No one was EVER in the office to answer questions.We were not able to get parking pass or wrist bands that were paid for.(should be a refund)Back pool is in bad shape, and overall looks a bit run down. Our unit, V2 was nicely decorated but the floors were not clean! Lots of sand and we had to wear scandals due to the floors being so bad.( feet were filthy if you didn’t)

- Douglas (10/5): This was, by far, the best experience we've ever had with a vacation rental. - We loved how close we were to the beach, and the staff that we interacted with were helpful and kind at all times. The on site pools stood out in their own way, even next to the ocean. Communication upon entering was a bit off, and we didn't receive our parking vouchers until the first business day after our arrival, but it was handled well.

- Kendra (6/5): Family Fun Beach Trip - Portside was a nice resort. Loved the pools and the location was lovely. Close to the beachfront. Did not like the condo (M5) as the balconies were broken and received no communication from Panhandle Getaways until i arrived. The condo has old fans that make a lot of noise, the dinning room has old nasty furniture, the stairs had tack strips that i hit almost every time. The AC could not keep the place cool and the beds were awful. The water pressure in the shower was crazy. And the dishwasher smelled like something died in it. Pick a different unit!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property was just like the pictures described, very dated, so we knew what to expect. There are things that can be improved, the queen bed was very uncomfortable, it sagged in the middle; the kitchen sink sprayer has a piece that kept coming off, so you had to be careful when you used it; and the blinds in both bedrooms had a slat missing. Maintenance isn’t convenient. The fire alarm battery needed to be replaced, it was beeping from the moment we checked in, not sure how no one noticed that before we checked in. I called and was told they wouldn’t be able to fix until the next day, so take the battery out to stop the beeping. We did. After a few days it hadn’t been replaced, apparently they would stop by to replace it and we were out so they couldn’t get in. I recommend that they have an extra key for things like this.

Smelled bad, Poor maintenance, no communication at all with the property manager through the phone and web site requested This is NOT a resort. It’s an old house is a community. Good things: spacious, and quite neighborhood, walking distance from the beach. Panama beaches are not pet friendly. Just a very small portion on the busiest beach of the city

When we found ourselves 6 hours away from home with no reservation they went above and beyond to get us a bigger property. The 3 bedroom home was beautiful and just a block from the beach! We had a fabulous vacation
