• Craig (10/5): - This was a really nice place. Old vintage rooms and buildings that have been restored to nice suites. Our suite was very well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 day stay. The property is very scenic and quiet. Highly recommend. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the vineyards is nice. We had wished that we had left a little more time to spend at the property as it is quite relaxing place. You need a rental car to stay at this place as it is off the beaten path. It is fairly centrally located with pretty good access to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano though. We did seem to do much more driving than we had wanted to do. So be prepared for that. Every where you go takes longer than you expect.

• Miriam (5/5): Vacaciones en Italia - La zona donde está ubicado es muy buena para desconectar, el desayuno está muy bien y la atención del personal también es buena. Cabe mencionar a Elliot, el perrito de los dueños que nos recibió estupendamente :) La cama estaba dura como una piedra, de hecho tres días después nos sigue doliendo la espalda. Cuando llegamos, preguntamos si abrían la cocina por la noche para poder cenar allí, y nos contestaron que ellos no son un restaurante, que solamente elaboran platos para las degustaciones de vino. Así que, alejados de absolutamente todo, no pudimos cenar. Siendo un sitio que está alejado, deberían proporcionar alguna alternativa.

É oferecido como hotel mas, na verdade, é um B&B.

• Anna (8/5): Ομορφο ξενοδοχείο μέσα στη φύση - Φανταστικη θέα, ομορφα πετρινα διαμερισματα, αν και δεν ειναι όλα του ιδιου επιπέδου. Οταν ζητήσαμε αλλαγη δωματίου το αιτημα μας έγινε δεκτό και το δεύτερο δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο. Η φύση γύρω απο το ξενοδοχείο ειναι μοναδική, τα πουλιά κελαηδούν όλη μέρα. Τα αιτήματα μας προς τους οικοδεσπότες ικανοποιούνταν, το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Αρκετές επιλογές για φαγητό σε κοντινή απόσταση Αυτο που δεν μας άρεσε ηταν πως κατά τη διάρκεια των 6 ημερων που μείναμε δεν υπήρχε υπηρεσία καθαριότητας. Επίσης οταν εχεις ενα τοσο βασικό πρωινο, καλό θα είναι το ψωμί για παράδειγμα να είναι άριστης ποιότητας και να μην τελειώνει το πρώτο μισάωρο, χωρίς κάποιος από το προσωπικό να φροντίσει να το ανανεώσει. Επίσης μια απο τις μέρες ο καφές στο πρωινό ηταν κρύος και σίγουρα χτεσινός. Κατα τα άλλα θα ήθελα μια πιο ζεστή προσέγγιση απο τους ιδιοκτήτες.

• 이종혁 (10/5): 정말 강력 추천합니다. - 식기도 많았고, 여행와서 현지 식재료로 식사를 할 수 있다는 점이 정말 메리트가 컸습니다. 다른 어그리투리스모도 갔었는데, 비슷한 가격대여도 경험이 훨씬 더 좋았다는 것입니다. 뭐랄까 정말 천국에 와서 다른 일 생각없이 편하게 즐기다 갈 수 있게 환경이 마련되어 있었습니다. 접객도 너무너무 훌륭했구요, 다들 반갑게 인사해주시고, 체크아웃을 좀 늦게했는데 괜찮다고 하시더라구요 어찌나 죄송한지요.. 그리고 저희가 놓고 간 물건이 있었는데, 찾아주셨더라구요, 너무 감사했습니다. 또한 피렌체에서 차량으로도 접근이 원할했고, 약 50분 정도 떨어진 더 몰에 직접 차를 몰고 구경도 갈 수 있었네요. 주변 경관도 매우 훌륭해서 이쁜 사진도 많이 촬영했어요. 정말정말 강력 추천합니다.
• Christina (8/5): Logés pendant l’UTMB, les prix étaient trop chers pour la qualité du logement espérée. Surtout que vu le temps fin mars, - Le paysage est à couper le souffle. La tranquillité est le mot d’ordre. Une évasion totale. Tres bel endroit et région. Le logement était froid à notre arrivée. La première nuit a été même glacial car le temps que le chauffage se mette en route cela pris du temps à se chauffer. Le logement était aussi dans son temps, assez vieillissant mais atypique. Un bon coup de renouveau tout en gardant le charme des domaines de la Toscane ne serait pas un lux car le prix de notre séjour a été assez coûteux.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the wine was wonderful (we bought plenty to ship home), and the atmosphere was so relaxing. We took a cooking class, and we and our kids enjoyed it immensely. It was the best meal we had while in Italy. I can't say enough good things about our stay here, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Eigentlich nichts! Die Waschküche sollte besser gereinigt werden, die Möglichkeit kostenlos zu waschen, haben wir aber sehr geschätzt.

Disponibilité des hôtes, temps de dégustation de vins super ! Vaisselle un peu juste (manque essoreuse à salade et passoire par exemple) pour se faire ses repas. Un bémol, mais les propriétaires n'y peuvent rien : des taons très présents en extérieur.

• Shaun Muller (10/5): Italian charm in a picturesque vineyard with classy people! - The staff and facility exceeded our expectations. We had the Livia suite which felt like our own house overlooking the vineyard. We had a wine tour and luncheon that was true Italian, which kicked off our stay in true Italian fashion. We also had a cooking class with Laura, who made it a one on one experience, and from the get go made us feel like part of the family. Breakfast was top notch and the views were breathtaking. This is definitely something we would like to revisit in the next couple of years. Nothing comes to mind.

