There was a large amount of hair in the shower and also in our bed. I brought this to the attention of the front desk assistant. No kind of accommodation was provided or offered. The breakfast was almost terrible. I'm a Hilton Diamond Member and Hilton breakfast is much better. Furthermore, I don't know if they have a staffing issue or what, but I waited at the front desk twice for assistance with a couple of things and there was no one to be found. Then, another time, I called the front desk over a span of two hours only for the phone to ring and ring and ring.

- L5806TGmikew (2/5): Hyatt Fell Short - Here’s a full review you can post: My recent stay at the Hyatt was disappointing, mainly because of the condition of the first room we were given and how the issue was handled. When we arrived, the bathroom floor in the room was coming apart and was uneven, which made it feel unsafe. I ended up stubbing my foot several times because of it. On top of that, the phone in the room did not work, which only added to the frustration. Because of these problems, we had to move to another room. While I appreciate that they eventually moved us, the overall experience was still frustrating because this should never have happened in the first place. A guest should be able to expect a room that is safe, maintained properly, and fully functional from the moment they check in. What made the situation worse was that the hotel refused to refund our early check-in fee, even though the original room clearly had maintenance and safety issues. That was very disappointing. If you are charging guests extra for early access to a room, that room should at the very least be in proper condition. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to maintenance, room inspections, and customer service. I expected much better from a Hyatt.

- clara (4/5): Not great, less than ok. - The property is closed to the freeway and easy to access. We reserve one night on a Thursday. There were not that many people but they gave us a room that was very noisy, I can hear the traffic all night and the people above me walking after 10pm. In the morning, little kids were running above me at 7am. They should allocate people better. The hotel rooms were cheaply built and you can hear through the walls. Will not book this hotel again.

- Rose Ann (10/5): We love Hyatt hotels, but will not venture in another Hyatt "Place". - The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were dry and there were no waffles. We arrived at 2:10 pm and knew check in was 3 pm arriving 45 minutes early. The gentleman at the counter requested us to return in 45 minutes. We have arrived early at other Hyatt hotels, and they accepted us upon an early arrival. I understand there is turnaround in cleaning rooms, but it was already mid-afternoon. It would have been nice to have a warmer welcome. This was our first time at a Hyatt Place. We have stayed at other Hyatt hotels and will do the same in the future.

- 716dilmas (10/5): Best experience I ever had at hotels - I stayed at this hotel for a few nights for the first time with my husband and we had a great experience. The ladies cleaning the rooms do an amazing job and the staff is absolutely outstanding! They were all very nice and polite. When I checked out I was greeted by Ashley. Very nice lady! Very professional and polite. I don’t come across too many receptionists that are that friendly these days so that really made me feel welcome. During my stay I also met Daren (I hope I’m spelling that right) and Amanda. They were also very welcoming and helpful. Overall this hotel just seems to have the best staff! They seem to really care about the guests and do everything they can to make sure guests are satisfied. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only downfall is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. But atleast they have a microwave guests can use in the lobby/breakfast area so it wasn’t a big deal. It just kinda sucks having to go to the lobby to heat something up. But definitely not a deal breaker! I still give this hotel 5 stars and would recommend this hotel. I will be coming back to stay here in the future! Thank you for all y’all’s hard work!

I had a great experience. Where it’s located is very convenient, the room was great, breakfast was great, the staff was amazing. Especially Ashley! She was very welcoming & nice. Had an upbeat attitude. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here for sure next time I travel to this area!

Rooms were large and very clean, 3 pillows per bed which was a plus for us pillow loving people. The breakfast was very nice- we travel a lot and there was a lot of choice for the picky eaters. From stepping in the door at reception to the noon check out it has the perfect stay! So many restaurants in the area, shopping and movie theater nearby. We slept in and didn't get down to breakfast. The bed was soooo comfortable. We had a king suite and it was very roomy. Fantastic walk in shower! We will definitely be back when visiting family in the area. It was ALL good!
