We'll definitely be back!
Мы провели замечательную неделю в этой квартире. Отличное расположение, чисто и уютно, есть всё необходимое, дружелюбный и готовый помочь персонал! Мы обязательно вернемся!
- Ellen (2/5): Apartment did not match photo or amenities listed. - Unfortunately the apartment was not like the photos show. The apartment was rundown and did not have the amenities that were listed. We booked this apartment for the kiitchen and to have a bedroom apartment and it was not as advertised. I booked for two people and they did not even have adequate pillows for two people. The keys were incorrect which caused a lot of hassle when checking in. I would not recommend booking with this company.
- Dor (2/5): Worst apartment ever. Extremely dirty! Stay Away! - Worst apartment I’ve ever been too.
In the pictures you see nightstands but in reality there are non. No hook for the shower head so I had to keep holding the shower head in my hand. One of the receptionists is a hooligan guy who doesn’t even pretend to care, his most common answer is “Aha”.
The bidet is clogged and the flat was very very dirty when we checked it.
I’ll never stay again in Emporio apartments. Unprofessional staff, deceiving photos and dirty apartments. Not a signal positive thing apart from the location of the flat.
- antoniogE6909UV (8/5): Prague tourist & work - I enjoyed my stay at Emporio, so I have already booked it again for my next visit to Prague. It offers good relationship between price and quality in addition its location is perfect if you want to be close to the center in a quiet area.
- Verified traveler (6/5): bad wifi, noisy - super noisy, can't sleep during the night cuz trams go nearby and drunk people too. wifi barely works
- Teresa (8/5): - Value for money. Great location
- Mr Phil (8/5): Good value - Good price, clean, safe, and quiet. Large apartments, more than adequate facilities stayed here 3 times. Hard to beat for price.
- Nikolas (10/5): ould deffo recomend - The apartment was nice and clean very spacious in heart of prague you have all the main clubs only 5min walk from the also the tourist places are very close
- gemmalouisej2020 (10/5): Birthday get away - I stayed at the Emporio Prague Apartments during my visit to the city a couple of weeks ago. I was very happy with the location as it meant I was only a five-ten minute walk from most tourist hot spots like the square and clock. From the second I arrived the Czech receptionist was so helpful and informative.
The apartment itself was on the first floor and was heated continuously during day and night. The room was cleaned daily by a team of house keepers, who did a fantastic job to ensure I had all I needed during my stay. The apartments was fully quit with kitchenette, large walk in shower, big bed, living room area and plenty of windows to let the light in during the day. All rooms were very spacious.
When I checked out from the hotel on the day of my birthday, the lovely receptionist who also checked me in on the 1 march, gave me a bottle of very nice Czech champagne and chocolates with a birthday card. I honestly was not expecting that and I've never been treated so well at any accomodation before so thankyou very much Emporio Prague Apartments, I will return next year with my mother. See you then.
- Don (10/5): - The desk reception lady was very helpful. She gave us updates on current events and situations, also local restaurants, shopping,?etc. Very friendly and helpful!
- Lisa (10/5): - Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, very quiet rooms at night for a good sleep, very clean and comfortable spacious rooms. Loved my stay here
- chrisCyprus (6/5): Prons and Cons - I will start with prons:
1. Amazing location! Everything you might need in a close walking distance, restaurants, the old town, Palladium mall. It was worth the stay because of this.
2. Very friendly and helpful staff. All the girls at the reception were very polite and helpful and also the apartments' taxi drive, which was also a very good service to offer (with extra reasonable charge of course)
Cons:
1.We arrived there at 3 o clock in the morning and the room was cold because the heating was off. I believe that since they were expecting us they should have arranged for someone to turn it on.
2. The beds were very uncomfortable. In one of the two rooms it was a sofa bed and ok, you expect from a sofa bed not to be as comfortable as a real bed. However, in the main room there were two single beds connected together to make one double bed but there was a difference in the height of the two beds and the first night we couldn't sleep at all. We mentioned it at the reception and they tried to fix it. However, it was still very uncomfortable to fall in the hole created from the two beds during the nights that followed.
