• Mohammed (1/5): - The reception guy his name is Harry. I don’t know if you give me the right name. He was very rude and yell on my face to ask for my ID or credit card multiple times he pulled my ID from my hand without asking me to give it to him wasn’t a professional he was swearing bad language to me and he cancelled my reservation with no reason and he told me you asked me to cancel it, which I didn’t ask him to cancel it. I don’t know about that is a person behaviour or mental personal issues and he was asking me to leave in 5 minutes or he will call the police what kind of service is I never have experience like that in Edmonton I’m not saying shit. The reception has a camera and I hope has everything recorded if he hear any bad language from me or or I was trying to make his job harder. The reception guy his name is Harry. • Melanie (8/5): Great people, sad about the price increases. - The staff are always awesome, very kind, polite and accommodating. The renovations are nice. The price has gone way up since we started coming here, to the point that it is now double for the same amenities. It’s hard for us to justify coming back again if the price keeps going up the ways it has been without significant improvements to what’s included in stay.

• wan ting (7/5): It was okay - The location and the pool The breakfast wasn’t very good , only a select few hot items omelette and sausage, the rest was make your own waffle and toast and bagel , yogurt and apple and banana . Would be good to have some hash browns or non meat options just some scrambled eggs

Every time it came on it was so loud it would wake us up. The noise was too loud. Also the room was so close to the elevator that the noise from people coming in and out was loud.

• Alnoor (9/5): If you prefer clean, friendly, quiet and accessible place to stay, this is it. - First hotel with no musty odor! Yay!!! Spotless lobby, hallways and room & carpets. Friendly staff, willing to accommodate reasonable requests. All amenities nearby, great restaurants within a two minute walk. Most of all, quiet sleep after a long day. Definitely coming back to this place next time I’m in Edmonton! Overall, I’d give everything a 10, but shower had a couple of mildew spots, glass door was skewed. Given that, I’d still stay there again for all the other positives.
