Which is a shame parking was easy, local shops and restaurants were great. - Location It smelt like it had recently been flooded, down stairs toilet smelt disgusting. Lots of damage in the kitchen. Radiator in bedroom didn’t work. The photos online are obviously from it was first renovated. Disappointing.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed - Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. The property needs some maintenance, a broken cupboard door in the kitchen, the shower hose leaks. The shower is poor quality and has very low pressure and the cubicle is small for what is quite a spacious property. No lamp shade on the ceiling light in the main bedroom and no bedside lights. Poorly equipped with crockery and cutlery. The property has potential to be a very pleasant place to stay but clearly the management show little interest in maintaining it to a high standard. The pictures and description flatter to deceive. The overall attitude of the property management was unacceptable.

- Ransom (1/5): Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Be weary. - Nothing. The pictures were deceptive. To begin with the host was not very communicative. We booked this place months in advance and only found out we were not going to get check in details until I sent my ID through insecure means and transfer a deposit to an account I didn’t know. That should have been my first red flag. Got past that and managed to check in. The apartment was old, dusty, dirty, grimy and smelled. There was broken furniture which I had to move due to our toddler so he doesn’t injure himself. Cutleries and dishes were so dirty we could not use them for fear of health. Heating was not warming up the room, light fixtures did not work, fan given did not work and there was no wifi. All efforts to contact the host fell on deaf ears. He truly did not care. We had to get out of that place immediately. Contacted the host and he was lackadaisical about it and told us to pack up and leave. In the end we were charged £294 for not staying at this property for the health and safety of our child. I would avoid this property and anything the company Live in Leeds offers to save yourself the heartache House was old, grimy, dirty. We found cigarette ash on the floor and in one of the toilets. The beddings were filthy and there were stains on the sheets. Heating, fan and most lighting fixtures did not work. There was no WiFi and the TV belonged to the last 2 decades. Host was lackadaisical and it seems this was not his first rodeo. There is a specific review that highlights all of these things and I am surprised didn’t see it in the top reviews. No value for money here.

We had a lot of trouble getting into the property and once we got in it was so filthy and stank of curry! The floors were so sticky and grubby, the cutlery and crockery that was there was dirty! The drying rack was broken! The beds and pillows were awfully uncomfortable with pee stains! The drawers were broken, the lamps and fan were broken! In order to use anything I had to go out and get cleaning products! We left after 2 nights!