3. The cleaning service was basic and on the last day they made only the bed in the second room. I don't know why.
So, to sum up great location and staff but needs work as far as the cleaning, and the beds are concerned.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location, spacious room, easy check in
- Robert (10/5): Great place in great location - The apartment was fantastic. The lady at reception was lovely giving lots of info if we wanted it. The apartment was really big with separate lounge and bedroom both big in size. the shower was fantastic. The kitchenette was large enough for a basic breakfast Toast coffee etc. there are utensils for cooking but it is a bit small,. Comfy couch and chairs to sit on. Great location 10 min walk to main square. Nice to escape the hordes in a slightly quieter part of the old town. 5 min walk to metro 1 min to tram. 18 min walk to main train station
- Ngaire (8/5): Good Value - Great Location - We recently stayed for 3 night at these apartment. Our apartment on the first floor was clean and large and included a seperate lounge area with kitchenette, a seperate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment was in an excellent position and very close walk to the main square and there were many restaurants and cafes close by. We would definitely stay again if in Prague.

- BIDawn (6/5): Great Location and adequate room - We have no real complaints about this room. It met the description from the web site. We always like to have a kitchen when we travel for early morning coffee and breakfast and the kitchenette was just a little bit snug for our use. The overall space was just fine and the bed had the largest pillows for sleeping I have ever seen. Location is great as it is a short walk to Republic Square to catch the metro, though Prague is a very walkable city.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, room was clean and easily accessible. Check in was confirmed in advance via email to ensure that a member of staff would be available.
Stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.
- craigvernon (8/5): Prague 2019 - Emporio Prague Apartments is in a good area close to most things
Room was of good size and clean
Room was well kitted out Microwave / Fridge / TV
If you do get there after 2100Hrs. you can collect the keys from a nearby Hotel
- Antony (10/5): - Good location, 5-10mins walk from the Old Town Square. Stayed here for 4 nights in Sept 19. Friendly & helpful reception. Apartment has kitchen utensils if you need to go self catering, but it's so close to local cafes and restaurants that it isn't necessary. Rooms were clean and spacious. No real down points on this, would recommend.
There's a discounted breakfast voucher available for one of the sister properties. Food was excellent, but it was expensive compared to other cafes, etc.
- Susanna (10/5): Convenient and clean! - We were very happy with our apartment. The location was great -- walking distance to everything and close to multiple tram lines and the metro -- and the place was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was quiet and had a comfy bed and blackout curtains. The kitchenette is tiny and essentially built into an Ikea closet, so don't plan on doing any elaborate cooking. There is a small refrigerator, just big enough for storing some breakfast items. Nearby you will find a supermarket (Penny Market) and an all-night grocery store (Manni Mini Market) which carries great vegetable samosas (just in case you get tired of Czech sausages). Check-in and check-out were efficient and easy. There was good wifi in the apartment.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean tidy. Staff informative and helpful good location. Not noisy
- Edmundo (8/5): - Apartment was comfortable and quiet.
- Patrick (6/5): Emporio - decent value. - Great location, close to old town. Room was ok... no A/C, though. Beds a bit hard. Overall, good for the price.
- Yvonne M. (10/5): - Really enjoyed my stay at emporio prague apartments. Great location. Staff friendly and helofulvin printing copies of tourdates and bus tuckets.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We were very disappointed of the location, entrance, facilities and condition of the building. More disappoing and disturbing is the rudeness of the recieptionist who was quite rude and non-welcoming. She was rude and negative on issue. I will never go back and I certainly don't recommend this so called Suites!!
- FatiJaunty (10/5): Wonderful stay in Prague - Emporio Prague apartments has been a truly wonderful experience for my family's visit to Prague. The apartment was clean and had all facilities including wifi, clean bathroom, kitchen utensils etc. The staff is extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. We felt like we were with family! My son got a surprise birthday wish from the hotel which was a pack of chocolates and candies and a birthday card waiting for him when he returned to the apartment. The BEST thing about Emporio is its location. There are shops, malls amd restaurants nearby. The Old Town sq, Wenceslas sq, Charles bridge and the Jewish quarter are all at few minutes walking ditance. We LOVED Emporio and recommend it highly!
