• Oguz K (6/5): Getting an extra towel is a big deal! - Breakfast was good. We asked for extra towels the night we arrived as there was only one towel for 3 people. The receptionist took a note and said the towels will be delivered to our room right away. Nothing was delivered that night. In the morning, when we came down for breakfast, I stopped by the reception again, asking why the towels were not delivered. This time the lady said she wasn't aware of our request. When I asked her to look up last night's notes, she said they don't have those notes, they are starting a new request list in the morning. I said okay then please send our room 3 extra towel sets while we had our breakfast. When we went up to our room, towels were still not there. I called the reception and said is it really that hard to get some towels. She said, it is on its way (probably coming from Boston downtown). Anyway, finally someone brought some towels. He didn't say a word, seemed so upset that he had to bring a towel. We closed the door and looked at what he brought, only one set of towel. Still missing the remaining two. I called the reception again and told the lady, is this a joke. After couple of minutes the same guy with a very mad face brought the remaining two sets. The lady said they had to call the manager to solve this towel issue. So, why I am sharing this in such a detailed way? Because, I paid $491 for 2 nights! If you are asking for $491 for 2 nights and do not even have the service quality to provide such a BASIC need for your customer, I call this a big failure. You may be thinking whether anyone from the management or even the reception reached out before we checked out to at the very least say "sorry". Noone cares. Business as usual. My advice: Look for other options, at least find one who can get you some towels...
• Valentine (8/5): Great for a short getaway - Property is very convenient to Boston and surrounding communities Beds are overly hard and were uncomfortable. Parking fees, while unavoidable, seemed very high

I also had issues in my room where the shades were stuck so I had to call the front desk. However they did relocate me to a different room so thank you for that!

• Elisa (10/5): It met out needs for a one overnight stay. - Location was perfect for us attending a funeral for a family member. The breakfast was great. unexpected! Using our room key to activate the elevator was an extra comfort for safty.

The breakfast was also amazing and had a lot of options that you don't see in many places. The hotel itself was clean and quite. Everything about this hotel I loved and will stay again. Nothing.

• Ashley (10/5): Perfect hotel! - The room was comfortable and spacious perfect for my family and baby the location was amazing a bunch of stores nearby such as target,marshalls, old navy, Starbucks, dunkin etc. The staff was amazing attending to all our needs providing us with extra stuff needed. Will Definitely book again!! The pull out sofa wasnt that comfortable it actually hurt more than anything it definitely needs some more comfortability like a mattress topper or something to help.

• nathaliewX4074QG (2/5): Dirty hotel, sleazy business practices, no service-- what's not to like? - We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and am always amazed at how rude the front desk staff can be. No hellos, no acknowledgement, just the perfunctory check-you-in and don't ask me for anything. Other than Miles who was friendly and nice, all others did their best to ignore you so that they didn't have to do more. Another problem is that they have not reverted back to every day servicing of rooms claiming that they are not paid by Marriott to do so. This means that the hallways are often quite dirty with trash strewn around the hallways. We stayed there for 6 days and the hallways were not vacuumed even once during our stay. It also means that no one will bother to come into your room to even throw out trash or replace towels. Even though I asked the front desk to service my room everyday (even though it said on the counter that if we didn't wish for service, we would be given 500 points), no one came to service. We'd be lucky if on occasion, someone bothered to dump some fresh towels. While they are short on any customer service, they are the first to charge for parking-- a whopping $35 + taxes for an open parking lot -- and gyp you on the welcome points (500) and the bonus points. We booked the MEMBER RATE 5000 BONUS POINT OFFER by paying more on the nightly rate and both times, they just conveniently ignored to give us the points. So if you must stay here, book the bare bones rate as you will have a hard time getting what is due to you.

So very professional and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. I go out of my way to make sure all our Dr appointments work with there availability. I recommend them to everyone I know.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Skimping on the little things - Stay was good but beds seemed much smaller than queens -- I would swear they were doubles -- and the kitchen equipment lacked a basic container to boil water in like an electric kettle. Toilet paper is also poor quality. For the price, those amenities should be improved.
