Staff were very friendly and we were warmly greeted. Meals were delivered efficiently on the whole we had a lovely stay at this establishment and would highly recommend to anyone - especially anyone attending a wedding at Eves Hall it was a couple of minutes drive away but walkable... Lovely place and a credit to the owners! Alot of work has gone into this and it shows nothing

Mark (7/5): Good not great - Nice comfortable room & large bathroom. Breakfast & evening meal were good. Stayed two nights, on the second day we were out at a wedding and got back late to find the towels hadn't changed nor the bins emptied.

But the pictures wasn't the same as booking .com website, on the 3 millstones website said the room we had wasn't a super king room, it was a classic double room, it was clean but not what I was expected. I did question it, but nothing was done. It was disappointing.

Natasha (10/5): Lovely stay in a lovely location. - It was in a lovely part of the world we'd never been to before. Had a large, comfortable bed and a nice walk-in shower. Next time we'll try dinner, but thoroughly enjoyed the coffee & dessert. Breakfast was also tasty. We'll definitely be back. Weather was not on our side, so we didn't make it out for a walk as we'd hoped.

Pillows soft and fluffy. 2 per person, great. One of the party had a flood from the toilet, however, it was dealt with quickly and to their satisfaction.

DOROTHY (7/5): Great pre wedding venue - Room was good and spotless - some lovely little touches _ quality street and bathroom toiletries - thank you - check in process very good (although had had a number of emails asking if i was definitely coming (which id replied to) and then a phone call - so a little bit overkill - Breakfast food was lovely however experience was spoilt a little bit - had family (including 2 children) and server was a bit abrupt with them and not particularly pleasant

Phillip (10/5): If you want the best hotel experience with a personal touch and superb restaurant food this is your choice. - Regularly stay here and I cannot fault a single aspect of my stays. Matt the host is amazing as are his team, go above and beyond in every way. Rooms are superb with outside annex where I stayed, modern and spacious with amazing bathrooms.. No negatives

Matthew (10/5): The best hotel near Clitheroe! - Lovely clean modern room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with a very nice shower. Fantastic breakfast (all the food here is good!) Plenty of parking available. Nothing at all that I disliked, I only wish they were open on Mondays and Tuesdays, but I understand if it doesn't make business sense to do so.

Maggie (9/5): Great prices and a cosy, comfortable country inn - We were traveling with our two dogs and was given a Annex off from inn. Our car was parked outside in front. We were only charged £10 per dog for our overnight stay which is a superb price. Friendly staff when we arrived to check in. And two woodburners already lit. Room was spacious, clean and warm and a fabulous walk-in wet room with strong water flow from shower rose. Extra wide double bed. We booked dinner with family that night and really enjoyed our meals. It's dog friendly and we were seating in a quiet corner. Breakfast was also fab. Was served by the chef who was very friendly. Great location although not much pavement to walk the dogs there is a nice river walk by the Ribble on the doorstep. The mattresses protector was stained which was impossible to miss when making the bed. Nice patio doors to front but would be handy having a window to open because it got too warm and one of our dogs sleep by the glass door!

Lovely overnight stay thank you . - Lovely nights stay in a beautiful presented inn with good ale , exceptionally friendly staff , superb food, compliments to the chef and top class accommodation that has been thoroughly thought about . Excellent shower with space for toiletries in the shower which is rare. Good mirror in the bathroom and a large dress mirror with plug at the side for hairdryer . Nice new quality towels and warm and comfortable large room with good wardrobe space with adequate hangers . Comfortable bed . Lovely retreat after a superb meal . We will certainly return, thoroughly enjoyed or stay after a long walk at the nearby Stocks reservoir ,

Shirley (10/5): - Everything!! Lovely country pub-restaurant. The accommodation was fantastic for the money. Our room was cozy and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfy, bathroom was lovely. I liked the dressing table area. The pub had the fire on and was again very cozy. Staff were all amazing. From the lady who served is to the lady at breakfast. I was ill on the Sunday and they accommodated me which was amazing. I cant thank them enough. Nothing. I have stayed in alot of places - nothing I could say we dident like. We will be back. Not many places you cant fault

Sally (7/5): Visit to see family at Chritmas time - Pretty village location Check in easy and young lady who showed us to our room was lovely and friendly. Other staff were plesent. Nice room and shower. Good size tvin room and tea/ coffee. Good breakfast. Food looked excellent but we were meeting family elsewhere so only had a desert and drinks on our return and breakfast which were both very good. No window only sky light in room(we were aware on booking) but glad it was winter and dark. Information may be provided in folder on how to open skylight and block out light but we were straight in and out. Bed was a little hard for us and TV made it a little awkward to get past in dark. Be aware its an old building some doorways are low but not into rooms. Staff showed little interest in talking but were very busy.