- erinwick3 (10/5): Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Prague! - During our stay in Prague, we were so grateful for the helpful staff within our hotel, the location of our hotel, the security and the cleanliness. The staff have been very helpful with all of our questions, from transport help to places to visit to taxis and airport transfers. The maid staff are wonderful at their jobs and have provided us with sufficient clean towels and everything we may need. The room is so spacious and has all you need to cook within the apartment if you wish. There are fans located within the bedroom which we found a godsend and plenty of wardrobe and shelving space too. The location of the hotel is fantastic, in the Old Town, a short walk away from the Old Town Square and from the Jewish Quarter. Everything is very walkable and easily accessed, with beautiful scenery to enjoy as you wander around. The transport links are also fantastic and right by the road leading to the hotel is a stop that will give you access to various trams and buses. We will be returning and re-booking with this wonderful place as we cannot fault it and are so happy with our stay within the hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for your money!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Don't stay here - I made a mistake and booked 3 nights here. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. I felt like I was sleeping on a board. The last 2 nights I slept on the sofa which wasn't that bad, however I didn't unfold out the bed because there was a stain when I started to take off the cover of the sofa. I brought the covers from the bed to the sofa and stayed the rest of the time in the living area. The room was dismal and the curtains were dark brown. There were so many light switches that it was tough to know which switch was for what light. Despite all the light switches, they didn't give off barely any light. The rooms needs a complete makeover. Maybe adding a little bit of color, and changing out the light bulbs would help. I was looking at an old grungy building across the way with the roof of another building below. It was basically like looking at a wall. It's a shame because there are so many beautifulbuildings in Prague and too bad there couldn't be a view of that. Honestly the only good thing about this place was the front desk. Kristina was very friendly and answered all my questions. The other lady (I didn't catch her name) let me use her phone when I needed to call a local number, although it was interesting that she couldn't speak much English working at a hotel in such a touristy area. I hate writing bad reviews but this hotel needs a lot of work. I would not recommend it unless you like the dark, don't care about a view, and like a firm bed.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good location, clean, good decor. Spoilt by noisy air conditioning unit outside window switching on and off every few seconds 24/7. Receptionist unwilling/unable to resolve problem.
- Debabrata (10/5): - Great location, very responsive manager, spacious and clean rooms - perfect for our family.
- Alonso (10/5): Family Trip - Excellent location, great accommodations!
- Josef (10/5): Happy stay - High marks to Emporio apartments.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location nice and quiet room little bit disappointed with the cleaners as they don't speak English or Czech little bit maintenance in the in the apartments like the bathroom and hide the electric wires, very good water pressure clean flat comfortable, would definitely recommend to others please provide some still drinking water bottles not just sparkling
- james (10/5): Quiet - Location room
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice apartment if you plan to stay a couple of days in this beautiful city. Has everything you need, and the location is top!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location for the main square and old town.
There were plenty of restaurants and shops near by.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location...teavel light as elecators r not available for all floors and r too small to even fit just 2 people...forget about baggage. Water supply is very slow....and hot water is certainly an issue
- Jose (10/5): - All good really no complaints, receptionist spoke perfect english and room was nice and cosy
- Traveler (8/5): - The apartment is clean. Very convenient location. The only problem I have is the bathroom ventilation. The smell is very strong.
- Lucas (10/5): Good location, affordable for multiple people - The hotel was relatively close to all the main attractions Prague 1 has to offer. It is also pretty close to the train station which makes it nice. If you are traveling as a group, the ability to have your own room was very nice and affordable here.
- David (8/5): Great value for money - The location is great, literally 5 minutes walking distance from the main square. About 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Very close to good restaurants, clubs and bars area.
The room is very spacious and the bed comfortable.
A second small room with desk and kitchen appliances and a sofa was really a plus.
Very clean. I suggest having a box of Kleenex for the guests, and telling the morning cleaning services to make the bed as if a new customer was coming in.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location, warm room and kindly owner. Most scenery is in walking area.