• Cliona (3/5): Dissaponting Tuscany Stay - The actual property and surrounding suburbs were very pretty. The apartment itself was very expensive and we expected it to be a much more private family villa. The pool was very busy and chlorinated the villa was very dark and hot. There was only air conditioning in the bedrooms. No basics like salt, rubbish bags, tea or coffee. They make you take your rubbish to the bins at the start of the driveway 1km away and you would expect the rooms to be serviced for the price.No restaurant on site and the so called friendly owners were non existent.The beds were not comfortable and joined together. We were very disappointed overall and thought to previous good reviews were not accurate.

We had the suite, which had no cooking facilities. Would have been good to be able to eat in sometimes. ( other apartments have facilities). Wifi had some intermittent problems, not bad though.

The buildings date back to the 14th and 15th centuries but are still modern enough to be comfortable (AC in the bedrooms, etc). No restaurant on site but the kitchen is very accommodating to make snacks at the wine bar until around 6pm. Guests get 10% off wine (glasses or bottles). Bonus: the owners' cute dog might come by to say hi!

• Margaret (10/5): A relaxing and hugely enjoyable week - This was our 6th visit to Querceto, though 12 years since our last visit. Nice accommodation, fabulous views, a great pool, lots of seating areas, beautiful wines to try (and buy), with very welcoming hosts.
• Chari (9/5): Absolutely brilliant rustic location. We would definitely visit again. Amazing wines! - We had a four night stay here as a family of 3 and absolutely loved it. Rustic accomodation with all the amenities you need. We cooked for 2 nights and then dined at nearby Castellina the other 2 nights. Clean, comfy accommodation with a great pool which was welcome in this current heatwave. Complimentary wine tasting was appreciated, learning about the Chianti Classico, the region and the wine making process. Very friendly staff. Laundry room available with dryer and clothes rack. Very good location, central for day trips to San Gimignano and Siena. WIFI wasn’t the best, but we were regional so to be expected. Some complimentary supplies such as oil, salt & pepper, sugar, for the kitchen would have been helpful. Tissues in the bathroom also would have been good.

Great location too! - The best parts about Querceto Di Castellina: - The location was great, we were 1 hour away from the train station, Firenze Santa Maria Novella, and 1 hour away from Pisa, so of course, made the trip to Pisa to see the leaning tower. It was amazing! - The property is so beautiful, and several attributes make you feel at home: the suites are spacious, containing a bedroom, a living area, and a big bathroom, with beautiful shutter windows throughout letting in fresh breeze and natural light. - Breakfast included scrambled eggs, (3) types of grains/cereal/granola, cold meats, and pastries. What stood out the most was the granola and the fresh milk. The milk was some of the best I've tried - I think this is an Italian thing, because even in Rome, the milk was fresh and tasty. - The highlight of the stay was Elliot, the Boston terrier... I have a Boston terrier of my own, and I was missing him so much while traveling that when I entered the reception area and saw this tiny Boston terrier run to greet me, I was speechless. It felt surreal that I almost teared up. Spotted a curious fox at night! :D It was cool to see one. Thank you to Querceto Di Castellina for a wonderful stay. I'll be back! Bacci to sweet Elliot. There were a lot of geckos, but that's not the fault of the property; it's part of nature. I was just scared sometimes moving around because of the geckos; we have a lot of them in Saudi Arabia, and they're a big fear of mine. An important tip: You will need to rent a car to get around. This is a general tip for the countryside in Tuscany.

La colazione con vista è impagabile. Altrettanto fantastica la vista dalla piscina, abbiamo trovato molto piacevole passare del tempo rinfrescandoci nell'acqua e ammirando il panorama. Volendo essere molto pignoli, migliorerei le indicazioni come arrivare e il check-in, magari anticipando alcune informazioni (che poi si trovano nell'alloggio) via mail.

En el corazón de la Toscana, cerca de pueblos espectaculares como Panzano y Castellina in Chianti. Nos recibieron con una degustación de vinos propios de la casa. La habitación era hermosa, amplia y acogedora. Me encantaría volver. Quien tenga la posibilidad de hospedarse en este paraíso, no lo piense. No hubo algo que no me gustara.

The views from both the terrace and swimmingpool area are amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, would definitely recommend to book this place with breakfast. The apartment was very spacious and cosy, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, very clean. We did a wine tasting, I would also definitely recommend to do that, super nice. We didn’t want to leave :-) Nothing. It was excellent.

• Carsten (8/5): Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Atmosphäre. - Die Lage ist sensationell. Der Blick über den Weinberg ist atemberaubend. Das ganze Ensemble der Unterkünfte und des Haupthauses ist wirklich märchenhaft. Die Lage ist perfekt für Erkundungen nach Siena, S. Gimignano, Volterra. Allein die Strassen, die sich durch die Weinberge schlängeln, lässt das Motorradfahrerherz höher schlagen :-) Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert, wenn auch ein bisschen überteuert. Und zu allem Überfluss gibts noch ein kleines Winetasting oben drauf! Das Raumklima hätte etwas "duftiger" sein können. Die Betten waren nicht so toll. Die Bettwäsche etwas muffig. Das Kopfteil des Kinderbettes war nicht befestigt und machte laute Geräusche beim Bewegen.

We enjoyed the lunch and wine tasting and breakfast was wonderful with a view of the amazing vineyard. The peace and serenity if the location was amazing. We could walk freely around the property to enjoy the full pleasure of the surrounding area. The pool was lovely, set high upon the hill overlooking the valley below. We would definitely like to return. The staff were always there to help and it was wonderful learning about the history of the property and workings of the vineyard. Thank you so much to Phillipo, Mary and her husband. There was nothing not to like.