- Jonathan (10/5): Excellent Apartment!! - Fantastic stay at the Emporio Prague. Everything you need for either a weekend break or longer. Plenty of space, we’ll equiped & located perfectly. You wouldn’t do wrong to buy an apartment like this
- Komel (8/5): Great Location and lots of space! - It is a very spacious apartment, especially for me since I was traveling alone. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the old town square. I stayed here because it was convenient to walk to all the major sites in Prague. I was lucky (and grateful) enough to get checked-in earlier! The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful she stored my luggage so I could still walk around before my flight after I had checked out.
- Ian (8/5): New Years in Prague - Lovely location and nice hotel, but there is a night club nearby so there is some nose at night .
- Ty (4/5): Very uncomforable stay! - We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Emporio Prague Apartments. The beds were horrible. There were four of us staying in a one bedroom, and this room rates itself as sleeping four. The master bed was like sleeping on a board. And the sleeper bed in the other room kept falling apart. It was the worst three nights of sleep in all of our two weeks in Europe. Also, there was absolutely no room to move about in the apartment with the sleeper bed out. The kitchenette is a cabinet with some kitchen items, no sink except for the restroom sink.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We liked the location and we had a living room set-up with a separate bedroom and a small kitchenette. Very close to the train station and in a walkable area.
- Simona (10/5): Perfect for my needs. - Nice and quiet place, close to the city heart. Friendly personnel. Very good quality-price rate. That make me think to come back soon.
- Men (4/5): - Too old. Not the same as the picture at all.
- Justin (10/5): Awesome little find - Almost like having your own apartment while on vacation. Nice and roomy suites.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic location, clean, warm and cosy rooms. Wonderful staff at reception . Very friendly and helpful
- Nick (10/5): - Locating was exellent close to everything, apartment was very big and clean
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendliness & knowledge of staff was excellent. Location of building for all amenities was excellent. Room was adequate for purpose, clean & tidy with complementary water on arrival & stocked with tea & coffe each day.
Only downfall, we had low pressure in bath shower, resulting in only a trickle of water from the head on occasions. Last morning we couldn’t get any water from it at all.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very spacious, well equipped in a very convenient location.
- PatrickC (8/5): - The property location, amenities and condition meets my expectations.
There is one incident that I would like to bring out to deter other guest from being exploited. There is a money change next to this property (0% Commission in Green Signage). They exploit tourist like me by not being honest. Its daylight robbery. I asked for the rate in Euro and was pointed at the board pasted on the window panel and its states 25.40 which I repeated to the counter staff. He proceed with the process and asked e to signed the receipt. After signing, I noticed some discrepancies and used my calculator to calculate. The correct amount should be CZK5080 but I was given CZK3404 at rate 17.02 and I was enraged and queried why such a big difference and he retorted rudely that rate 25.40 is for Euro 2000. I argued and asked for refund. He refused and told me that I have signed the receipts I told him I will report to the relevant authority and will get him blacklisted. I went back to the Emporio reception and told her about my experience at this money changer and somehow she was aware that the rate at next door money changer was terrible and recommended me another money changer. This is not Emporio's fault but I would like then to inform their guest to beware of this money changer next door. This same money changer is also located at the
Florenc Bus Terminal Mall which I also went in to enquire on the rate but did not suspect any scam or any unscrupulous activity.
- debs (10/5): Central - Lovely spacious apartment, close to main tourist areas but in a quietish side street.
- DawnO (10/5): - If one looks at the map of where this location is in relation to The Clock it looks far but in reality it is pretty close to everything. We got the three day welcome pass and it is the way to go. The transit is just at the end of the block.
NOTE: there are short flights of steps before the elevator and after the elevator. For the disabled it may prove to be an impediment. I managed them with my cane, but not for persons who cannot navigate eight or twelve stairs.
- joe (6/5): Good location but apartment needs an upgrade - Great location. Apartment was a bit old and tired. Daily Cleaning was very late and not really done.
- Nanna (10/5): - Perfect location and great price. Walking distance to all the sights. Neighborhood is quiet but still has lots of restaurant options close by.
